I was in Atlanta to visit for my granddaughter's graduation and decided to take the kids here for after festivities. For it to be a children's play zone the welcome when you walk in doesn't seem very "welcoming." You're asked to sign waivers then pay. Everyone must remove their shoes and wear socks even adults who don't intend to be in the play areas have to buy socks. Which was understandable for sanitary reasons, however I was told "but we're out of socks, we're out of everything" I was told I can try to squeeze into a kids pair, and since my feet were small I did the best I could with what I had. The play area is small but cute. The kids enjoyed which was the goal. Besides them wanting to make cotton candy at a machine they have that we were told was turned off for the day because they generally turn it off an hour before closing. It was just almost 4:30 at the time. They close at 6. When asked about the reasoning, I was told I don't know, my manager did it by the same young lady who was working the front area when we arrived. Overall, I wasn't wowed. And I've had much better service. With plenty of other places to take kids in Atlanta, I'd probably not run back here when in town.

Perfect for the littles. The downfall is... This place is EXTREMELY dirty!! The floors have spills, buildup and the worst out of all the soft play places I've been to. I won't be returning. I saw someone in charge here today giving a couple a tour and I would never spend my money here again. A good mop once a week would help especially being a shoeless place. If it's shoeless why allow strollers on the floor????? This place needs to be deep cleaned once a month. The employees should not be in there spot cleaning mess that is already buildup!! Hire someone to deep clean and have someone mop all the floors every week.

Nice size place for kids to do kids things. Toddler friendly and affordable . I went on a Tuesday around 4pm and it was very empty which was a plus for us . My son is 13 months (1yr) and he is learning how to walk. This was perfect for him to get his walk and roll on. Very clean in the inside and the customer service was great . Small parking lot. The only downsize is the ramp for strollers is on the opposite end of the building. I needed those steps so it was okay . We will visit again .

We love this place. Airy, spacious and bright with outside Irs. My kids plays 3.5 hours without disturbing me. I was working. Not too many rules for people either.

Upon arriving, we walked in and was greeted by a manager he let us know we have an hour of play time before we have access to the room. Once had access to the room, we had 20 mins to set up, which our party coordinator, Jada, really showed her strengths. Once the room was set up, our guest were allowed to enter. We had 40 mins to enjoy the snacks we provided and pizza from the venue. We were allowed to bring a cooler and prepackaged foods. We had charcuterie, fruit, drinks, chips, candy and cupcakes. The pizza, fries and chicken tenders were provided by catch air. They do have a full kitchen with many hot items, a limited coffee menu, plenty of cold beverages, ice cream, candy, snacks and cold sandwiches. Overall impressed with the food aspect, the buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. The bathroom facilities are clean and the play area is expansive. Your kiddos will not run out of things to do regardless of age. The under 4 area was not lacking. They even have a toddler area up on the second play level. Ari took our pics and was extremely professional. Can't recommend this venue enough.

This is to no fault of the staff however it was painfully obvious that they had not been trained as there was a lack of consistency from room to room for the birthdays. Staff did not know that decorations could not be taped to the ceiling, staff did not include a happy birthday display for the celebrants, staff did not help clean the room ahead of the next party, and staff were VERY rude to the parents and guess of the celebrant. The process to check in was not bad. I actually like that they put invisible stamps on family members which staff then check upon departure to ensure that you are leaving with the correct child and did not just sneak in unpaid. Overall, the children had a lot of fun playing, however, I would never book a birthday party here for the simple fact that they don't know how to handle them and for the price that they're charging I don't think it's worth it.

They require you to sign a waiver relating to rules of engagement, injury liabilities, etc. You and your kiddo(s) have to wear grip socks when in the play area. The price was great for one day as well as the food prices. The food is kid food so pizza, fries. Pretzel bites, corn dog bites, stuff like that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. The layout has something for everyone of all walking ages. They have big and little slides, a trampoline area, a nice jungle gym, again, something for all the kids. A great place for kids to play and a nice place to have a birthday party because they offer that as well! 10 out of 10.

