I went with a group of 10 people and we had to make a reservation a few days in advance, but they do accept walk ins if there are available bookings. Kent was our host and debriefed us on the background of our escape room, The Dig, and provided us instructions and helped us in the room with any hints when needed. Kent was an amazing host and definitely improved the experience! All the workers here seemed to be very in character and genuinely enjoyed working here. Without spoiling much, the escape room is a multi-level establishment meaning there will be multiple rooms attached and a fun surprise after each clue! We were able to complete the room within 45 minutes while our room was one of the easier themes.
