This place was busy at 5pm on a Monday! Tables get packed and people aren't allowed to hold a table while in line. The workers help to get chairs and find you a table once you finish ordering. We went with 8 people and probably were in line for a good 15 to 20 minutes to order drinks and pay for our figurines. We luckily got a table right away. They have a decent selection of figurines to paint from trinket trays and characters like Pokémon, Kirby, and labubus. The paint supplies are self service with no extra charge and you get an apron. I appreciated that they had metallic gold and silver. Most of the colors were primary bold colors, so you will have to mix your own for pastel options. It was a relaxing time and they played a lot of instrumental music. After you're done, the staff will glaze your figure with a clear varnish within 10 minutes, but ours wasnt evenly coated. We were there for a few hours. Everyone liked their drinks, which were around $8. They also had dessert and snacks like fries and Chinese chicken nuggets. The figures were around $10-15 for the most part but some are more or less depending on the size. One downside is that you won't always find the figure you want. The staff continued to bring out more options to their shelf as we were finishing up.

I really enjoyed visiting here with some friends to paint and hang out! It does get crowded on a weekend but definitely worth the hype! I went with a tray and got a House Bubble Tea. Once you get your tray, they have a good number of paints and brushes in the back for your artwork. Once you are done, you can get your artwork glazed which takes another 10-15min and packed as well. I will say don't get it wrapped while it's till hot because it left circle impressions from the bubble wrap. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and would love to come back again!

We found this place on TikTok and decided to come one Friday night. It was very busy but the place is big enough to accommodate. When you walk in you go to your left to look at the pottery choices, prices are on the bottom of the pieces. After choosing pieces you then go to the register to order drinks, snacks and pay for the pieces. They give you little paint trays there. After you find a table (tables are first come first serve) on the back wall they have the trays, paint brushes, pencils, cups for water, and all the paint colors. It took us a good hour just to get our small pieces painted. When you are done you take your pieces to the back and leave it on the tray to be glazed. Glazing can take about 15-20 minutes depending on how many pieces they have to run through. While we waited we just chat and enjoyed our boba. We kept it basic and had brown sugar and it was great. All in all this place is really cute, family friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend if you are looking for something fun to do.

Came here with one of my best friends and we loved the experience! When you come in there's an instructional billboard inside that is super helpful and as previous reviews mention you get to choose your blank figure and prices are on the bottom. The prices seem to fluctuate between $5+, mine that was palm size was $12. The snacks/food smelled great but tables are sometimes tiny and it seemed like too much of a hassle to eat and paint same time but we did get milk tea. My friend got brown sugar bubble tea and I initially got Taro but Taro did not taste like Taro at all it was just milk. I do think they could improve the Taro tea recipe. The girl at the counter was nice enough to switch out the drink so I got roasted brown sugar which tasted much better but still a bit lacking but def better than Taro. We spent around 1.5-2hours and I can tell you if you work professionally this was a cute, fun experience but also calming. You get to tap back into your inner child and just relax. I had such a good rest of the day after this experience which is why I rated it 5 stars. The figures are nostalgic too although I'd like to suggest to have more anime figures! Inuyasha, Sailor Moon, DBZ, etc would be sooo fun This place is definitely worth a visit! I will def be back again and again

Came on a weekend and would say it was definitely busy. Most of the figures were already gone too and we arrived at 12 when they open. I would say service here was very slow. The cash register was where the delay was. Would suggest opening up another register. We got two figures, around $12-$15 each. Two boba drinks. Popcorn chicken and the snack plate. Would say the popcorn chicken was pretty good and well seasoned. The strawberry matcha I got was way too sweet after I asked for 50% sugar and didn't taste like matcha. Tasted like the artificial type. There was also hair on our snack plate :( but we didn't see it till we were almost done and the line was way too long to go back. When getting our paints, the girl accidentally squirted paint all over my boyfriends jacket :( they never checked up on us to see if we were able to get it off when it wasn't even our faults. (We were NOT able to get it off). Did not offer to help or even ask. Just one sorry, I understand it wasn't on purpose but they should've provided better customer service. This happened before we got the food or even started painting so I would say this really dampened our mood lol. And then we saw the hair in our food. Overall, loved the concept of the place but there is definitely room for improving. Might give them another chance since I wasn't able to paint the figure I really wanted but hopefully the next experience will be better.

What a fun place to hang out for the afternoon and paint with your friends. Everything is provided for you and there are all sorts of cute little figurines to paint some starting as low as 10 bucks grab yourself a Boba tea and have fun. With these pieces you get to take them home the same day you paint them. There are a few snacks there but not many the chairs are folding chairs not that comfortable, but I guess they work any rate we had a good time we will go back.

Incha is such a cute spot to go with some friends!! There are so many options of figurines to choose from and paint! The atmosphere is so fun and lively. Everyone was very helpful to show what we had to do for the process. Once we finished the paining, the figures only took 15 minutes to glaze and then we could take them home! The boba was also great, especially to sip on while painting! Absolutely love this place and would definitely go back!!

Love the experience to paint and hang out with friends. They even allow you to purchase and bring the little ceramics home with paint, just remember to bring it back for the glaze. Depends on how busy they can get, the service can be slow or fast. The drinks are suprisingly good.

Went Sunday afternoon with friends and it was so crowded. Waited in line for 30 min just to pay for the pottery and order drinks. The drink came out quickly and tasted very refreshing. Pottery pieces ranged from $3 - $20 and lots of cute options available. The price includes paints, brushes, and glaze. There were a lot of seats but are very close together, so very loud. It was also warm inside and overstimulating to be here for 2.5 hours. Overall had a good time!

Incha was a super cute experience!! It was really fun to paint and drink boba. There were a lot of adorable choices to choose from and the experience was really easy to follow. It was a lively environment and everyone was super friendly. Would definitely go again.

This was a perfect late evening activity for us. They got boba and picked out their ceramics. Ranging from small $5 to larger $35 ceramic pieces. They glaze your item while you're there in 10-15 min. Customer service was great as well! They were constantly cleaning up and getting tables ready.

We came on a Sunday as a group of 5 around open time and had a very pleasant experience. While it did get crowded as time went on, it didn't seem unmanageable, and the figurines appeared well stocked. The bubble tea is very sweet-- I usually order 70% sugar and got 50% and it was a little too sweet still. But it had great flavor and texture! The popcorn chicken was also delicious and a huge serving. All 5 of us had some. We spent about 3.5 hours there and were able to paint, chat and get our pieces glazed (15 mins) during that time. There's plenty of paint options, and it's an easy to understand process. Overall, I love the idea, and I think they executed well on it!

After painting, the staff glazed the pottery in about 15 minutes, which was quick, but I was a bit disappointed; it wasn't a true kiln glaze.

That's a win in & of itself! lol Please bring cash or have Cash App to tip your host and game tech advisor person; I forgot the title lol. They make your game show battle experience fun! The restrooms were clean. They sell water, soft drinks, some beer, seltzers, and maybe wine and sports drinks. I don't think I saw any food for sell. It's all about the game show battles anyway! They divided us into two teams and had us select our nicknames and team name. Then we headed into the game room. We played several different games like wheel of fortune, family feud, and price is right. We had so much fun. After the games we returned into the first room and had food. I definitely recommend for team and friend outings.
