Huge clump of dust and hair- they were all over the corners and floors.

After reading reviews, I was excited to bring my toddlers for the afternoon. Walking in, I was surprised at how tiny and overly crowded it seemed but since I had already made the drive and effort to bring two kids, I figuted I'd give it a shot. The floors and climbing equipment were filthy and had a dark film on them. There were huge visible piles of hair and dirt/ dust all over the floor. The space was very tight and crowded and had way too many kids for it to be safe or even enjoyable. The owner/ manager was very nice when we first came in but then had an attitude and got very defensive when I told her why we were leaving. I am bummed because I wanted to love this place and have an activity we could regularly attend. I don't know how they get away with charging 20 dollars a child. Unless this place is deep cleaned and upgraded, I'd take your kids somewhere else.

Really great concept (indoor play place that caters towards special needs) that is desperately needed in our area!! The place is small and geared more towards younger children (my 5 year old LOVES it), but has enough that will keep your child entertained and engaged for over an hour. Couple thoughts: 1. The place is clearly geared towards sensory/spectrum children, but they allow all abilities of children to come and enjoy. Personally, I wish they had different times for different age groups so that it's a more inviting and friendly environment for the children in attendance. The few times we've gone, my daughter was the only one in her age range with all the others being under 2 and unable for her to play with. 2. The times we've visited, I've noticed no sanitizing, no mask enforcement, and children who were visibly ill (coughing and had runny noses) weren't turned away. 3. Prices are super fair and they offer therapy based group play, however, there was no more further information readily available and the staff didn't seem informed. 4. Staff said they are typically busiest on rainy days and on weekends.

Brought my grandkids there a couple weeks ago. They are two, and three years old and had an absolute blast!! We'd gone to Chuck E. Cheese a month before, and way too much money and the kids had a much better time here. They have numerous high-quality play areas, including a grocery store, veterinarian, doctor, restaurant, and dentist. They had the most fun with the grocery store, which included a tiny little cart, tons of play food and a little cash register the beeped when they scan the food . There were numerous swings of all types, and a ramp you can ride down in a car. It was a hoot. The three year old loved the mini zip-line. There's a fully enclosed trampoline that they had a great time on. I could go on and on and I'm sure I've not mentioned everything.saw there . As the name implies, it's a great place for kids on the spectrum several who were there with their coaches. My grands are not on the spectrum, but it's clearly designed for children of all abilities. We will definitely be back many times.!

Highly recommend! We rented out this for a birthday party -- the kids loved it, the service was wonderful, and it's a great value! It's super clean and brand new toys/play equipment. There's a private room in the back with BYO food and drink. They have everything from a zipline, trampoline, swings, and baby toys. My son is also going there for spring break and summer camp. They also do open play!

We're new to the area, so we just started going here, but so far I'm very impressed! My son loves it and never wants to leave.

While there is a zip line here and a trampoline there isn't a lot for older kids but until we reach that age the place is perfect.

Fun upbeat play environment. Have been at this location on multiple occasions and different times…read moreof the day, always well staffed and children have a blast.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ready Set Fun…read more I booked and paid a $381.50 deposit for my daughter's birthday party scheduled for January 25. Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.
