First of all let me say I was thoroughly pleased with Stephanie the owner of Events On-Site. I called Stephanie on a Thursday and she immediately called me back. I needed balloon decor for a gender reveal for my daughter who was extremely anxious to find out by Sunday (4 days). Stephanie said no problem I can have them delivered by Friday or Saturday what ever worked best. Living on the other side of the country in Los Angeles, Stephanie made me feel comfortable with handling the decor that I needed to make my daughters gender reveal come alive. I thought Stephanie was very professional and did a great job on the balloon arch for my event. I didn't feel comfortable paying for the project in full, (plus tip) before actually meeting her. I would expect to pay the deposit and then balance once she arrived. She required full balance paid a week before the actual event. Her prices ended up being more expensive than the other quotes I got once she added the $50 trip fee and tip. Overall, was happy with the completed balloon arch and her communication. read more
