We came here for my oldest boys bday... it is a bit of an eclectic unruly place. Video games, trampoline park, rooms for bdays, a half hearted attempt at a snack counter, and a really terrible ticket counter for prizes. The light is really dim on here! I mean supper low. Are they just trying to cut the bill? It is ridiculously dim in here. If your having a party here there is no private trampoline area for your party.. you are just released into gen pop. Kids from 5 to 16 running through the areas and swarming everywhere. If your below 10 there is a good chance your going to get knocked down, run over, or destroyed in some fashion from the bigger kids playing rough and not paying attention. If your over 10 you are going to crush someone or at the least get annoyed about all the small kids running around. For example they have a obstacle area that was over run with little kids going through the wrong way, in the pit, or just clinging to the obstacles. There was no way for any of the bigger kids to do the course without hurting some small child. It was this way the whole time we were here... so the bigger kids just didn't get to do it. How about having some staff directing the flow?!? Either someone gets hurt or others don't get to do what they paid for!?! They have a lot of weird rules about the party rooms. You can't get in before your time to decorate, you can't be 5 mins late in the room or you get charged extra, you can't decorate with anything on the walls, etc. it is really ridged. We had a party with only about 8 people in it and they brought up pizzas and sodas. They brought the sodas in pitchers that had obviously been poured long before because they were all watered down from the ice melting. None of them were really drinkable. When we said something they said they would get more but really never did. The Pizzas were pretty good! Nice crust lots of toppings, not too much sauce... really they were very good! Maybe the best part about this place. The up stairs over look area offers a vantage point where you can pretty much see the whole area.. accept for just past the video games that are right by the exit!! I mean seriously? Of all the places you can't see it's right next to the door? They need to do some rearranging here. I never felt very good about that area... if my kids were younger I would have to have been right there the whole time. The party was ok but I felt it was very high priced for the lack of coordination, the way the place is run, and just the over all inability to really have fun due to all of the small kids. No offense to the smaller kids... I want them to have fun too... but when your paying this kind of money you want to be able to do everything and not worry about hurting someone's kids! It could be much better organized for parties for sure! I would not hold a party for my boys here again... but I wonder if they deliver their pizza? read more

We had the BEST time at my daughter's 4th birthday party a few weeks ago. Parents are still telling me how much fun their kids had! It was a private party on a Sunday morning, and Kourtney, Peyton and the entire Launch team working the party made sure everyone was taken care of. We had 40 kids, so it was a crowd, but they made sure we had drinks and pizza and even cut the cake for us. Best part, they cleaned up so we didn't have to. Highly recommend a Launch party! Threw my son's 11th birthday party at Launch. It was a last minute booking (a week's notice). Due to the weather, we had to move the party indoor. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made it really easy to book. We had never seen the park before booking, just went with the reviews and photos on Yelp. The park is big and has two floors. The spacious and open second floor is for seating only and is equipped with booth and table seating as well as 2-3 flat screen TVs. Has a great view of the attractions. There is also a private party room available on the second floor. The park has several attractions including trampoline courts, dodgeball, basketball, launch pad, tumble traks, The Challenger, Battle Pit, Krave and an arcade. Everything looked fairly clean. We booked the MVP for $235. The party is for 10 guests ($25 each additional jumper) and includes: * 60 minutes of Launch fun * 40 minutes at a party table * 1 slice of cheese pizza per guest * Fountain drinks (1 flavor) * Launch grip socks for every guest * Party Host * Party paperware, cups and utensils * Launch t-shirt for the birthday child * 30 minute return jump pass for each jumper We ordered additional cheese and pepperoni pizzas for around $15 each. We brought our own cake and decorations. However, we were not allowed to hang anything, not even a banner. The party space on the first floor has 3 rows of 2 picnic tables put together. I am assuming they can have 2-3 parties going on at the same time. They reserved the first row for our party and fortunately, ours was the only party at that time. Our party host was Kylie and she was wonderful! She was very attentive, helpful, and personable. The children had a blast and wanted to jump some more even after the party ended. I'd never heard of this place till I was invited to go with my daughter and my friend's kids. It's pretty new, less than a year old, and I really liked it. It wasn't horribly loud, it wasn't overly crowded, and the children seemed to be more tame than some of the other jump places we typically frequent. It was also quite clean with it being so new. They have basketball, dodgeball, Ninja obstacle course, battle pits, and video games. They have an upper level you can watch your kids or stay on ground level and hang out. You can jump if you want, or just stay on the sidelines and watch. And free WIFI for those who need it is always a plus. Right now there's a Groupon you can take advantage of to get some jump time in. And if you have competitor socks, they will gladly exchange them for their own. Typically I get a headache after being in these places, because they are so loud and crazy, but this place was different. I think my daughter is on the brink of not being such a fan of trampoline centers so much anymore, but it's a great place to burn some energy for kids when it's too hot (or too cold) outside, and you need something for them to do. read more

