If your kids love basketball, this one is awesome as they have three different height basketball nets. They have a great course, running up ramp, several pits for kids to jump in, two swings with pits, and some other cool areas for kids. Some of the other parks don't even have anywhere near as many different options for kids, so this one is great. If you have been to several different parks, you will understand what I mean when I say this is one of the best options compared to the others. Other than that, understand this place is operated by high school kids. [Review #708] (6th Review of 2024)

I had with me three teens. I assumed I would pay for the 90 minute package for each. They said that because it was past 6:30, they could not do the 90 minute package, and I had to sign up for the monthly membership for each of the kids I had with me! I would have turned around and left except I was there with exchange students who had never been and really wanted to jump. I tried to explain these kids aren't even local, I was just a chaperone, they would never be back. I don't need a membership, etc. Everyone in line was complaining. It's not the employee's fault, and I felt bad she had to defend such an insane policy.

Conveniently located In sugar loaf mills mall Roomy and big Kids get to jump with a diverse crowd of other kids ( you can thank Gwinnett county) Gwinnett is known as home To people from many different countries And culture. Not only do they have trampoline jumping They have rock climbing Basketball. All areas were crowded with kids Having the time of their life They have snacks and food So you can order a pizza With sodas And other kid like foods The price to jump is comparable to An adult goin to the movie theater You pay to jump by the hour They have room for hosting Parties, birthday celebrations, Hands down.. If you have a child that has been Stuck indoors... This is the place for them!!! This is heaven for kids I highly recommend it Towards the end of the day Altitude turns out the lights And when it happens You get to listen to tons of kids Scream at the same moment I also noticed more kids Being active jumping around Versus just hanging out on trampolines Once the lights went out As the kids jump We adults wait outside At tables or chairs Or you can join them Btw, they have special socks So your kids Don't have to worry about Slipping and risking injury in traditional socks. They have a 3.00 fee I believe for them Highly recommend this place

I compare Jumping World to Altitude, which is where I normally go in my neighborhood. Altitude in East Cobb has similar concepts but focuses on primarily jumping on one level. Jumping World, tries to do a number of additional activities including, video games, go carting, bull riding, water weasel wheeling, ninja course, and kids must navigate them on their extensive carpets. Water fountain and bathrooms are centrally located. There is a snack bar with sweets, drinks, and some fast food choices. For birthday parties the pizza was the choice. If you need your kids to release some energy this is a good local option.

Worst part was being badgered constantly by the manager. We had two families and 4 kids in the group. The manager followed us around nagging the kids and parents. Such issues as - you can't push another kid on the swings, a 3 year old was admonished for pressing non functional buttons on broken equipment. We were the only people there but the manager wouldn't allow an older kid to accompany his 3 year old cousin... While some rules were posted, additional nagging activities were made up as we went along so we couldn't enjoy our time. We had to leave early. Don't recommend. If any of the nagging had merit with our well behaved kids - we recommend writing the rules down and presenting them initially instead of the constant raised voice badgering we experienced.

Well lit, safe, lots of padding, and lots of fun stations: -free jump area -dodgeball court -volleyball court -VR game area -the "orbit" (a rotating arm that you have to jump over) -battle beam -6-yrs-old-and-under-only area -giant foam pit -American ninja-like gauntlet and a few more stations I'm pretty sure I missed. Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun. If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some. Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun. Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating. Facilities were all clean. They had benches for those who didn't want to jump. Fun place, all things considered. It's a worthwhile way to have some fun with your kids. Update as of January 2026: took a group here and rented a room. Good experience. Very friendly staff; made our time a great experience. Food was good (not fantastic, but good); they worked with us well in setting up party, etc. Recommended.
