We had a Celebration of Life for my parents I can not say enough about Showtime Event Rental!! Amber and Mike where both so amazing and helpful. The crew with Nick that set up the tent and brought all the tables and chairs and coolers and the tent even had fans!! So very helpful. The tent looked amazing. Unfortunately I was so crazy I didn't get pictures before everyone showed up but I'll add some during the celebration. The Mrs. was planning an event and needed some chafing dishes. (sp?) It was last minute and we got the great idea from her sister that we could probably rent some. We called up Showtime Event Rentals and I forget the guy's name (owner probably) said we got them, come on down. We went down on a Saturday morning and he said come on back and check out what we have. So we went back in the warehouse and he started opening boxes and showing off all his wares. He had exactly what we needed. It was so easy. We said, we will take that one and that one. He said great, I carried them (always a gentleman) and went to the front counter. She works for a school and mentioned it. He said hold on, I think I have a tax exempt for them. He found it and saved us money. He didn't have to do that. But that shows the kind of person he is and how he does business. We said when do these need to be back? He said Monday before 5. Any time before 5. Awesome. Had to do a Yelp review on this. Great business and happy to do business with Showtime. It's right of Amnicola Highway on Latta Street just down from the traffic signal. It was very convenient. We will go back and we will recommend to our friends. When I returned the dishes, we ended up talking for like half an hour about Chattanooga. I was almost late for work. You can tell he really likes dealing with people (rare) and loves what he does. read more

We recently had a wedding and reception, and we had to call back several times to Showtime for extra equipment to accommodate the a changing location due to weather challenges. Even when we needed something they did not have on hand, (the right size tent flaps), Mike went the extra mile to contact a competing vendor on our behalf and secure what we needed to make our event a success. Everything was handled smoothly, professionally, and on time, which helped tremendously during a stressful time. Cannot thank your staff enough for their patience and help! I rented 50 chairs for a birthday party. I made the reservation over the phone, from out of state. The chairs were very sturdy. They were delivered in plenty of time and picked up the next week day. The person that delivered them was very professional and friendly. I could not have pulled off the party without their help. read more