As a new mom, finding venues for birthday parties is a feat of its own. Launch is one of most stable, clean, friendly and helpful venues I've found to date. They are incredibly accommodating and the staff is super professional. I honestly felt so comfortable here. I believe the energy of the employees and the environment they create for patrons has alot to do with it. I have to give a very special shout out to Kourtney. She is SO sweet and so incredibly helpful. She has a keen eye to detail and I know this because I'm a particularly picky person. She's made my parties go off without a hitch and I've thrown three birthday parties here. She's a gem and I truly hope her employers realize how lucky they are to have such a professional, respectful, kind, attentive and hard working individual running this location. She was easy to work with and I appreciated this so much. It's what keeps me coming back. Her staff is so on point and they are equally as responsive and respectful. My son's 5th birthday party was a disaster at this establishment. I advise to not give them any of your money or energy. Would rather give a zero or negative "star" if that was possible, but most definitely not in this sensitive PC world we live in. We purchased the "all star party package" for the celebration. Nothing "All-Star" about it. Below is small recap of what transpired at Launch. After checking with our party hostess, three separate times about when the pizzas would be ready (she assured us 6:30), the pizzas were not ready. Her excuse "I apologize. This is totally on me, I lost time and was taking care of other customers." When we booked the party, it was my understanding we would have a host. When we arrived, she was designated as our party hostess. Every time I came to have pitchers refilled, because she didn't check, I saw her chatting at the front desk with her coworkers and lollygagging instead of working or tending to our party. She tried to pacify the situation by offering a chicken tray for the 14 hungry children we had waiting for pizza, then proceeded to bring out raw pizzas and burnt pizzas to serve. We sent them back and the pizzas that came out after appeared to be hastily made. Our "hostess" then came back with poorly constructed goodie bags for the children, half of which were missing jump passes. She then had the audacity to say those didn't work and shouldn't be in the goodie bags when return jump passes were clearly advertised on the Launch website. At this point, we were more than upset and spoke with the general manager, Aaron, who offered the kids game cards and return jump passes. He even comped the food, which was kind. Here's my biggest issue. On the way home, our kids... OUR meaning mine and a few of the guests got sick to their stomachs. The common denominator- the food they ate at the party. All of which was provided by your establishment. We left a voicemail for the GM to call back. We are so upset that our son and our guests got sick and that the party was so disorganized and a disaster. I'm even more upset that a girl that works there called my wife after Aaron said he would pass my wife's phone number to the owner and had the nerve to say VERBATIM, "not to be rude or anything but it is impossible that our food made your guests sick. People eat our food everyday and no one has ever gotten sick." I have never dealt with such terrible customer service in my life. I paid nearly $400 for a party that was a disaster, got my son and guests sick, for food not to be brought out or prepared as it should have been, shoddily put together goodie bags, and overall rude customer service. Three of our guests expressed interest in having their kids' birthdays there. After seeing the disorganization and their kids getting sick, they won't be having their parties there. read more

