We rented the 18" water slide and the bounce house. The employees were there exactly when they said they would be to set up. They were super nice and considerate. Explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions knowledgeably. They explained the contract and gave me their direct number in case there were any issues during our event. They contacted us about 15 minutes before our event was supposed to end to make sure our end time was still okay and then showed up on the dot to begin breaking down. They were quick and efficient and I really appreciate their professionalism. The rentals were perfect for our event - exactly how they were described on the website and in great condition. The kids (and adults) all loved sliding down the water slide in this hot July weather and the bounce house was a hit, especially for the little ones. We will definitely be using Jump for Joy again for future parties and highly recommend them for your next event!

Not only did they reply to me via Yelp, they texted me as well! Super great communication! We wound up renting their 15 foot water slide. The price was very fair for 12 hours!!! I actually got to see her storage location once and know that first hand a person could not take better care of their equipment than Jyll does. We love Better Moonwalks because the price is reasonable (most importantly, no additional fees on top of the rental price) and Jyll was flexible and great to work with - we had to reschedule our party because of storms, and it was simple and easy.

We used Rent-All-Plaza to provide almost everything for our wedding - tables, chairs, coffee maker,…read moreheated servers, glasses, etc; and the experience could not have been better. The individual who booked our equipment was patient and wonderful at suggestions (and it WAS a little overwhelming trying to think of everything you need in order to host and cater a 75-person wedding reception); and we were lucky to be able to add a heated tent only a few days before the event. (If that hadn't happened, we would have been SCREWED! We got married November 1, and there was a freak cold snap. I can't imagine having had the wedding without that heated tent). Everything was put together just fine (and on time), same with taking it down, and there were no hidden fees. (The cost overall was extremely reasonable - the biggest expenditure was the heated tent). Also, we reported that the chocolate fountain hadn't worked and they gave us a full refund without question. Weddings are inherently stressful and ANYTHING could have gone wrong with the many items we rented from Rent-All-Plaza. If our only problem was that the chocolate fountain didn't work (the chocolate did get warm, just the fountain itself wasn't circulating), I consider us lucky. In general, Rent-All-Plaza was a huge help in minimizing the stress associated with the event and I can't recommend them highly enough!
