    Worn games

We visited this Chuck E. Cheese location on a Saturday evening for a birthday party. My step sister ordered a party package which provided game cards, pizza and cake for a select number of people. The staff began cleaning up some of the food items before the 2-hour time frame ended. If we wouldn't have been monitoring the table, some of the food would have been tossed too early. Other than that, the party experience went well. My son had a great time playing and ended up leaving with a few toys from the tickets that he racked up. On a negative note, the ladies restroom was messy. A handful of games were in need of servicing or cosmetic repair. Some of the interactive/driving games had worn seats that were pealing off. Both picture stations were out of order. The car photo game worked as far as the ride, but failed to print the photo. The other camera game with the blue bench that can fit one to two people was completely shut off. I always look forward to taking photos on it with my son, so this was disappointing. Overall, we had fun, but I hope to see this location repair some of the machines. This Chuck E. Cheese location is in need of a refresh.

I grew up in Germany so we had no Junk Food palaces. My mother being a health nut would not approve of places like this so I never "got to be a kid I guess." So when my kid said Friday morning that she wanted to be picked up early and have a fun time, in the back of my mind, I thought why not come and check it out. I'd have to say, we did have a good time. Food wise, I didn't expect much, but it was practical and convenient. We came at 4:30pm, and there was a concert at Truist Park at 7pm so we pretty much had the place to ourselves until about 7pm when it did get busy. I purchased 90 minutes of play and we got a medium pepperoni pizza, 10 wings buffalo style with ranch dressing. The food was ok. It came out in 20 mins. We stopped our play. We ate for 30 mins. I burned my mouth on the pizza it was hot, and very salty, but ok it's Chuck E Cheese. I didn't expect much. The drinks were full of sugar. My kid and I ran around the place like headless chickens trying out all the rides and games. It was crazy fun. Then one kid had a birthday party and the catered tables were all set up. My kid loved the performance and singing by the staff and Chucky of course. She ate it all up. Many of the games were probably beyond her. That's ok. This is like a set up for either a casino with all the coin games or a theme park with the rides. She definitely preferred the more kid-like games and activities. In the end it was a way for me to do something different with my kid and spend time with her which was good.

Came here for a kid's bday party and the staff was friendly. The facility is clean and masks are encouraged here. The games worked well and my son didn't want to leave. Also, the pizza was really good. They have definitely upgraded the place since the last time we've been here.

At the beginning of the cornavirus mandatory stay-at-Home, Chuck E. Cheese started what I think is a genius idea. They have starting advertising their food for delivery on Grubhub as "Pasqually's Pizza and Wings." I called this location and asked about it, and they said that they're recipes for Pasqually's are slightly different than what's served in stores. Pasqually is one of their mascot characters. Pasqually's just "shares kitchen space." After heading all of this, I wanted to try it for myself. I ordered one order of boneless wings, one Large Cheesy Bread, and one Large Pizza. The delivery took a while, but that's because GrubHub is terrible, not Chuck E. Cheeses' fault. The food was surprisingly amazing! The Cheesy Bread was the best part in my opinion. It was basically a huge pizza without the marinara sauce. The pizza was good too, and did taste better than what Chuck E Cheese normally serves. The wings were good too, but not as good as the other two items. I really didn't think I'd enjoy Pasqually's Pizza and Wings as much as I did! I highly recommend t trying it out, and I would definitely order again.

Well here we are with our 7 year old for Friday lunch time fun. First thing is they took everyone's temperature to ensure we were all Covid 19 free! Then hand sanitizer, all plates and cups protected in plastic. No buffet salad. Pizza was nice and hot fresh out of the oven. Salad came in it's own container and was very good. Social distancing with spacing of tables. Chuck E was only on video for now. Only thing missing were other customers. Please support them by coming out to play. Feels super safe in here! Lol Our grandson is having a SUPER good time. The announcements encourage using their hand sanitizing stations often. Gloves are available too. They sanitize all the games every 30 minutes! WOW. No tokens to get germs either, they only use the cards which are disposed of at the end of your visit. They even switch out balls on games with fresh sanitized ones from the back. I really believe this is a safe zone for you and your family. Come out and have lots of fun. Beats hanging around the house. Go CHUCK E CHEESE for the good work on keeping us safe!

Staff is friendly, but entertainment for children is definitely lacking. Chaotic atmosphere equals stress for mom. Do not want to even think about a return visit. Place feels dirty and was very hot. Did not enjoy.

