When you check in you will need to let them know how long everyone wants to jump and you also purchase altitude socks which are color coded depending the age of the child. You then get a colored wrist ban you wear. An announcement will come up when your time is done so no need to worry about keeping track. I like that this place is spacious with lots of room to explore. Everything from the classic trampolines to pits with styrofoam blocks bursting in multicolor (and dog eared--kid approved!). There is a separate kids court for 2-6 year olds which is fun to explore. An extreme dodge ball section fitting with the trampolines is boundless. On area has a bar that you can swing off and land into a foam pit and another where you jump and follow a game on a screen sitting in front of you. You can place your shoes in these cubby hole benches on the periphery before you venture out. This is mighty good fun but beware--super cool for the grownups too!!

Jumping World, tries to do a number of additional activities including, video games, go carting, bull riding, water weasel wheeling, ninja course, and kids must navigate them on their extensive carpets. Water fountain and bathrooms are centrally located. There is a snack bar with sweets, drinks, and some fast food choices. For birthday parties the pizza was the choice. If you need your kids to release some energy this is a good local option.

Staff are overall very friendly and professional both. A handful clearly wanted to be somewhere else, but most were great. They were stationed at specific areas and kept them safe (for example, only one jumper per "square" of trampoline) and fun. If you join in, be ready to sweat. It's a lot of fun, and it'll wear you out, especially the foam pits. Those things are hard to move through! If you are in the foam pits much, expect some of the orange and black fuzz from the cubes to rub off on you. Not a ton, but some. Depending on when you go, other jumpers can make the experience less fun, but that's not the staff's fault, and they're doing the best they can to make it fun. Didn't try the food, but it was available with plenty of seating. Facilities were all clean. They had benches for those who didn't want to jump. Fun place, all things considered. It's a worthwhile way to have some fun with your kids. Update as of January 2026: took a group here and rented a room. Good experience. Very friendly staff; made our time a great experience.
