I came here today with a coworker as I was craving a slice and some wings, and I had heard great things! You walk in and the first thing you notice is it's size. Or should I say lack thereof? This place is tiny, but that is not a knock on the restaurant. Just note that it mightnot be ideal for a large group. I get to the counter and am promptly greeted by a young lady and I place my order for a slice of meat lovers and 6 buffalo wings. Paid and I was lucky enough that as soon as I filled up my water cup a table was becoming open. My buddy and I sit down and his side salad arrives quickly. He said it was good, but he ordered a Greek salad and they brought him a garden. He is not one to complain so he demolishes the solid. Our slices come and they look promising. Taking a bite, the flavor is outstanding, but the slice is not necessarily hot. A few steps above room temp. That said, the flavor saved the day as it popped with flavor and not too much sauce. I am a "dip my crust in ranch" guy and was disappointed with the store-bought Ken's ranch. A few minutes later my wings come and they are some big ole Jumbo wings! They arrive piping with steam coming off of them. They were nice and crispy and tasted ok, but if I was a betting man, I'd say the sauce is Franks red hot or something similar. Nothing wrong with Franks, but I just expected more. All this is to say, would I go back and give them another shot? You bet. The pizza has a lot of potential for greatness. If you're from Jersey, you're going to feel right at home here. The smell took me back to Paterson where we had plenty of good pizzerias. The pizzas were good, perfect crust and cheese. The sauce flavor could be enhanced. This is a solid pizza place, I would come back. Great service! I worked at the polls during the 2020 election and a very kind person ordered pizza from Vincenza's for all the workers. I remember the slice I had being good but it was awhile ago so I decided to give it another try. I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza. Wasn't crazy about it. Greasy and salty! I like that it was thin but the taste wasn't very good. I ordered their bread knots. Seemed like some were cooked and others were doughy still. Ordered fries...those tasted fine. Got a salad which was also okay. And ordered tiramisu which was just okay. Everything was just eh. Don't think I'll be coming back to this pizza place. Will be on the hunt for another. read more

Better slices than most places! I'm upping my review to 5 stars based on two things. 1. Noticeably better slices than most other places. I don't think I would have detected these were heated up slices had I not known. They're that good! 2. A deal of a house salad that you can add to any slice for $2.90. This isn't some bargain basement salad either. It's a good size for a side salad, not to mention for $2.90! It has lettuce, onions, grape tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, and black olives! You want a photo? Yeah me too, but I dug in too quickly so dream on! One ding though is that I notice in my previous review I praised their ranch dressing. Today I received Ken's ranch dressing. This pizzeria is a hidden gem! We found it on Yelp with its good reviews. As soon as we walked in, the small of pizza goodness hit us! We ordered at the front counter and the food was brought to the table we chose. It's a very small restaurant with about 5 tables and a counter area you can sit on. Everyone working here wear a mask. There's 4 TVs which we're playing 4 different sports at the same time. We ordered a slice of cheese pizza ($3.19) and an eggplant parmigiana sub ($8.49). Cheese had the right texture, you know, that certain toughness. If you know you know. Sauce was good too. Not sweet, not spicy. Just tomato. Crust not bad. Maybe a bit too dense for me. I like a little more airy. Airy like it gets those puffy bubbles. But all in all decent similar to NJ / NY pizza. You know, the good kind. As far as the place? Expect a no frills atmosphere. I've placed several orders for pick-up or delivery, but have yet to come in and dine. The pizzeria is adjacent to the Chevron gas station on McFarland Parkway. Just across the street from their sister restaurant, BB's Bagels. We've ordered the following: Garlic Knots (6 pcs) $2.99 Large White Pizza $21 + Pepperoni $1.75 Large Veggie Pizza $26 + Pepperoni $1.75 Sweet Braid (6 pcs) $3.29 Mini Cannolis $4.99 Everything is made fresh and delicious! Our favorite is the white pizza with pepperoni and I'm embarrassed to tell how often we order it... The large is 20" and the slices are huge! My photos don't do them justice. Delivery usually takes between 45 minutes to an hour, and they tell you that ahead of time. They've delivered to our neighborhood pool and to our house. We've never had any issues. Staff is always friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I look forward to dining at the restaurant soon! read more

