I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ready Set Fun. I booked and paid a $381.50 deposit for my daughter's birthday party scheduled for January 25. Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families. read more

I chose to had my sons first birthday here because of the modernization of the facility and the catering options were more then the average pizza and fries at other locations. They also offer a lot in house extras like balloon decor, cupcakes and face painters, etc. Their packages do include decor (bare minimum) but I purchased all my own, the only items purchased from them was the food and the ballon decorations. The food was really good and I found out they order from the Hudson Grille that is in the same plaza. My one complaint would be the event coordinator Meg! It was even more baffling when I found out that Meg is also an owner, which is disappointing that her customer service skills are below subpar. There was a miscommunication with the decor set up, which wasn't the problem it was how she handled the situation. She was very rude and disrespectful so much so that the other ladies on the staff had to keep apologizing for her rudeness. I will also say I had to call and leave several voicemails and send an email before she called me back leading up to the party which I wasn't a fan of. The day of the party the other staff members were so helpful and accommodating with bringing my vision to life I really appreciated them. I probably won't be back because bad customer service has a lasting effect but it it a really nice facility and all the kids enjoyed themselves. read more

We had a birthday party for my 2 year old this morning. This was such a stress-free and fun party. The facility is clean, fun, and interactive. Asia was our party assistant, and she was on top of everything! All the kids and adults had fun playing. The food, decorations, and everything were great and I didn't have to do a things but show up with a cake. There was an incident where an individual wandered into the building, and he shouldn't have been there. The entire staff took immediate action, but also kept it from being scary for the kids. They truly did an outstanding job diffusing the situation while keeping all the kids safe and still having fun. Great job, Ready Set Fun! Ready Set Fun is a clean, fun-filled indoor play space that is equal parts fun for kids and sane for parents. The lobby provides great visibility while the kids play. Mom and Dad can enjoy a snack or coffee worry free. Internet makes this an excellent place to get a little work done while the kiddos get their sillies out. We have enjoyed Ready Set Fun for birthday parties, camps, and playtime. Our kids love it every single time. We had a party here for my god daughter, and a GREAT experience! We paid one flat rate and they covered EVERYTHING! Decorations, food, party favors, etc. Such a great experience and helped relieved a lot of stress when planning party! Would definitely recommend! Now I will say, the only thing we would have changed was the cupcake frosting. We got pink and purple frosting and it tasted like food coloring, so no good. But other than that, 10/10. read more

I love this place! I bring my 2 1/2 and six-year-old here often. It's always very clean. and they have a great little coffee bar for the parents. I've seen a lot of birthdays here where they give you a private room and decorations and everything and always looks like the kids are having a blast. They also have some sensory activities like a big sandbox with a projector for those who need a mental break. They also have a little roped off toddler section and a place for the kids to sit and color. I couldn't recommend it enough. I absolutely love this establishment for my kiddos! It's clean, safe, and accommodating for all small age groups. Thr staff here is super friendly and I was greeted and assisted by Jade, she seems to be very caring, outgoing and works well with kids. This place it well lit, sanitation stations everywhere and I like the fact that 9-10 parents are some children are wearing mask. Not only is this placed great for our children but its actually nice for parents as well. They have a great little coffee bar inside with a great selection. I came here with my one year old son! Plenty of space for him to walk and run. He stayed on the lower levels because hes not big enough to climb to the top yet. All the other kids there were older than he was but he still had a great time. I also thought it was neat that they have an accessible entry to the jungle gym for kids with disabilties. Came here on Father's Day as a family. My 8 year old had a good time but the majority of the kids were younger. The holographic sand and sensory play areas were awesome. Well worth the price. Loved this place! Since kefi in Buckhead went to a members only business model we've been dying for an upscale play space. My only things to note are - * there was no staff anywhere to be found when we arrived. In fact it was 20 minutes before we even saw any staff. That said, once we interacted with them they were so helpful and nice. But for a Saturday morning I would expect more people to be working? * they had a limit to the number of coloring sheets you could use which seems odd considering you're paying to be there and they are just print outs off a computer * we bought snacks - a juice box and a veggie straws and after wondering why they were so stale we saw that they expired in September 2020 (we went in January 2021) so that was a little odd That said, this is a great place and we will definitely be back. read more

