Then in March, my fiance said he wanted to get married on our 5 year anniversary- extremely romantic and the perfect date, but with only 2 months to plan. I was terrified- how an anyone plan an entire wedding in just 2 months? I stumbled across Four Oaks Manor and fell in love. I sent a message and they IMMEDAITELY reached out to me and planned a date to meet up the following week. Upon visiting the venue, I felt as though I had walked into a fairytale. The venue is all-inclusive; the decorations, setup/breakdown, chairs/linens, officiant, catering, a s'mores fire pit, garden games, and even a planner who attends the day-of to ensure things go smoothly is truly a dream come true. With so little time to plan, I could not have chosen a better venue. McKenzie was my planner/coordinator/confidante who never once made me feel rushed or stressed. I never really planned out my wedding before and McKenzie walked me through everything with the utmost patience, listening to what I wanted while giving me her input which really brought everything together. Any question I had she answered promptly via email, allowed me to bring my photographer on an impromptu visit, and had the best demeanor throughout the entire time. Most impressively, she had the entire day planned out to the minute. As for the day of, I wouldn't change a single thing. I never once felt stressed and McKenzie was always within reach to help with anything that came up. The food was AMAZING- hands down the best wedding dinner I ever had. The ambiance from the beautiful garden, lighting and music is simply unmatched. We had a total of 14 people attend and it not once felt too big. I definitely feel they can benefit from that as it gets colder out. The historic courthouse puts on different events each month as well as hosting private events like weddings. In my humble opinion, Koury Farms was absolutely perfect for a small outdoor wedding. The wedding we attended as guests here sat approximately 72 people in the reception hall using four tables plus an additional 2-person table for the bride & groom. I believe there was enough space to accommodate one more table of 18 comfortably and still have room to move around. The center of the event space was open for dancing while the right side featured a gift/cards table, charcuterie grazing table and a photo booth. The outdoor wedding area was just to the left of the reception hall on an elevated, covered wooden deck overlooked a small vineyard. The seating was pew-style and featured wooden plaques placed at the base quoting scripture as well as a sign that read "Pick a seat, not a side - you are loved by both the bride and groom!" Attached to the reception hall on one side was a small space with a bar and catering tables for food and drinks, while the other side was closed off as a private space for the wedding party. I assume this is where they took their bridal photos. Overall it was a beautifully simplistic venue with lots of country charm. It's an excellent place for vow renewals with an intimate crowd of family & friends.

Aadil took time out of his own schedule, while he was in the middle of a move, to finalize our menu with us. Aadil and the Signature Ballroom staff continued to work with us and even accommodated changes right up to the evening before the event. It was clear to us that this staff took a high level of pride in their work and that made planning our engagement that much less stressful.