We came the first time for a birthday party back in 2020 just before the pandemic came and I remember thinking how cool this place was for kids. So while my little one is on winter break from his daycare, I figured we could go visit to get him out the house and let him use up some of that energy from being in the house the past few days. I checked out their website to look for information about their hours and was directed to call or text for the most up-to-date info. I sent a text this morning and received a response within 3 minutes with a listing of the days and times that they are open this week....so I was already giving a thumbs up for customer service before we even arrived. I figured we could go right when they opened and figured there wouldn't be too many kiddos their and I was right! We got their about 5 minutes after they opened and walking in, I was reminded of how many toys and things they have for the kiddos as soon as we walked in. Note - there is plenty of free parking as the playhouse is in a strip mall with a post office, Planet Fitness, and a few other businesses but there was no issue finding a spot nearby. The young lady who assisted us when we arrived greeted us as soon as we walked in and was pretty friendly, let us know that we could go ahead and take our shoes off (socks are required), and took payment - it's $12 for a 90 play session which I think is pretty awesome. We place our belongings in the cubby holes and made out way through the gate (which I much appreciated as it kept kiddos from getting out the play area). My little dinosaur couldn't wait and was super excited so he took off as soon as he received his wristband. There was so much to do! I could tell they've made a few changes since our last visit and there is something for everyone! There's a cute little driving track in the back with a bunch of ride-on cars, play kitchens, a bouncy house, an area for the tiny ones (0 to 18 months), lots of toys, blocks, huge connect four game...I mean there's a lot. I appreciated that all the adults had on masks and I made sure that my little guy has his on but there were lots of sanitizing areas and a few buckets that you could drop dirty toys in. I did wish that a few of the toys were a bit cleaner but it could have just been that they were older but overall I felt this was a safe space in the midst of all things going on with COVID. Truly had a blast and we will be back next week!

The Bunny Hive has locations all around Georgia, offering fun, engaging activities for little ones and their parents. I hate that I was dragging my feet initially because now that my son is in daycare, we don't have the time to enjoy as many available activities as I'd hoped. But the variety is amazing, especially if you're a stay-at-home parent or if your child goes to daycare part-time. This Bunny Hive location is in the Historic Downtown Smyrna plaza, making it close to many other awesome businesses to check out before/after your visit. There is ample street parking and lot parking behind the building, making it easy to get in and out with your children for your activity. I decided to make use of the free intro offer for The Bunny Hive and easily booked a spot for my son & I at a Saturday session. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Ms. Ashley and Ms. Alyssa at the front desk and finished our check-in. We took off our shoes and my son was allowed to enjoy their adorable playroom as we waited for class to start - he loved the play area! We visited for the culinary exploration class and were joined by another adorable kid and her parents for the morning. Miss Ashley was so wonderful! The kids got to use little spatulas to flip "eggs", they learned to arrange their place settings, got a little maraschino cherry treat (which my son loved), and made ice cream. Not real ice cream, but one using yarn, plastic sprinkles and wool balls. Too cute! My son was overly excited and wanted to play helper... even if Ms. Ashley didn't ask for it, lol. Class started and ended with a fun song, bubbles and a parachute fun. My son and I loved this experience and it was such a fun way to start our Saturday together! We will definitely be checking out more weekend events and keeping our eyes out for the fun that The Bunny Hive is making for adults and littles alike.

The classes are a bit pricey especially if you want to attend multiple classes; so I'm appreciative for insurance. When arriving it was difficult for me to initially find the location, since my GPS took me to the back half. I called but unfortunately they did not answer, so I drove around and finally found it. There are a wide range of classes for smaller babies 2-3months to toddlers. The classes include baby massage classes, sensory classes, Daddy and Baby classes, culinary experience, etc. I attended the massage class and sensory I class, both lasted a total of 30 mins and was instructed led. It's a perfect opportunity for SAHP to bring there small babies out and socializing with other adults and a change of scenery. The improvements that can be made is the variety of classes they typically during the day and don't allow opportunities for working parents. I would enjoy if the classes included take home guides of some of the things you can do at home that's similar to what's done in class.

The party structure is extremely strict. You're given a very limited time to set up and are required to clear the room well before your reservation ends. The venue emphasizes that the play area is the main attraction and the party room is mainly for food and cake, but this setup can be frustrating if you're expecting time to decorate or fully celebrate in the space. There is also a required photo consent clause in their agreement that cannot be waived, which may be uncomfortable for families who value privacy. What made the experience more frustrating was that the party scheduled after mine never even showed up it was already 3:30 PM when we left so we were rushed for no reason. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful.
