So on March 21st I went looking for people on Facebook to help me with delivering some dirt to my…read morehouse before Friday. I had wrote alot of people but I found Cleveland Tent and Rental company who said they could deliver on the same day but didn't have a time just yet but would have the driver call me. Now this company I never knew they delivered dirt or anything like that because they are known for tent and chair rentals and machine rentals. So I decided at 12 to call and see if I could get a small time window if possible, the lady on phone called driver and said around 245 to 300. Now here it is 345 and still no deliver at all so I call the company and the lady called driver and stated he was loading dirt now and would be roughly 10 to 15 mins. Now around 445 I finally hear from the driver himself. he proceeds to tell me they gave him wrong address and needed the right address. Then the driver proceeds to tell me that he has tried twice to head my way and they called him and told him to go deliver some rock first, driver said they did that to him twice. So not only at this point or they horrible with time, they gave driver wrong address and they kept pushing my deliever, which shows I wasn't important. So around 5:05 he finally arrived he backed up into my drive way a little then proceeded to walk up to me to see where he was going. I explained and showed him where I needed the dirt and he said okay he would try to get it right where we wanted it. Now he was delivering 20 tons of dirt in a big truck, which we have had big trucks up my drive way before. He proceeded to drive up my driver way and get to a spot where he could turn and back it up into my yard. While doing this I watched as this man destroyed my drive way with his truck. He then got stuck In part of my yard trying to get to the back. The man gets out and says can I borrow a charger my phone died and I need to call the owner because I destroyed your drive way. I called my husband which who was headed to house and then went to take picture of my driveway he states well you told me to come up drive way, which to me was very uncalled for. The owner then pulled up my drive way, got out the vehicle and walked to driver to talk to and did not say one word to me. At this point my husband came up the drive way, now we expected some issues after they delievered but not as bad as he destroyed my drive way. My husband talked to the driver to see what we could do about getting the dirt closer to the area we needed it. My husband had mentioned the driveway a couple times and the owner or the driver did not say a word to him about it.The driver did not want to try to put the dirt where we needed it so the owner got in truck while on the phone most of the time and drove the truck to where we needed the dirt. Then at this point they dumped the dirt and came up to the beginning of the driveway where my Porch is. Not a word was spoke to us about the drive way at all. The owner came up to my porch and was waiting for his money. I looked at my husband and we decided to pay him because we did need the dirt. There was no apology No sorry, no can I help you fix it, nothing was said about the fact that they destroyed my driveway. Not from the driver are the owner. To me this is very rude and bad business whether it was an accident or not it. It could have been addressed and spoke about but there was no care Our concern. I would not recommend Them at all, at least to deliver dirt rock or anything like that. I cannot speak on the rental behalf because I've never used them. But I will say that I will never use these people again. I believe they really need to think about The way they handle this. My husband spent hours afterwards trying to fix my driveway and then we find out that they destroyed our electric wire that ran to our big Pole so we had to replace that. So a Delivery of dirt costed me part of my driveway. Their was no apology or a sorry at all about it. I also had to call the next day just to get a receipt of the dirt that was dropped off which to me if you're gonna have me pay the the driver he should have already had one ready for me. I do not recommended them at all to deliever dirt or rock or any sort of material to your house. I am sorry but this customer is not a satisfied customer and it was not my fault that this owner and driver had no care or compassion.

This was my first and will be my last experience with this outfit. I called around and this was the only place I could find a laminate flooring cutter. Their counter person on the phone said, "yes, we have one." I picked the cutter up just before noon on a Saturday. The cutter seemed a little small and it was filthy. I again asked specifically if the cutter would cut 12mm laminate and was told yes. The following morning I started my floor project. The cutter was crap and would not even begin to cut my laminate. Of course they are closed Sunday. Monday morning I returned the cutter and told them not to tell customers the cutter worked on laminate. The counter guy totally didn't care and did not offer a discount or a refund. Stick with Home Depot for rental equipment, lesson learned.

I hadn't ever been here, but it's definitely a cool place for kids to get out of the rain or cold weather on a day we're outside place isn't possible. I don't know what it cost because we were part of a party so everything was paid for, so I can't comment on that. From what I understand, it's a little under $500 to rent a room for a birthday party for an hour and a half or so. They probably have some sort of membership thing where you can get unlimited visits every month I would expect. Good place to check out if you have kids under 10 years old.

I absolutely had a blast today with my grandson. Everything is meticulously maintained. There was a broken down structure in the playground but other than that it was pretty well maintained. The splash pad was clean and looked very safe and I love how everything was fenced in away from the pools so you don't lose a toddler. They also have a merry-go-round.
