This caused almost everything to go wrong including me being late for the wedding. But two things went right that day, I married my sweetheart and the wedding and reception decor was absolutely beautiful!! It was a great pleasure to work with Studio 5380. They worked hard to please me and played a major role in what ending up being a beautiful and stunning wedding, reception and a happy Bride. Thank you Studio 5380!!! Sonya

Each and every time I reached out to them, they had immediate response. They allowed my wife and I the ability to fully customize the booth with out photos and colors. On our wedding day, they arrived ahead of time to canvas the venue and set up prior to, so they didn't impact the flow of the guest. During the reception the booth was A HIT! Everyone loved the booth. We chose the package that provided our guest with take home photos and social media uploads. Wow!!!! The guest took home so many! The booth is literally one of the best aspects of our wedding day! So glad we didn't get the 360 photo booth that's become popular because the traditional photos were the right type of vibe-personal & intimate!! What I also loved is that they made sure the couple had our own private time at the booth!! Best memories EVER!

They did a beautiful job with setting up (and we had a lot of decor), making sure everything ran smoothly during the event, taking care of our guests, and cleaning up afterwards. Due to a sudden storm we had to shift gears and move cocktail hour indoors, and they didn't miss a beat making this happen. Throughout the entire process they were professional, gracious and customer-oriented. I can't imagine how we could have handled this event without them - they were truly life savers! Please make sure that Calair, Alex, Octavia and Camila know how much we appreciated their assistance on Saturday. They truly helped make this a memorable event for our family and friends.

Terry as we coordinated for a photo booth for my wedding day in Duluth. He was super prompt and had lightening speed replies to my emails. The guy who arrived and did the setup on our big day was superbly friendly and engaging. Was it H. Terry?! I guess I was just wowed by the service level as I was sort of afraid that the price for what we were getting was a scam. It is not. I assure you. :) The price was pretty good as we compared a handful of other photo booth places. The photos aren't in the typical 3 to 4 strip form, it's a singular photo with phrases that can be added. Guests are able to print these and take them home instantly. The GIF's were sooo cute. It's sort of like a vine video where the video will loop. At the end of it all, you're emailed a link with all the photos taken that day. I haven't figured out the GIF portion yet.

I booked Lumee Booth for an event my company hosted in Atlanta and I am severely disappointed in…read morethe service we received. I do not recommend this company at all! I hopped on the phone with Hassan when booking to ensure all of our needs would be met, and he gave me no reason to think that they wouldn't be. We asked for and agreed upon the following from Hassan: Upgraded 4x6 prints An additional rental hour 3-hour activation Instant social sharing kiosk Your choice of backdrop An on-site photo booth operator/digital tech Free delivery, set-up, and pick up in the Atlanta area An online gallery of images from your event However, Come event day- No pictures were printed out, they were late on arrival and were still setting up the booth 30 minutes into the event, there was no instant social sharing, the backdrop was not was I asked for, and the attendant didn't do anything except lie to my face (I asked twice if photos were being printed, she and Hassan both said yes- when in fact, they were not being printed). To top it all off, he sent me the photos that were taken in a drop box link, and every single photo that was taken was out of focus and blurry (photo attached as an example). When I emailed the following day to check in on what happened, Hassan claimed there was a Wifi issue. Hard to believe since my wifi and everyone else's wifi was working completely fine. The level of communication throughout the night was absolutely horrible. I went up to them numerous times to try to see what was going on and see if I could help and they kept telling me everything was fine (when clearly it wasn't). If they had mentioned a wifi issue, I could have helped resolve this instead of having a photo booth letting people take photos they'll never receive. When I asked for a refund, because we didn't received anything we asked for, he only gave me a refund for the lack of prints and late arrival time. He kept blaming wifi and took no responsibility for the issues that he caused. I order 2 photo booth companies a month all across the country and never have I experienced such terrible service. I can't stress enough to avoid this company!

I ordered online and paid deposit as requested. Then I get a call the day before my event talking about my card decline. Then HE GONNA SAY you can pay cash if you want to save 3%...ughhh. Then he said they'll drop off on Saturday, I'm like No, again your website said Friday to Monday! So I paid the cash to the guys who came. So fast forward a week after the pickup, they call me stating my card declined....UGGGHHHH Not again! So here we go... Why are you charging my card..again when I paid you cash. He gonna say oh you paid. I'm like per your website, they wouldn't leave it if I didn't pay correct? I'm like ask the 2 guys that dropped off the darn thing. Again he said oh my mistake and hung up. NOW I'M GETTING A NOTIFICATION FROM CASH APP STATING MY CARD DECLINED. (This is very reason I used cash app card). I text them and ask them to not run my card and how I'm regretting using them. The rudeness I received back confirmed why I won't recommend nor EVER use them again. His response ended with: I am sure you have made at least one mistake on your life!!! So it's up to yall to waste your money at this company... $300 lesson learned!
