    Andretti Indoor Karting & Games

    Andretti Indoor Karting & Games

Andretti's in Buford is basically a playground for adults disguised as a sleek entertainment complex. The space feels modern and high-energy, with neon lighting, polished concrete, glowing game zones, and that constant hum of excitement from the arcade floor and track. It's part adrenaline, part date night, and part "we are absolutely children and proud of it." We spent the evening bouncing between arcade games, fully embracing our competitive sides. The ticket machines kept spitting out proof of our triumphs, and after a heroic run of wins, we cashed in for the ultimate symbol of arcade victory: a lava lamp. Nothing strengthens a relationship like carrying a glowing tube of molten nostalgia to the car. The atmosphere is lively without feeling chaotic, making it easy to laugh, play, and celebrate small victories together. Staff were friendly, the games were in great shape, and the entire place runs with the efficiency of somewhere that understands people came to have fun, not stand around waiting. If you're looking for a Valentine's date that swaps candlelight for neon glow and roses for arcade tickets, Andretti's delivers. We left with a lava lamp, sore cheeks from laughing, and the comforting knowledge that our relationship can survive friendly competition.

Never have I seen so many people standing around, walking around, yet so little getting actually getting done. Our server finally came to our table after we've been waiting for 15 min. I ordered everything. Drinks didn't come out so I had to ask the host to order the drinks and he was nice enough to oblige. 30 min goes by. I haven't seen our server anywhere. Completely disappeared. There are tons of orders sitting there under a heat lamp. People looking like they're just waiting. For what? For the food to be ready? Well there it is! People keep coming and going into this employee entrance looking like they're busy doing something important but I wonder what. Finally our server appears to ask "how are we doing"? Huh? What about the food? She says she'll check on it. It was just sitting there under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Now all dried out. Advice to manage: get this place sorted out. Come up with efficient processes to get food out to people ASAP. Dedicated food runners who run our food as soon as it's ready. Something! Oh and the best employee there was the bartender. He was manning the bar AND busing people's tables, getting their checks. Props to him!

We were there for 4 hours and there was a steady flow of people of all ages the whole time. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. There was also a DJ that got there around 5 and he was great too! He was willing to play songs that we suggested even though he had his own mix to play. They also played tag a few times and a couple of employees hopped into the game too, it was great! The staff were also very interactive with the kids. While skating, I noticed that it looked like a piece of the skate was missing and when showing it to an employee he immediately had me take them off and provided me with a new pair--no questions asked. The facility was clean and well organized, it included a skate rink, arcade, jungle gym, food, and laser tag-- I will definitely return. Just a heads up, you have to pay admission and show rental separately, but they have a lot of events and deals. For me and my siblings, it totaled to about $44.

We attended several birthday parties here, and it generally is a huge hit with the kids. The space…read moreis clean, well-organized, and spacious. There are tons of activities for the little ones, including bounce houses, climbing structures, slides, and even foosball. One of the features is the designated area for smaller kids. The entire facility is socks-only, and they sell them if you forgot. They also provide slippers for kids and parents using the bathroom. I didn't get to use them, but there are massage chairs available for adults.

Dino Dash is an indoor playground, or as parents know it, a controlled-chaos energy sink. The…read morepremise is simple: bring your kids here, let them run wild, and cross your fingers that they burn off enough energy to stop bugging you for at least 30 minutes after. The first thing you'll notice is how big this place is. It's great for sugar-fueled kids launching themselves at anything that looks climbable. And for parents, the size is a blessing. You can move around without feeling like you're breathing in all the germs from the snot-nosed brats. Plus, the sheer scale means kids will burn through more energy just getting from one area to another. So, what's inside? * Bounce houses: Multiple ones, because one just isn't enough to for kids to jump in * A crash pad, for those moments when gravity wins. * A building zone with huge, life-sized Lego blocks, where kids can test their engineering skills--or just create something to knock down. * A giant, 2-story, maze-like play structure where kids can get lost in with a huge slide. * Air hockey, because it's not a real indoor playground without one neglected table in the middle of the area. * A mini gymnastics area, perfect for somersault attempts and the occasional accidental faceplant. * A small-kid zone for the littlest ones, so they don't get flattened by the big kids. If you're here for a birthday party, Dino Dash has that locked down, too. There are multiple party rooms, a pizza package (because pizza is a universal kid food), and drinks. For parents, it's a one-stop shop: book the party, show up, and let someone else deal with the logistics. Now, let's talk about the real MVP: the parent amenities. First, there are massage chairs. A thoughtful touch, though I'm not sure how relaxing they are when you're calculating how much this is all costing. (Hint: it's not cheap.) Still, at least your back gets a little attention while your wallet takes the hit. They've also got a nursing room, which is a rarity in places like this. Major points for thinking about the moms juggling babies and toddlers. Snacks and drinks are available on-site, though at a bit of a premium. There's a selection of sugary snacks and drinks to help kids get their energy back for more crashing and jumping into things. Whether you're looking for a sugary boost for the kids or just need something to tide you over while they burn through another round of energy, you'll find it here. As for the cost, you get all-day access with no time limit, so feel free to let your kids get their fill of playtime. Here's the breakdown: * Infants are free * Kids cost between $10-$20, depending on their age and when you go. * Adults? You get two free per kid. Not bad. Oh, and don't forget your socks. It's a socks-only zone. If you forget, they'll happily sell you some at the front desk. Because of course, they will. If you're looking for a place to kill a couple of hours while your kids expend enough energy to (hopefully) sleep better tonight, Dino Dash delivers. Sure, it's pricey, but it's clean, well-thought-out, and packed with enough activities to keep most kids entertained. Plus, with the massive size, you won't feel like you're trapped in a petri dish of kid germs. So, grab your socks, a credit card, and your patience. It's one of the better indoor playgrounds around and a solid investment in your sanity. Just remember: tired kids = happy parents. Or at least happier ones.

We were planning on going to the VIP area but we decided since things weren't super busy that we would go over to the standard side. I believe Kyle was the person who checked us in, and he was super helpful and gave us the end two lanes since I knew we would be loud. We were greeted by Tina, and we ordered some drinks and food to eat while we had our family competition where the game we chose was the highest score from an individual on a team is used for the "team score". This means that we can get some pretty competitive games going, and it didn't disappoint! We had people from age 10- age 84 and we had so much fun! Being a competitive family it was cool to see everyone smiling, laughing, and just having a blast. Tina was very great as our server, she was always around when we needed something and she also was cheering us on when she would be by. Also a cool thing. Afterwards, the kids headed to the Video game section. Super bummed I didn't get the guy's name, but he helped me navigate refilling some cards and getting set up so the kids could go wild. I appreciated the help. I'm not tech savvy, and he was able to top up some cards and get us rolling right away. I will be sure next month around Thanksgiving to get his name and add it here! I am excited about seeing family again next month. You can bet we will be back here, and enjoying another family outing with some competition bowling here at Stars and Strikes! Thanks to the team here. It's never a letdown.
