It's very difficult to tell which location I'm leaving A…read morereview for. It shows two with same address located right next to the Fireside grill and 711 so i hope this is the correct location ... I'm so disappointed and honestly really upset over my interaction with the worker today. I've been here so many times and always have amazing service! Your selection of keys is what brought me in the first time and i have a small business i ship out items from this location often because it's right between my house and my work. I always use you guys to actually pay for postage but today i had a online return that i had a prepaid shipping label on my box which i have shipped out items with prepaid labels before as well, well today he said in not the nicest tone "that will be .75" yes i know what's 75 cents? Who cares about .75 cents that's nothing but i simply asked why? Because i shipped out an item from a different location last week and they didn't charge the .75. And will a very sour attitude the mans response to me was "because this is taking my time!" WOW.... taking your time? And the customer behind me thought it was okay for him to say "it's just .75 cents" .... so that didn't make me feel any better about myself. I honestly left feeling awful today and that's not ever how an employee anywhere should make anyone feel, let alone letting annoying Customer in the store make that comment making me worse about myself. I will not be back to this location even though you are 3 Minutes from my work and Home. I will continue using the location in Murray Hill where the employees are nice and dont make me feel bad about myself.

I came here a few months back and I was super happy about it! They take Amazon returns which is so…read moreconvenient since you can park right there. They were so fast and friendly. Then I went through the absolute zoo , trying to do a return last week. I looked at their google hours... I was running errands and since google said they were open till 10pm and I was starting my errands at 5pm, I had plenty of time. I headed over just after 6pm and was very confused to see their gate locked up inside and a dark building. I looked at the hours on the door saying they closed at 6pm. So I pulled up the Google hours again which were now different than they were earlier the same day. Though they were now showing them supposedly open until 7pm. It was currently 615pm. I submitted to have the hours corrected, but why am I doing this? Shouldn't the business have their correct hours listed online? I canceled the return while sitting in their parking lot so I could go over to another location and do the return as I had the items sitting next to me in the vehicle.

Do not ship using UPS. I paid $200 to ship to items from NY to Portland. I was shipping to a…read morehousebound person. I was told they would attempt delivery 3 times. They only tried once. I was told the driver decided to just bring it to the pick up center and left a note. It was not picked up in 7 days as the recipient was unable to leave the house and I had told him they try three times. It was then sent back to NY and I had to pay a second time to send it to my home in Idaho. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT UPS TELLS YOU AND USE THEM AS A LAST RESORT. CUSTOMER SERVICE JERKED ME AROUND FOR HOURS AND SAID SORRY, NOTHING WE CAN DO. They are Liars and should not be able to get away with lying to people and let their drivers just decide to not do their due diligence.

The woman said the pre paid USPS package I came to drop off she can't print me a receipt for. Upon…read moredoing some research, some UPS stores simply choose not to do it to not be "blamed" if the package goes missing. It feels very lazy and customer unfriendly of the owner. If it goes missing in Tennessee on the way to NYC, no one is blaming them! It's USPS that picks it up from them after all! It meant I didn't have proof of where and when I dropped it off, which was required of me and due that day. I was notified the same morning of this duty and was pretty stressed as I was on my way to work, so I couldn't get to the post office for the same receipt because they close before I get off and are too far to go for a break. This may seem small, but if you knew the circumstances, you'd understand. Other UPS stores offer this service, I'd love if there was a list of which do and don't. It was also kind of annoying when the nice gentleman in front of me asked her to help me because his transaction was long, and she said no. This literally happened at another UPS location! It takes a second to scan and print it, literally seconds. Shame on UPS not holding all their franchises to the same standard of customer service! I wish I could have gone to my beloved POSTNET, but they open too late on Saturdays :( Per chat GPT: AI Overview Yes, The UPS Store can print a receipt when you drop off a USPS package with a prepaid label. While they are a separate carrier, they do offer USPS products and services, including accepting USPS packages with prepaid labels. The UPS Store will scan the label and provide a receipt upon request. Key points: USPS Services at UPS Store: The UPS Store offers USPS postage stamps, USPS Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and can process return receipt requests, according to The UPS Store. Receipts are important: Always request a receipt when dropping off packages, especially USPS packages, as it provides proof of drop-off and can be helpful if the package is lost or delayed. Scan and Verify: The UPS Store employee will scan the USPS label, and you should receive a receipt confirming the drop-off.
