I was the Maid of Honor for my friends' Cher and Tony's wedding and I was also their unofficial wedding planner. They originally had a day of coordinator provided from another company - this coordinator dropped the ball on so many occasions that we had to fire her and look for a new one TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING. I emailed Amanda in a panic and she replied within an hour and hopped on the phone with me to hear my concerns over what didn't work out with the previous person and also let me know that they potentially had someone available. In comes Audrey - organized, professional, and overall a gem of a human being. The difference between her and their old coordinator was night and day! She came in two weeks prior and was able to get a wrangle on all the vendors and organization details. She came to the walkthrough so prepared that even their other vendors were impressed. We were so stressed with our old coordinator but all the stress came right off after Audrey took over. On the day of the wedding, we also had Maeghan onsite (another amazing human being btw) - every last detail was PERFECT. Everything was set up the way the bride had wanted. The wedding went off without a hitch and it wouldn't have happened that way without the team at Fete and Figs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! You may think you're getting a deal because you can…read morekeep it from Friday to Monday but I would rather pay and get quality service instead of poor customer service. I ordered online and paid deposit as requested. Then I get a call the day before my event talking about my card decline. After 5 min of explaining that THEIR website said I can pay cash and the guy telling me no, then I'm like whatever I'll pay with another credit card. Then HE GONNA SAY you can pay cash if you want to save 3%...ughhh. Then he said they'll drop off on Saturday, I'm like No, again your website said Friday to Monday! So I paid the cash to the guys who came. So fast forward a week after the pickup, they call me stating my card declined....UGGGHHHH Not again! So here we go... Why are you charging my card..again when I paid you cash. He gonna say oh you paid. I'm like per your website, they wouldn't leave it if I didn't pay correct? I'm like ask the 2 guys that dropped off the darn thing. Again he said oh my mistake and hung up. NOW I'M GETTING A NOTIFICATION FROM CASH APP STATING MY CARD DECLINED. (This is very reason I used cash app card). I text them and ask them to not run my card and how I'm regretting using them. The rudeness I received back confirmed why I won't recommend nor EVER use them again. His response ended with: I am sure you have made at least one mistake on your life!!! So it's up to yall to waste your money at this company... $300 lesson learned!

My daughter requested the new princess "Elena" and I was having the worst of luck tracking her down. Found Cayleigh and Ever After and they had her! And might I say, she was the closest in resemblance to "Elena" that I saw in Atlatna. Booked her and "Tinkerbell" Was having a hard time talking with Cayleigh on the phone prior and we did the majority of our communication via fb and email, so I was getting nervous as party day got closer - Did I just pay this money to a company in India? ( I tend to over think things). But phew, I was wrong. The day of the party the princesses arrived and were magical. They did not break character once they walked in the door, so if you have any questions or any thing ask them when they call when they were on their way.

Fast forward 2 months later I have emailed and called asking for Caleigh to return my call and nothing. No return call at all! She emails me all of the sudden this week asking to confirm the party AT THE INCORRECT TIME AND NO ADDRESS on her email template and asking for me to pay the balance as soon as I'm ready via Venmo or credit card. I respond to the email, please call me. To which she responds, "have there been any changes to your event?" Then never calls. She emails tonight, one day before the party asking for the address. This is the most unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional business experience I have ever experienced!!! Do not use!!!