The trampolines and games are great. The all teenage staff is friendly. The lower stars come from apparent poor management. At the entrance only one of four computers for signing waivers works and you could not open the waiver on your phone. This led to a long line out the door. The restrooms were lacking paper products (no paper towels at all) and every toilet in the ladies room needed flushing. With it being so close to opening time when we arrived, this led me to believe the mess was from the day before. I told one of the attendants that the restrooms needed attention. The party had a clean private room with plenty of space to setup for large groups. The sign in and sock pick up was easy for the group and our hostess took care of everything we needed. There is a lot of teenage staff which can be hit or miss...remember we were all teenagers once...but that has never ruined my experience. Over the years, the employees, mainly school age kids, which I do not have a problem with at all is only here to make a paycheck and not do anything that is their job. (My son worked here while he went to high school for over 2 years.) Today I spent 2 hours here with my nephew (8) I seen 1 employee on the trampoline park make 3 passes and never saw him again. What happen to employees supervising the field for unexpected injuries or playing with the participants?? My son would always come home soaking wet because he interacted with the kids and played with them his entire shift on the field. I paid cash for my nephew to play and although there was 4 employees at the counter, I had to wait for another employee to ring me up because the attendant didn't know how to do a cash sale. When we got there, they told us they had a party who booked the entire place out and would not be able to accommodate us. I said that's BS! Terrible party experience, terrible service, no effort to make it better, would give zero stars if possible. Booked a party online weeks ahead. Two days before the party, received a phone call saying they'd double booked me over a private party and requesting I start early. We couldn't; invitations had gone out and arrangements had been made. The only option offered was that I had to end 15 minutes early but that they would give longer jump passes for guests. (30 minutes included in the package, 60 given.) Not satisfactory but again, no other option offered. Day of party: Jumping was fun, of course, but service was terrible. Waiver computers were down so there was a delay in getting jumpers started. We were pulled off of jumping for pizza but it wasn't ready; two were ordered and only one was provided. They forgot the second one, then left the first one sitting out to get cold while we waited about 15 minutes for the food to be ready (and kids were just standing around as they were asked to stop jumping). Ice was melted in the lemonade when we were finally able to eat. By the time the pizza finally came out, we were already being rushed out the door. The bill was brought before napkins or drinks and we were asked to pay even before we had finished serving pizza. Kids were unable to finish eating cake as we were told to leave due to private party arriving. Staff was absent from time pizza arrived; we had to go back repeatedly to ask for napkins, drinks, lighter, and felt like an inconvenience. 1/2 pizzas were cold and kids refused to eat saying it was gross. We were allowed about 20 minutes for pizza and cake before being rushed out the door due to double booking on the business's part. The most communication we had was when we were repeatedly asked if we were ready to pay yet. No staff help with passing out pizza or ensuring we had what we needed. Called the next today to provide details of frustrating experience. Manager thanked me for my feedback and made no other effort to make terrible experience right other than referencing the extended jump passes that were supposed to make up for shorting me 15 minutes off the paid for party time. Start to finish this was not a good value and a frustrating experience. This was not our first party experience at a trampoline park but will be our last at this location. read more

Launch is new to the Cumming area. It's a fun trampoline park. You can play video games, jump on trampolines, play dodgeball, basketball and even a cool obstacle course. Jump. Jump. Jump!! They have employees watching the kids to make sure that all is well. We didn't use their restrooms, so I'm not sure how clean they were. The other areas were clean. This was a last minute family activity. It was so hot outside. We will definitely go back. We're debating on having our sons birthday party there. Fun times. read more

