The new Catch Air Village
Leslie T.

My 2 year old loves this place! I think he'd stay all day if I let him. There's tons of things for toddlers to do to run off energy, and for the most part it seems pretty clean. Every time I'm there, there's at least one employee walking around with a spray bottle and paper towels cleaning the equipment. Weekends can get crazy, epically when there's a birthday party going on. Week day visits are the best for having the place to yourself. I am a little disappointed that they haven't changed the hard, slippery tile floor in the toddler area and the entrance. You'd think that the toddler zone (for ages 4 and under) would have a padded floor for those who aren't quite steady on their feet yet. The rest of the place had foam mats on the floor, but the toddler area is the only place without the foam floor. I know that many suggestion cards and emails have been written by fellow moms suggesting they fix this, but it has yet to be changed. Overall, it's a great place for toddlers and kids who need to expend a little energy.

Toddler area. Not much to do.

This Catch Air seems to be a bit (maybe quite a bit) past its prime. Came here with our 1.5 year old and hoped she'd be able to really run off some energy. It was just ok. There seems to be a level of grime that comes with time and age. Lots of the items in some of the older pictures are just gone now. Things look old. Outdated. Worn. It was fine and a decent price, but I was a little disappointed.

My 17 month old has been 3 times in the past week or so. Especially for a kid who can walk, this place is great. It is the best place to take your kid and let them run crazy. Everything is padded. The place seemed pretty clean (my socks weren't black afterwards like they will be after an hour at the play area in Northpoint mall). There is a pool of balls, bouncy slides and other inflatable things. My daughter really loves bouncing on the little donkeys scattered about. There is a dance floor and they turn off all the lights and have a dance party with bubbles. My only compliant is that it is hot in there. I suppose it is from all the air blowing machines. You just have to dress appropriately for it.

I have only ever used this card at the Cumming location. One punch left and they will no longer accept it.

Reasonable fun for kids. Clean. Safe. Colorful. Clean bathrooms. Refreshments reasonable, too. Will return!!

When we arrived, there weren't many people there aside from a few younger kids, yet the facility felt disorganized. I didn't notice any active cleaning or organizing taking place, and the two employees at the front desk seemed unfamiliar with the promotions being advertised. It made the check-in process confusing and gave the impression that staff were not well informed (also took away from the time kids could play/were standing around waiting). Later I did notice one employee "cleaning" with gloves on so I thought she was using chemicals or organizing but it was just mostly just dumping all the toys into the shopping cart. The promotion itself ended up being much less of a deal than it appeared online. Overall, the experience left me disappointed, especially considering the cost. I had been considering this venue for a future birthday party for my children, but after seeing how things were run during this visit, I will likely look elsewhere. For the price being charged for these parties, I expected a cleaner, more organized, and better-managed experience. Compared to other local centers, the activities were limited/disorganized. Items were not in the proper places and made play a bit restricted. Nice concept and good deals but hard to compete against neighboring centers.

Unfortunately, we do not have many options in this area, and having visited similar establishments in Philadelphia and New York, I feel comfortable saying that my experience here has been extremely disappointing. If zero stars were an option, I would not hesitate to give this place that rating. My frustration comes from three separate incidents, all of which reflect concerning customer service and a lack of proper care. Incident 1: My child arrived with a pair of shoes but left with a similar-looking pair that was noticeably more worn and a larger size. This is not acceptable, and I would appreciate an explanation of how this happened. Incident 2: While trying to hang up a suit, my child had it fall onto her head, and her hair became caught in the Velcro. She was told that her hair would need to be cut to remove it. Thankfully, we were able to resolve the situation ourselves using a letter opener and a soft brush, without cutting her hair. I was very concerned by how this situation was handled. Incident 3: My child eventually left wearing a pair of socks as compensation for the missing shoes. I understand that the shoes may have been difficult to locate, but socks are not an adequate resolution for the loss of a pair of shoes. Regarding the cameras, if they are there primarily as a deterrent or intimidation tactic rather than to provide meaningful security and accountability, please just be upfront about that. I find it difficult to accept the explanation that there is no clear picture of the shoes. If the cameras cannot capture a clear image of something as straightforward as a pair of shoes, then what purpose do they serve when a genuine accident occurs and a customer needs the footage to help establish what happened? I would appreciate a transparent and reasonable explanation rather than simply being told that the images are unclear. I understand that we signed a waiver, and I acknowledge that responsibility. However, signing a waiver does not mean that customer concerns should be dismissed or that accountability no longer matters. This should be a two-way street, with reasonable expectations and responsibilities on both sides. After three separate incidents, I believe it is fair to expect more than an apology or a temporary workaround. I would appreciate a meaningful resolution, particularly regarding the missing shoes and the way these situations were handled. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address them appropriately. Customers deserve to feel that their children are treated with care, respect, and consideration. I am not asking for special treatment; I am asking for basic accountability, transparency, and reasonable customer service.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ready Set Fun…read more I booked and paid a $381.50 deposit for my daughter's birthday party scheduled for January 25. Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.
