I recently went in to get a limited edition print framed, that a good artist friend gave to me. I had an idea in mind for the frame I wanted to pick but was open to suggestions. I would never have selected the frame that was recommended, and it also is just perfect. The frame picks up the colors in the print wonderfully. This gallery is in a building with other galleries, so it's similar to salon suites. They have used their space wisely though and have beautiful pieces on display. We were greeted and offered assistance ups on entry. A lot of the artwork was pricey, like in the tens of thousands of dollars, but I expected nothing less.

The place was packed with what I called the Haves and the Have Nots, but the diversity of the crowd did little to spoil the evening. Maybe it was the two models holding champagne trays as you entered the door. That did it for me if no one else. I saw old friends greet and hug, and newbies mingle with others over what I think is being called the galleries most provocative exhibition yet. There was other art to view, and one of these days, when I either hit the lottery or get a hold to the trust fund, I'm sure has been hidden from me, I will surely return and buy several pieces. Primarily, I think I'd rather hire Harriett out and have her do a DeeDee version of the "Pass the Salt" photograph that was hanging here. The parking was not bad at all. I was parked in a parking garage. It seemed really safe and there was an officer riding around from the time that I got out of the car until the time I walked to the front door. Everything about the decorations, the music, the layout, the bar, the passing of the hors d'oeuvre by the catering company the whole decor. The whole set up was amazing and I only paid five dollars for parking when I left the garage that was absolutely a bonus, especially when you're in Buckhead, if I ever have an opportunity to host an event, I would love for it to be at the museum. There's plenty of free parking. The staff was nice and helpful. The Bubble Planet Experience was so much fun! I highly recommend it for parents to take their kids and for anyone who is a kid at heart. It was cool reading about how bubbles are in our every day lives as part of science. It's an educational and unique experience that all can enjoy.