We could have stayed home and had more wine. Like a lot of pies, the toppings are clustered in the middle and the crust does not have the structural integrity to hold them. Wow what a delight! We had so much going on that we missed breakfast and lunch so we needed a quick late option. Yelp led us to the Vincenza's Pizzeria. Wow the toppings they offer!! The selections and combinations are endless.. I ordered a 14" all meat with the addition of artichoke, mushrooms, and green olives. My wife ordered a 14" pepperoni with jalapeño, and my kids got a 20" large cheese pizza. First... warning warning... the 20" pizza is huge!! I mean super big! Each pizza was perfect... loaded with toppings, the crust was crunchy and soft on the inside... the sauce was savory, and the flavor was ohhhh my Goddie toooo hottie!! I mean these pizzas were perfect. Great crust! Great toppings! Great sauce... just great great great! We will eat from here again soon... the pizza was outstanding... Meh. We live 5 minutes away and decided to pickup our order instead of having it delivered because we typically find it much more fresh when we pick it up. Unfortunately, this was not the case for us this time. Our order was close to 20 minutes late - which wasn't even the problem. The problem was our pizza was done on time and our stromboli took forever. So because our order wasn't timed properly, upon getting home the pizza had already been out of the oven for an extended period of time. Probably 20+ minutes at least. As we only live 5 minutes away, it is hard to blame ourselves for the issue. I understand that pizzas are normally set on top of the oven to keep them warm, but this is not the same as eating a fresh pizza. We ordered: (6) Garlic Knots $3.19 Large Hawaiian with Mushrooms $27.78 Veggie Stromboli with Pepperoni $12.48 Of course, there were consistency issues. The pie was totally soggy underneath and the cheese had totally clunked together. By the time we were on a second slice it was barely warm. We also found hardly any sauce on the pizza. I am not someone who likes a ton of sauce, but this just tasted like cheese bread. I really wish we could have tried the pizza when it came out of the oven, I am sure we would have enjoyed it much more than we did. One thing I will say is that the large pizza was definitely large - which was appreciated! The garlic knots were deep fried. I wish I knew that because I would not have ordered them. I asked for extra garlic and I am pretty sure we didn't get it. The knot was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but it was so greasy it was off putting. It also had hardly any flavor. These were not for us. The vegetable stromboli had eggplant inside, which we were excited about it. Unfortunately, the menu does not say the eggplant is breaded and fried. I don't care for fried eggplant and the breading really got separated from the eggplant so there were bites with just breading which was not great. We paid almost $2 extra to add pepperoni and there were maybe 3 slices on the inside. Kind of another disappointment. The food looked a lot better than it tasted. Buckle in! This review is complicated but f'ed up. I placed an order yesterday afternoon about 4pm through door dash. Two medium pies for delivery. I made a mistake on the order platform. I wanted the pizza to be delivered later in the evening when I got home from work as door dash gives that option. I confirmed the order without setting the delivery time. Realizing I made the error immediately, I cancelled the order within a minute of placing it. Das dash informed me that I would have to eat the cost of the order I cancelled because Vincenza's already started making this order. A bit suspect but okay. I made the error so I understand I had to eat the cost, $65 by the way. I reordered the two medium pizza's, this time correctly for the time I wanted it delivered and confirmed it. The one star rating is for what happened next. Vincenza's proceeds to save and deliver me the original pizza's they made hours earlier that had been sitting in the box under the heat warmer that turned to cardboard. For what? As more punishment for making the error in ordering. IDK I think Vincenza's could have handled this better. read more

I was very disappointed in this restaurant. My first visit. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. It was way too large for one person and had way too much cheese on it. It did not look anything like the picture on this app. I ate three slices and as soon as I got home, threw the rest in the trash. When it was served , they provided a flimsy paper plate which disintegrated after a few cuts with my knife and fork. Speaking of knife and fork, none were provided until I asked for them and then I was give a packet with plastic utensils. I noticed other diners with proper utensils and I asked if I might have some like those - which they provided. This place purports to be a dine in or carry out. I ordered from Uber eats and the app was confusing because it seemed like regular sauce and mozzarella cheese were add ons so I called and the gal who answered said no, if you don't choose them then it's understood that you want those. Got my pizza and it had no cheese. Pizza is not good without cheese in my opinion. So won't be ordering from this place anymore. I hate spending $45 on a large pizza that il not going to eat. Some of the best pizza I've ever had! All of the ingredients were fresh and the pizza looked like a symmetrical piece of food art. We had the Veggie Pizza and added pepperoni. You could tell the pizza maker took his time placing every ingredient evenly across the pizza so that every bite was amazingly balanced. Also, had a large Garden Salad and it was delicious and fresh. Always good to balance out the unhealthy with some healthy LOL. When I called the restaurant to make my order the staff members were polite and very hospitable. I went here 2 times. The first time I ordered 1 large cheese, 1 parmigiana sub, and chicken fingers and fries. All were relatively good. Though I noticed spiciness on the sub and chicken fingers. I'm not sure if this is a Georgia thing to want it spicy as I noticed other pizza places add spiciness to their food. Also I noticed the pizza had enough sauce to my liking. The second time I ordered 1 large cheese and 1 meat lovers. I noticed that the cheese pizza was light on the sauce. I had to check photos on line to see if it's just me and I noticed some customer photos appeared light on sauce too. Not sure what the "pizza code" is, do I need to buy 10 pizzas before I get enough sauce to my liking? I did notice the inconsistency with the sauce.