And they had WiFi so I could work while they played?? Sold! Parking was easy. They don't share their lot with any other business. The space is a decent size , with bounce houses and air hockey. The staff was younger, and not really engaged. Similar to what other Yelpers reported, but that wasn't a big deal since I wasn't hosting a party and I honestly didn't need anything besides the WiFi password. They had a space to order food even though I didn't see anyone there and their bathrooms were pretty clean. My toddler isn't quite 2 yet and took a bit to warm up to this space even though we came on a weekday morning with what seemed like mostly nannies and kids. Not too busy but the inflatables were a bit intimidating for my little one and then she eventually warmed up. There's an infant area too but I would have loved to see some pretend play like a toy kitchen. It's a really affordable play area though and there's no limit to how long you can stay, so you can eat there and I even saw massage chairs haha

We came the first time for a birthday party back in 2020 just before the pandemic came and I remember thinking how cool this place was for kids. So while my little one is on winter break from his daycare, I figured we could go visit to get him out the house and let him use up some of that energy from being in the house the past few days. I checked out their website to look for information about their hours and was directed to call or text for the most up-to-date info. I sent a text this morning and received a response within 3 minutes with a listing of the days and times that they are open this week....so I was already giving a thumbs up for customer service before we even arrived. I figured we could go right when they opened and figured there wouldn't be too many kiddos their and I was right! We got their about 5 minutes after they opened and walking in, I was reminded of how many toys and things they have for the kiddos as soon as we walked in. Note - there is plenty of free parking as the playhouse is in a strip mall with a post office, Planet Fitness, and a few other businesses but there was no issue finding a spot nearby. The young lady who assisted us when we arrived greeted us as soon as we walked in and was pretty friendly, let us know that we could go ahead and take our shoes off (socks are required), and took payment - it's $12 for a 90 play session which I think is pretty awesome. We place our belongings in the cubby holes and made out way through the gate (which I much appreciated as it kept kiddos from getting out the play area). My little dinosaur couldn't wait and was super excited so he took off as soon as he received his wristband. There was so much to do! I could tell they've made a few changes since our last visit and there is something for everyone! There's a cute little driving track in the back with a bunch of ride-on cars, play kitchens, a bouncy house, an area for the tiny ones (0 to 18 months), lots of toys, blocks, huge connect four game...I mean there's a lot. I appreciated that all the adults had on masks and I made sure that my little guy has his on but there were lots of sanitizing areas and a few buckets that you could drop dirty toys in. I did wish that a few of the toys were a bit cleaner but it could have just been that they were older but overall I felt this was a safe space in the midst of all things going on with COVID. Truly had a blast and we will be back next week!

The party structure is extremely strict. You're given a very limited time to set up and are required to clear the room well before your reservation ends. I felt so pressured to set up and break down that I couldn't even enjoy my own daughter's party. For the price you pay, the experience should feel enjoyable not rushed and overwhelming. The venue emphasizes that the play area is the main attraction and the party room is mainly for food and cake, but this setup can be frustrating if you're expecting time to decorate or fully celebrate in the space. There is also a required photo consent clause in their agreement that cannot be waived, which may be uncomfortable for families who value privacy. What made the experience more frustrating was that the party scheduled after mine never even showed up it was already 3:30 PM when we left so we were rushed for no reason. (Staff even felt bad) The space itself is nice, but flexibility, personalization, and overall enjoyment were lacking. If you book here, make sure you fully understand how rigid the policies are beforehand.

The food was a no go for me. And staff followed behind him with an ice pack. I asked what happened and they said not only did he fall and hit his ear,it was because the STAFF member pushed him. I asked my son if his head hurt,he said no just his ear.so then I went to the staff member in question and asked what happened (with a family member overhearing on the phone). He said "I pushed him off of me on the STAIRS and he fell BACKWARDS and hit his ear". Granted ok let's be more specific. My son is under the age of seven for privacy reasons I won't say exact age. This staff member was in his twenties pushing a child. Medium length curly blonde/brown hair slim build white man about 5'8.On the stairs. The manager then showed me the video and in the video my son and another kid were playing with this staff member on the stairs like a tug of war game. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. These are not the kind of people that should work with children. I've known amazing people who work with kids who would run into traffic to protect a child from getting hurt, this was not that. This was the staff hurting children. Not prioritizing safety. I asked for a full refund of our two month remaining membership and they said no I'm just glad he didn't hit his head

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ready Set Fun…read more I booked and paid a $381.50 deposit for my daughter's birthday party scheduled for January 25. Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.
