It's a wonderful engaging experience!! My siblings had a fantastic time! It is a great hands on experience, with plenty of activities they could each enjoy. My siblings ages 4-10 had an awesome time.

Mini street for little tikes vehicles

Kids Avenue hosted our son's third birthday party today; what an experience that was! It is literally as the name implies: a miniature city for kids to allow their imagination to run wow. There were various stations set up, from a grocery store to a dentistry, and while the venue is not significantly large, it was set up to accommodate people well. The staff was very friendly and helpful; another party was running late so we were delayed entering the party room at our scheduled time, but all in all, a recommended spot for kids to enjoy and for adults to be jealous that they didn't have something like it in their childhood...lol. The only critique I have, which while related to the venue isn't the fault of the venue, is that parking is tight. It's expected per the location, but i found a spot eventually...

On a fundamental level, I would not recommend having a birthday party here to anybody. Like another…read moreperson said, they rush birthday parties and have not fully trained their staff. This is to no fault of the staff however it was painfully obvious that they had not been trained as there was a lack of consistency from room to room for the birthdays. Staff did not know that decorations could not be taped to the ceiling, staff did not include a happy birthday display for the celebrants, staff did not help clean the room ahead of the next party, and staff were VERY rude to the parents and guess of the celebrant. The process to check in was not bad. I actually like that they put invisible stamps on family members which staff then check upon departure to ensure that you are leaving with the correct child and did not just sneak in unpaid. Overall, the children had a lot of fun playing, however, I would never book a birthday party here for the simple fact that they don't know how to handle them and for the price that they're charging I don't think it's worth it.

Upon arriving, we walked in and was greeted by a manager he let us know we have an hour of play time before we have access to the room. Once had access to the room, we had 20 mins to set up, which our party coordinator, Jada, really showed her strengths. Once the room was set up, our guest were allowed to enter. We had 40 mins to enjoy the snacks we provided and pizza from the venue. We were allowed to bring a cooler and prepackaged foods. We had charcuterie, fruit, drinks, chips, candy and cupcakes. The pizza, fries and chicken tenders were provided by catch air. They do have a full kitchen with many hot items, a limited coffee menu, plenty of cold beverages, ice cream, candy, snacks and cold sandwiches. Overall impressed with the food aspect, the buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. The bathroom facilities are clean and the play area is expansive. Your kiddos will not run out of things to do regardless of age. The under 4 area was not lacking. They even have a toddler area up on the second play level. Ari took our pics and was extremely professional. Can't recommend this venue enough.

Reasonably priced for one time or monthly visits, my kids enjoyed their time here bonding with their cousins who frequent this place. Slides, bounce area and more are all in one place. Unfortunately, we do not have many options in this area, and having visited similar establishments in Philadelphia and New York, I feel comfortable saying that my experience here has been extremely disappointing. If zero stars were an option, I would not hesitate to give this place that rating. My frustration comes from three separate incidents, all of which reflect concerning customer service and a lack of proper care. Incident 1: My child arrived with a pair of shoes but left with a similar-looking pair that was noticeably more worn and a larger size. This is not acceptable, and I would appreciate an explanation of how this happened. Incident 2: While trying to hang up a suit, my child had it fall onto her head, and her hair became caught in the Velcro. She was told that her hair would need to be cut to remove it. Thankfully, we were able to resolve the situation ourselves using a letter opener and a soft brush, without cutting her hair. I was very concerned by how this situation was handled. Incident 3: My child eventually left wearing a pair of socks as compensation for the missing shoes. I understand that the shoes may have been difficult to locate, but socks are not an adequate resolution for the loss of a pair of shoes. Regarding the cameras, if they are there primarily as a deterrent or intimidation tactic rather than to provide meaningful security and accountability, please just be upfront about that. I find it difficult to accept the explanation that there is no clear picture of the shoes. If the cameras cannot capture a clear image of something as straightforward as a pair of shoes, then what purpose do they serve when a genuine accident occurs and a customer needs the footage to help establish what happened? I would appreciate a transparent and reasonable explanation rather than simply being told that the images are unclear. I understand that we signed a waiver, and I acknowledge that responsibility. However, signing a waiver does not mean that customer concerns should be dismissed or that accountability no longer matters. This should be a two-way street, with reasonable expectations and responsibilities on both sides. After three separate incidents, I believe it is fair to expect more than an apology or a temporary workaround. I would appreciate a meaningful resolution, particularly regarding the missing shoes and the way these situations were handled. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address them appropriately. Customers deserve to feel that their children are treated with care, respect, and consideration. I am not asking for special treatment; I am asking for basic accountability, transparency, and reasonable customer service.

Prices may slightly differ. Also SOCKS are a must!! There was a toddler section with small houses and games/toys for her to play. I especially loved the bounce house and obstacle courses. It was big enough to go with the kid inside. Probably could be adult size. I will say it wasn't the newest equipment and there were definitely some spots with air leaks, and it was obviously loud from the air machines pushing air into the inflatables. However overall we really enjoyed ourselves. It exceeded our expectations and looking forward to taking our baby again.

There's a bounce house inside along with a jungle gym, and although my kids were too big for it, I love that they have a separate section for smaller kids. They have a few games and attractions that cost extra, like a hurricane simulator and driving games. I really liked how intimate the space felt there's plenty of seating for adults and free WiFi, which is always a plus. And as a big kid at heart, the air hockey had me in a chokehold. You do have to go to the counter to request the puck and handles and return them when you're finished. I turned them in each time and just went back to ask for them whenever I wanted to play again. One time, a gentleman mentioned that they usually ask you to leave a shoe or your keys when getting the equipment. ‍ Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

When we arrived, there weren't many people there aside from a few younger kids, yet the facility felt disorganized. I didn't notice any active cleaning or organizing taking place, and the two employees at the front desk seemed unfamiliar with the promotions being advertised. It made the check-in process confusing and gave the impression that staff were not well informed (also took away from the time kids could play/were standing around waiting). Later I did notice one employee "cleaning" with gloves on so I thought she was using chemicals or organizing but it was just mostly just dumping all the toys into the shopping cart. The promotion itself ended up being much less of a deal than it appeared online. Overall, the experience left me disappointed, especially considering the cost. I had been considering this venue for a future birthday party for my children, but after seeing how things were run during this visit, I will likely look elsewhere. For the price being charged for these parties, I expected a cleaner, more organized, and better-managed experience. Compared to other local centers, the activities were limited/disorganized. Items were not in the proper places and made play a bit restricted. Nice concept and good deals but hard to compete against neighboring centers.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ready Set Fun…read more I booked and paid a $381.50 deposit for my daughter's birthday party scheduled for January 25. Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.
