I described my vision and he told me what I would need. He was spot on.....everything was perfect. Delivery was precisely on time and both Capers and his assistant Woody were terrific and fun. The equipment was exactly as described and pick up was equally perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND info@bargainbouncin.com +1 404-492-4487

The phone went straight to voicemail several times and it was only three hours later that you answered my call. Please stop being dishonest about your shady business practices. For a small business, you can't afford to have substandard customer service. As a business owner during a pandemic, I would have done everything to try and work with a customer especially on such an important day for them. After dealing with such unprofessionalism, why would I want to re-book with the same company when I cannot trust the owner? Very disappointed in the service we did not receive as well as the nasty response.

The only advantage here is the price. Communication was consistently poor: despite spending…read morethousands of dollars, I was never given a direct phone contact, which felt unprofessional. A five-hour delivery window made planning difficult, and pickup had a nine-hour window; the crew arrived at the very last minute, and only after I requested an update. All replies from Andrea were generic, templated emails that offered no real help. Unless you're extremely laid-back and comfortable operating without accurate, timely information, I would look elsewhere for event rentals.

It took me a while to find a mobile play lounge that had all the stuff i wanted in a package and was local. Topplin' Tots wasn't local but I did pay a travel fee which was so worth it! I'm so glad we went with them as the set up and take down was so easy, i wasn't involved in any way lol. Interaction with the owner was seamless and pain-free from first interaction to take down which was completed without our involvement. We just left the gate open for access and closed when we realized they left. As someone who loves to be in control of everything, that says a lot! I was busy doing the most minute last stuff and wasn't even home for most of the party but i was able to witness the kiddies and my daughter enjoy the play lounge. The ballpit was a HUGE hit! If you ever book them(which i highly recommend if you can't tell already), definitely get a package with the ball pit or add on as they have that option! FYI: The pictures are of package B/2.
