Very lovely restaurant. Great staff, great food and good location. Dined here a handful of times and it was always great! Food is fresh, consistently made great and staff is eager to please. I almost always get meatballs, black pepper tagliatelle, and tiramisu is always good. Ravioli and spaghetti are also to die for!!! Rum old fashioned, White Negroni and Boulevardier are always slam dunk. Manager Destiny runs this place very well...

We decided to come to Colletta for a graduation dinner, and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and attentive, while effectively timing check-in to not be overbearing. The meatballs had great flavor, and were presented well; I would have liked them to come out warmer. Same goes for the focaccia. The texture was lovely, the ricotta had nice flavor, but the focaccia itself was cold. The pizzas were incredibly well made, the dough had the right amount of crisp to it, and the toppings were delicious. I found it to be dry and under seasoned. The ravioli was cooked to perfection. The filling was delicious and the shrimp were tender. The real star was the Gnocchi. The sauce was delicious. The clams were fresh, slightly sweet, and very good. The gnocchi itself was also well cooked, had amazing texture, and were well sized. Finally we were grateful for the staff that even had a surprise for our grad. The lighting was beautiful, the dining area was inviting. The music was a little loud but it was overall a good vibe.

One of the best places I've been to! The host and bartenders were super nice and helpful! We went during the week for happy hour at the bar. The drinks were amazing! We ordered the appetizer that's just on the happy hour menu and it was very good! Both pizzas came out perfect!! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this place to everyone! I will have to come back to try brunch!

Beautiful restaurant, prompt, attentive service. Great selection of wines. I tried the chicken Parmesan and their meatballs for which I'd read great reviews. The meatballs were nice. Interesting sausage, beef and spice combination. The chicken Parmesan and accompanying spaghetti was disappointing. Noodles weren't cooked Al Dente. They were undercooked. Chicken was dry, chewy, and hard to cut. Not sure if it was just an off day in kitchen. My husband had the pork and while the flavor combo was good, the pork was dry and overcooked. I would probably not ever return except perhaps for cocktails.

Decided to try this well decorated restaurant at The Avalon because the food looked so good on pictures. Valet was available right in front of the restaurant and they were efficient. The hostess and waiter were both pleasant. We really enjoyed our drinks and the focaccia as a starter. We were disappointed with our main course though because they both lacked flavor. The presentation was great, but it needed a lot of support. We rarely ask for salt/pepper but we did for this meal. The skin on the trout had an unpleasant burnt taste as well.

Very delightful evening experience celebrating a birthday. Kelsey provided good service and was backed up by the wonderful Destiny who really went above and beyond with special surprises and sincere interaction. We enjoyed the caesar salad (split) with burrata app. Mains were ravioli and rigatoni bolognese - both were delicious and hearty. Dessert was an apple pastry a la mode which was perfect to cap the meal. Overall 5 stars and we will be back. Highly recommend. It was a little noisy at the start with loud music but it got softer so it must have been adjusted.

Brought some work people here and we had a great experience! Beautiful space. Our server was great and attentive. She gave us some recommendations that we definitely went with. We started with the calabrese pizza which was a favorite of everyone's. We also had the prosciutto di Parma and the honeycomb that came with it is soooo good! Nice touch. Beautiful plate. I loved my ravioli - very hearty. Honestly all the pasta looked so good, I don't think you can do wrong. Next time I definitely want to get the squid ink pasta! Definitely recommend you checking this spot out!

Wow... Among the best Pasta Bolognese I've had and easily the best I've had outside of NYC or Italy. The Bolognese here is absolutely to die for and the pasta was prepared al dente, just how I like it. Great charcuterie and meat balls here as well. Rounding out the meal was great service and a warm atmosphere. Might have to visit Atlanta more often.

Wow. Wow. Wow. No place can compete with Colleta! Coco was an excellent server. We had many questions about the menu and she was very happy to answer them. Service like this is rare. I forgot my leftover pizza box inside and she even brought it out the valet lot for me. You cannot find this anywhere and Alpharetta and if you book a table at Colleta, ask for coco! She is the best!