This place is really more a birthday party salon with only one main playground maze area with some sliders and kids. My kids enjoyed the time, but as a parent you want them to experiment some variety of toy areas which this location lacks. They also have a small projection aquarium experience which is just a table with sand and a projector facing down, not a big deal as they advertise. It's too expensive for what they offer. Had better experience in other ones and they are cheaper for 3h. read more

Listen. They get it. It's an indoor play center with 3 party rooms. Unlike places like hippo hop and Monkey Joes it's clean and small Enough to let kids run free without getting trampled or it being overwhelming. There's a small coffee shop and they have a ton of toys for sale in case you forgot a birthday gift on the way to the party ( not junk either). Love this place and will be returning. We love to take our kids here or have our nanny take our kids here. Heidi and Linda were so accommodating to us while there while we try to get some work done in their snack bar area and so nice. I agree with another review on here. I am having my daughters birthday there soon. Unfortunately the down payment has already been made. However nothing about this experience has been personable. Our birthday is approaching and no one has called to confirm any details. They want everything done via email. Also, you can pay 500-700$ on a room with extra set up time, a lot of food, face paint etc and they won't allow you to bring in any outside food. Not even a salad or fruit! They want to you to get it from them so they can charge you more. Save your money and have your party elsewhere read more

Ready Set FUN is the real deal. I have taken my son to many other spots that attempt to emulate their concept, but always came up short. For starters, this place not only caters to the kids, but to the adults as well. They have an awesome coffee bar with some good bites. If you have to work and have the young one with you, I would, without a doubt, come to Ready Set FUN. An issue that has bugged me with other places is the cleanliness. A few places I have been to in the past sort of gave me goose bumps due to the lack of cleanliness. At Ready Set FUN, the place is in pristine condition. Employees are always seen running around spot checking everything to make sure everything looks great! Another item I love about the place is the size. There have been many times at other spots where I would worry about where my child has gone off to due to the size of the place. At Ready Set FUN, they took a space and built it out in the perfect way! You can spot your little one fairly quickly, and if they get out of eye sight, you can locate them within a few seconds. Finally, it's awesome to see the owner of the place running around and doing work as needed. You can tell she is proud of what she has built and that she genuinely cares about the parents, little ones, and the employees. She's not one of those people that just sits back and delegates....she is VERY hands on! Do yourself and your children/child a favor and go to Ready Set FUN. We went to two birthday parties here during covid 2020. Both were in September. Both parties were great. The entire place became a private party and we received a good amount of service in regards to the party. For my son's fourth birthday I booked a party here and it was not the same. For 300 dollars you got the room but the facility was still open to others. Everything for the party is added on- water, food, even cupcakes. The website advertises that a cupcake tower comes with every party but they try to charge you 30 dollars extra for it. The party was at 2:30 so we only asked for the cupcakes- no pizza or food. It was the only thing extra we asked for. Well, they made pink cupcakes for a boy monster truck party. Along with that, the level of service we received was pretty non existent. We paid 350 dollars to let kids play on an indoor playground. The value isn't there. Don't waste your money on a party here. read more

My neighbors and I took our 6 little ones here today and we're absolutely obsessed! Everything is so clean and they were so careful and had covid restrictions which made us feel comfortable and safe! They have a cute coffee bar and the staff legit walked up to us and took our order. We recently had our daughter's 4th birthday party here and it was an absolute blast! Soon as you walk in your taken away by the modern design featuring amazing finishes, thoughtful layout and impeccable cleanliness. We went for a 5 year old birthday party and had a great time. The kids have great options of entertainment including some cool multimedia choices and parents finally have something to do besides watch the kids. Coffee bar , snacks and TVs playing grown up stuff. All with excellent chairs and tables so I could even send a few important emails while the kids played. We are really considering a membership because it actually feels like a place to hang out and let the kids burn up some energy. They also have a solid in-house kitchen so your not stuck with delivery pizza and a bag of chips. We ate delicious pasta and fresh fruit and some nice chicken biscuits. We held our son's third birthday party here and it was perfectly organized and executed. They were very responsive and flexible with our changes in headcount and food order leading up to the party. The facility looks new, modern, clean and the size is manageable enough for kids to run around without parents having to chase them so we were able to socialize with our guests while keeping an eye on the kids.
