The communication was not great. The instructions are that you'll be contacted by the entertainer the week prior to the event. Fri morning I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and was told she'd contact me on the afternoon and they never did. The following morning (day of the party) they reached out and said they had an incorrect phone number and they didn't respond Fri evening b/c of business hours. Mistakes happen, very understandable but all of it could have been avoided if they didn't wait until the afternoon before the party to reach out. Tiffeney was incredibly apologetic, the owner never apologized, just explained the oversight and how negative review impact the business.

What a wonderful way to celebrate an occasion than to have a Super Surprise show up!…read more My son's 5th birthday will be one to remember thanks to Michael at Party Animals. He dressed up as a Pirate, played games, made balloon swords and a magic show! He was very good with the children, and made sure everyone had a good time. He had a gentle way to include everyone, even the more shy children. His jokes were also entertaining to the adults, we all got a kick out the experience. I would recommend Party Animals to liven up any occasion!

Sushil and the entire team at Utopian Events are absolutely phenomenal! Planning a wedding is never…read moreeasy, which is why having a dedicated team who have done this many times is essential. My wife and I contacted Sushil very late into our wedding planning process, as in weeks before the wedding, and our only regret is that we didn't reach out to him sooner! Sushil's professionalism, attention to detail, and wonderful, easy-going communication style stood out far beyond any other wedding designer we worked with. I can confidently say without him and within our timeframe, we would not have been able to pull together such an incredible vision for not one or two, but THREE unique, gorgeous events. The Sangeet, a fun, festive, colorful design full of floral patterns and gorgeous royal purple. The Ceremony, with a stunning mandap made of entirely fresh florals. Finally, the Reception, full of elegant touches and red flowers, created an absolutely dazzling finale to our wedding. Our first look at the reception was truly incredible, and we loved the surprise entrance Sushil added in (so magical!) All three events were unique, vibrant, and full of love - not only a reflection of our ideas as the bride and groom, but the love and passion Sushil has for his work. If you're wondering which designer to use for your wedding, Utopian Events is definitely worth meeting. Sushil will not lead you astray - he has a true eye for detail, and his ability to bring your vision to life is phenomenal.

I visited a few establishments at Trabert Ave on February 13th at approximately 9:15 am. I parked in an unmarked spot with no signage or cones. Rosemary Brown approached my vehicle, loudly instructing me that I couldn't park there. I was confused due to the lack of signage. When I asked her about alternative parking, she responded rudely. I suggest that Monte Carlo Productions consider clearer parking signage to avoid similar confusion for customers in the future that are shopping at other establishments in that public parking area. Will contact the establishment property management and or law enforcement for assistance to clarify where I can and can't park.
