There are tons of orders sitting there under a heat lamp. People looking like they're just waiting. For what? For the food to be ready? Well there it is! People keep coming and going into this employee entrance looking like they're busy doing something important but I wonder what. Finally our server appears to ask "how are we doing"? Huh? What about the food? She says she'll check on it. It was just sitting there under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Now all dried out. Advice to manage: get this place sorted out.
