As employees of the county everything has to be right. So we go to pick up almost 1,200 dollars in merchandise and the flag is on the very back with no flag on the sleeve. We called and they basically said sorry you approved it even though we looked up the proof they sent and it had it on the sleeve. But she said there is nothing we can do. Very rude to our class and the employees that protect and serve hall county. Will not be ordering from this establishment.

I called two weeks after not hearing anything. Stopped by today and there my jacket sat, still in the exact same place on the counter now covered by more orders from others. He explained he had a busy week, and I replied with, it's been here a month. I understand it was a small order and very low priority, but he could have said that he didn't do orders that small and sent me on my way instead of wasting my time. I've been in the store twice now and it seems very disorganized with boxes and merchandise lying all around and hand written notes on top of orders. It may be a good idea for Tom to hire an organizer for the business. He seems like a perfectly lovely gentleman, but also to be permanently in the weeds.

He was able to create a banner, sign and finish out my logo when I was in time sensitive situation. Literally, I had two other graphic designers over the past year and a half attempt to make my logo design but they were unsuccessful. Mike got my vision for my logo right, plus the banner and sign produced in less time than I knew was possible. Sue took care of coordinating the venue setup, provided decorations and also worked with catering vendor so we could enjoy a stress free evening. Of course their dj was fantastic, great song selection curated by Sue based on the crowd we described. Dance floor stayed full and everyone had fun. Dj led a wobble lesson and everyone joined in. Sue had lots of little suggetions that enhanced the party experience. All our family and friends tell us it was the most fun they have had in a long time