This is a very cool trampoline park off exit 13 in Cumming. We went the first week it opened and the two girls we brought stayed in the foam/battle pit almost the whole time. They had a blast hitting each other with the foam rollers and falling back into the pit. There was a really cool ninja course too, along with basketball & dodgeball trampoline areas. Great place to take the kids to burn off energy in Cumming. Look for GroupOn discounts. Place is clean. They have Dodgeball area, a basketball dunking area with three separate basketball nets at different heights. There is also many other areas within for kids of all ages to enjoy. There is great music playing. There are also a lot of video games and electronic games to win tickets that can be redeemed towards prizes at the front counter. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Another thing That sets Launch Trampoline apart from the competitors is that they make their own Pizzas in-house. When you have birthday parties here, they make the pizzas onsite. They have a machine that flattens the dough to pizza crust dimensions, then they make Cheese and Pepperoni Pizzas that are baked in Convection ovens. I ordered a Cheese for myself and a couple of Pepperoni's. Vicky, a manager, served me. She said the Pizzas were very good. She is from New Jersey and vouched for the taste of the Pizzas. Vicky came up to me later, as I sat in a seating area to ask how I was doing. I thanked her for her hospitality and told her I was typing a Yelp review. Vicky was great. My son loved his cheese pizza, and I enjoyed the Pepperoni pizza slice. My son is enjoying his time here as I type this. We bought two vouchers for $17 on GroupOn, normally a $30 price. We had to redeem them at the same time. Each voucher is worth one hour on the trampoline so we redeemed both vouchers for two hours on the Trampoline. For the parents, if you don't want to jump, you can keep your shoes on. You can walk up to all of the Trampoline areas with your shoes on. There are seating areas along most of the trampoline areas. You can also bring a drink and hold it while your kids are jumping, then the kids can pop out of the Trampoline area every so often for a slurp. There are also seating/table areas near the bathrooms. Most of the tables in this area are very close to an AC Outlet. There is a woman at the next table typing a novel on her laptop, while it is plugged in. There is also a long bar style table that runs along the wall from the Dodgeball pit along the front side of the Ninja Obstacle Course, in the video game area. There are many tall bar style stools in front of this long table. There are also many AC Outlets. You can sit there, charge your phone, and relax while your child has fun. There is a second floor deck area full of table and chairs above the bathrooms that gives you a birds area of the whole place. Ceiling fans are running up here to keep parents and kids cool. One more thing, they have WiFi. Bring your phone charger or your USB battery pack to keep your phones charged up. Couple more tips: When you buy a fountain drink, DON'T throw the empty cup away. Refills are $1.00. If you have trampoline Park socks from a competitor trampoline park, Launch Trampoline will not charge you $2.50 for a pair of the Launch Trampoline socks. Fun place for the kids. Not great a little small and dirty. My girls are teens and like it when they don't have their sports.

Unfortunately the incredibly clean organized and well ran Launch at Dawsonville closed down I guess due to incompetent management so now we had to go an extra half hr for the one in Cumming. What an awful experience that was. Not only are the facilities dirty and old. The kids at the counter are really intellectually challenged it seems. Bad rude attitude, not trying to ring anyone up acting like real imbeciles. This is quite surprising because even younger kids in Dawsonville were extremely attentive and efficient. I mean this location is absolutely empty with just a couple of kids running around with no supervision from parents or staff, the food counter was completely closed with no one in attendance. The digital menus were turned off and it looked so run down that I didn't even want to try to order anything here as it was obviously not going to be the same quality as the Dawsonville location had. My poor kids were expecting pizza but I decided to take them somewhere else instead. Incredibly disappointed and won't be coming back nor recommend this location to ANYONE if the many parents I know. read more

I would not recommend this place for a birthday party. ZERO STARS. We had a private party in the evening and got zero help from the staff. I had to track them down every time we needed anything. kids were so thirsty from playing and they never had any drinks out. I had to refill myself! They were always in the kitchen chatting. No one helped with serving the food or passing out cake. I would ask them to announce we were doing pizza and cake and they would not make the announcement so we would have to find all the kids and corral them in the room. They did not even set up the room nicely for a party. Never helped with getting stuff in or out of the car. Didn't even write happy birthday on the sandwich board when you walk in. They had a million names on it except my daughter. They charged parents for game cards and they were suppose to be included. While passing out cake, a staff member approached me to settle the bill, perhaps this could have waited till the end of the party? We still had 30min left. Employees were standing around talking and on their phones instead of working. Older kids using foul language and it was obvious the employee heard but said nothing. The ninja park is like the American ninja warrior show on tv practice for kids. They also have basketball hoops with different heights, wall to wall trampolines to jump on and they have a foam pit as well! They also have lots of cool arcades. For example, they charge $4.99 for a standard size soft pretzel and $4.99 for 3 very small chicken fingers. Completely burned on the bottom and just in general not tasty. Hardly any of the kids ate it, which stunk because it was paid for and they were starving. 2) Dodgeball area is horribly managed. The staff that was in there were all young high school kids throwing the balls SO hard at the other kids in there, AND using offensive language TO THE KIDS! I had to tell one of them to please not throw so hard (I'm pretty easy going, but this was ridiculous). It was not a "fun" game of dodgeball, but a clear game of anger towards the kids. 3) I don't think anyone over the age of 19 works there, so it's impossible for anything to be corrected as all these kids are clearly sticking up for their buddies.
