The only option they gave us was to add more items to our order the next day when they were available (more money). They claimed they sent us a rental agreement (they didn't) and will not accept an early return because "they went out of their way for us" even though they charged us almost $300 in late service fees already. Never once have I rented from a rental house that conducts business this way. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

We called and were able to get two replacements quickly and for a fair price. The best part was that we were able to finish rigging everything up while our projectors were delivered to us. CollaboCrate offered support with a 24/7 phone number; while we didn't really need that, it's nice to know that a smaller crew would have some sort of help if they needed it. We worked with a few rental companies when we were getting started and those experiences had pushed us to purchase and maintain our own gear. If we had this kind of attention and ease of rental all the time we would have opted to rent most of our equipment and left the maintenance to someone else. This is how it should be done.