This restaurant is just beautiful. Walking in through the big grand doors, I was a little disappointed at how slow and long service was even though they weren't busy but staff were very friendly. It did seem like they were new and being trained. Let's talk food - hands down best bolognese in the area and surrounding towns, my kids kept asking for me. Pizza was very disappointing , burnt bottoms and strong burnt flavor. The calabrese had hot honest which added a nice touch. Plenty of public parking In the area. This would be a great date night spot, and had a nice outdoor closed off area

She was wonderful to guide us through our meal and all of her selections were delicious. We started off with the calamari, then had the crab soup and house salad. In addition, I didn't care for the ten layer lasagne as there was way too much dough and barely any sauce. More sauce would've helped some but still too much dough. I'd say five layers would provide a similar presentation as the slices do look lovely and the same can be achieved with less layering and more filling and sauce. I will eat in next time to get a better feel for the ambiance! And try something else! I have always loved Crust's menu so I'm sure I'll like more things here too.

We were seated outside, where we noted cheap wine glasses and plastic Coca Cola cups. I asked our waiter if they had filtered water, and his response was not impressive or professional. "Uhh... I mean, well... I think it just tastes like water... I don't know how they filter the water but it's fine." Dude, it's a yes or no question: 'yes, we have a filter for it,' or 'no ma'am, it comes from the tap.' Throughout the service we could tell he was not being attentive or personable, if we said anything off script he didn't know how to react. We ordered the house salad because of how it was described, but when it arrives, we were shocked at the presentation and quality. We told the server about the disappointment of having only four slices of radish on the salad when it was listed as a main ingredient and he did nothing to remedy that. The chef could also consider mixing all of the ingredients together so it is a harmonious marriage of salad, not just arugula with a sprinkle of pine nuts, drizzle of dressing, FOUR radishes and a handful of pre shredded, from the bag Parmesan. The least you could do is hand grate it. Now to the pizza- they are very large and the crust has nice flavor and a good crunch. The Bianca sauce was very heavy and greasy; tasted like it came out of a jar. That was our least favorite item by far. The bbq chicken was decent, however the Gouda cheese they used had a very cow aftertaste, and there were cubes of the cheese all around, which were rubbery and not good to chew. We couldn't tell if the sharp tang came from the tip of bbq sauce they used or some cleaner leftover on the chicken. It's sad, because Crust came recommended highly to us and we were excited to try it out. Overall, our meal was very disagreeable and we will not be back.

But this experience was genuinely special. From the service to the food to the atmosphere, everything exceeded expectations. Despite a packed dining room, the staff delivered a level of attentiveness that felt effortless. Our server had an incredible command of the menu, rattling off a lengthy list of specials from memory with impressive detail. The entire team worked in sync--bringing bread, refilling drinks, offering fresh grated cheese, clearing plates without rushing us, and striking just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. What really set the evening apart were the personal touches. The matriarch of the restaurant (or at least who I assume was the matriarch) circulated through the dining room making sure guests were enjoying themselves. At one point she proudly announced that the osso buco was ready--a charming moment that felt less like a sales pitch and more like someone sharing something they genuinely loved. Before we left, she gave my wife and daughter sunflowers from her garden, carefully prepared with the leaves removed and stems wrapped in foil. Then she sent us home with fresh zucchini. Along with everything else, these folks have figured out how to make dining personal. It felt less like eating in a restaurant and more like being welcomed into someone's lovely home--where there is genuine pride and gratitude that you've joined them for dinner. That's a rare feeling today, and Casa Nuova delivers it naturally. And then there's the food. The Oysters Rockefeller were outstanding. The fried mozzarella was exceptional. The Pesce Fra Diavola--with clams, mussels, calamari, and scallops--was perfectly prepared and served in a sauce that complemented rather than overwhelmed the seafood. The veal scallopini was tender, beautifully seasoned, and expertly sauced. Even our daughter's simple pasta dish was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Honestly, I'm almost afraid to go back because I don't know how they could possibly do better. Casa Nuova delivered one of the most memorable restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time. My sincere thanks to everyone at Casa Nuova for such a lovely evening. You made my wife, daughter, and me feel genuinely welcome, and we left with full stomachs, smiles on our faces, and an experience we'll remember for a long time.
