Since I stopped by the next door tailor, pizza sounded like a great lunch take out idea! Indoor seating was filled so that was a good sign. Option for NY or thin crust options. Various lunch pizza drink specials as well as by the slice prices. I decided upon the thin crust veggie sans cheese. It was cracker crunchy thin with enough sauce and veggies. Disappointing that no fresh basil available though...kinda takes away from authenticity for me. Convenient and tasty for basic options.

    Buffalo Billabong and The Pipeline

Delicious local family owned pizza!! Their dough is incredible and their pizza sauce is the best I've ever had. The thin crust or the traditional crust are both worth trying! We love the Buffalo Billabong with ranch and the traditional pepperoni. Their service is always wonderful and their outside seating is great for groups.

The Wedge with mushroom but no onions .

Hit this pizza restaurant spot!!! Orders the Wedge and it was full of toppings! Pizza dough cooked and fluffy - ordered crispy and the crust was perfecto!! A splash of oldie surfer decor! Longboard Beer fit right in! Waitstaff all on point! Ample parking right and near town of Alpharetta. For sure we will be back with the gang!!

This is the owner's idea of extra crispy? He was the cook the night I was there

So I've been waiting to try this place since they opened but every time I tried to go, they were either closed or there was nobody inside which is not a good sign. I was hesitant after reading other reviews that said the pizza was undercooked so I asked for mine to be extra crispy based on the reviews that I read, the cashier told me don't worry because the owner is the one that's cook tonight and he wouldn't not ever offer something he was not proud of. Well being this is a franchise I guess this is all I should've expected because that's the picture shows you that's his idea extra crispy? The pizza itself was nothing special. The pepperoni had a little more bite than I would've liked to have had but the worst thing about this place is the dough has absolutely no flavor which means the peach virtually is very bland and despite being offered a frequent visitor card by the cashier. I don't think I will ever be visiting again and I don't recommend that you do either. And what about the Decor you ask? Unless you like retro 1980s that's as bland as the pizza there was no excitement here either.

This is the kind of place I used to frequent back in the San Francisco Bay Area, the kind of food that does not just satisfy a craving but completely takes over your mood. I am fairly certain my driving became questionable for a moment as I made a very committed turn into the parking lot. Walking in felt like a reunion I did not know I needed. Korean fried chicken, done right, is a very specific kind of joy. It is crispy, it is loud, and it does not apologize for it. Bonchon delivers on all of that. We went big and ordered the 30 piece boneless mix with soy garlic and Korean BBQ, because restraint did not feel appropriate for the occasion. The chicken came out exactly how I remembered it. Perfectly double fried with that signature crunch that somehow stays intact even under a generous coating of sauce. The soy garlic had that sweet savory balance that keeps you reaching for just one more piece, and the Korean BBQ brought a deeper, slightly smoky flavor that made it impossible to pick a favorite. It was less of a meal and more of a full experience. We also added pork potstickers with a soy garlic glaze, which felt like the correct life decision. Crispy edges, tender filling, and just enough glaze to make them disappear faster than intended. At some point I stopped pretending I was sharing. The place itself was spectacularly clean, which immediately stood out. The only hiccup came with the service. The staff were not unfriendly, but they were occupied at the register and did not notice that our order had been sitting behind them for a bit. We eventually walked over to check if it was ours. That extra wait took a little away from the experience, and the chicken was not quite as crisp as it should have been by the time we got it. It is the only reason this lands at four stars instead of five. There is something about finding a place you loved from another chapter of your life in a completely different state. It feels like a small win. My husband may not have been convinced that seventy eight dollar shorts were a good investment, but I would argue this detour more than made up for it. If you are anywhere near Alpharetta and have even a passing appreciation for fried chicken that takes itself seriously, this place still absolutely delivers. My heart, and my appetite, were very content.

The food here is genuinely excellent--some of the best Korean fried chicken I've had in Atlanta…read more The skin is incredibly crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, and the chicken is clearly butchered and cooked with care. The sauces are a real highlight, especially the gochujang-based one, which was absolutely phenomenal. They're generous with the sauce, too, which adds even more flavor to an already well-executed dish. That said, it's hard to ignore the price point. This is easily the most expensive Korean fried chicken spot I've been to. While the quality justifies the cost to an extent, it's still a noticeable jump from other similar places. And while the chicken is very good, it's not necessarily the best in Atlanta--though it's definitely in the top tier. Another thing that stood out was the lack of lower-cost or smaller portion options. There were only half and whole birds available, with no quarter bird or sandwich options, which makes it difficult for someone looking for a more affordable or lighter meal. It feels like they're missing an opportunity to appeal to a broader lunch crowd. In short: it's pricey, but you're getting high-quality, expertly prepared Korean fried chicken.
