It's amazing--perfectly baked with just the right amount of chew and flavor. * Thin Crust: Still very good! If you're a die-hard thin-crust fan, you won't be disappointed, but it didn't quite hit the same highs as the original. The Verdict While both were quality pizzas, the regular crust is definitely the way to go. It has a better texture and really rounds out the meal. About as good as you'll find in the south. We had the thin crust pizza and it made for a great base but the ingredients weren't uniformly applied. A bunch of ingredients here and a bunch there plus it wasn't covered end to end leaving hunks of crust with nothing but crust. Small place decorated like 1970s Southern California (Sid grew up there) and serving tasty pizzas. I had pizza with meat on thin crust and after eating a full personal pizza I feel great. Since I stopped by the next door tailor, pizza sounded like a great lunch take out idea! Indoor seating was filled so that was a good sign. Option for NY or thin crust options. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Beyond the fact that it felt visibly dirty inside, it was incredibly difficult to communicate with the staff due to a severe language barrier, making it frustrating just to order and get basic service. Out of curiosity, I looked up their recent health department records, and it makes complete sense why the dining room feels neglected. During their routine inspection on February 24, 2026, they received a mediocre score of 88 due to several concerning violations. The inspector noted uncovered raw meat stored in the walk-in cooler, multiple containers of food missing proper date labels, and cleaning rags left out instead of being kept in sanitizer solution. To top it off, they were noted for operating with an expired permit. Between the communication issues, the lack of cleanliness in the front of the house, and the clear food safety violations in the kitchen, I won't be returning. They need to drastically step up their management, training, and sanitation standards. read more

I ordered pizza tonight to the Hilton and they delivered it to the wrong room. When I found it at a different room it had no napkins or a fork to eat the salad. I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they can do. Very horrible customer service. The salad for $8 and was very small. I recommend you look elsewhere. read more

Stopped in on a Saturday night. It was surprisingly not busy at all. Don't let this be a deterrent. The food was really good. We got a plain cheese pizza and I really enjoyed it. The food is amazing. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the owner today. We are weekly basis customers (literally). After our lunch we got our bill and split it as we always do. During check out he told us we couldn't split the check. We told him everytime we come we split and there's never been an issue. He said he doesn't allow that. So when I told him we come weekly he said did you come last Friday? He questioned our visit. I said no bc we were out of town. I can pull up my credit card statement and show him we are there once a week. He apologized after but it was a big turn off. We love the pizza and the staff at Sid's. The server knows our order by heart (she doesn't work on Fridays). It will def be a while before we go again bc we are completely turned off. It's unfortunate honestly. I ordered take out, which will always be different than the in person experience. The pizza was decent. The crust was a bit undercooked--I actually like many baked goods slightly underdone, but pizza crust shouldn't be soggy, and this was. I also thought that the salad was really skimpy for the price point. The container was full, but 97% of that was probably iceberg--there were a few tiny flecks of romaine, some wispy purple onions, a couple of tablespoons of mozz, and a few tomato chunks. So I've been waiting to try this place since they opened but every time I tried to go, they were either closed or there was nobody inside which is not a good sign. I was hesitant after reading other reviews that said the pizza was undercooked so I asked for mine to be extra crispy based on the reviews that I read, the cashier told me don't worry because the owner is the one that's cook tonight and he wouldn't not ever offer something he was not proud of. Well being this is a franchise I guess this is all I should've expected because that's the picture shows you that's his idea extra crispy? The pizza itself was nothing special. The pepperoni had a little more bite than I would've liked to have had but the worst thing about this place is the dough has absolutely no flavor which means the peach virtually is very bland and despite being offered a frequent visitor card by the cashier. I don't think I will ever be visiting again and I don't recommend that you do either. And what about the Decor you ask? Unless you like retro 1980s that's as bland as the pizza there was no excitement here either. read more

Went for lunch with my GF bc she saw a prior excellent review on this place. And boy was it good!! I am not a pizza crust till the end kind of girl but I could eat every bite of this pizza. My friends and I used to go here a lot when it was Mellow Mushroom so we were happy to find a new pizza spot in its place.
