They follow the requirements and I haven't had an issue with any photo being accepted. My most recent interaction with Postal Plus was shipping a package around the holidays. The US Postal Service line can always be arduous this time of the year, but for a few extra bucks more I was more than happy to have Postal Plus help me out. They offered me some options for shipping, including UPS and FedEx, and in the end found a great price that also worked with the shipping timeline I needed. After attempting to go to different Post Office locations with long lines out the door and no parking, I made a decision to drive by my local UPS store to assess the situation. They had parking which was my first green flag, and when I walked in, there was no line! I was in and out of there within 5 minutes and the price to ship UPS 2-3 days, was actually the same, if not a couple bucks cheaper than priority USPS! So happy I made the decision to come here.

I'm so disappointed and honestly really upset over my interaction with the worker today. I've been here so many times and always have amazing service! Your selection of keys is what brought me in the first time and i have a small business i ship out items from this location often because it's right between my house and my work. I always use you guys to actually pay for postage but today i had a online return that i had a prepaid shipping label on my box which i have shipped out items with prepaid labels before as well, well today he said in not the nicest tone "that will be .75" yes i know what's 75 cents? Who cares about .75 cents that's nothing but i simply asked why? Because i shipped out an item from a different location last week and they didn't charge the .75. I came here a few months back and I was super happy about it! They take Amazon returns which is so…read moreconvenient since you can park right there. They were so fast and friendly. Then I went through the absolute zoo , trying to do a return last week. I looked at their google hours... I was running errands and since google said they were open till 10pm and I was starting my errands at 5pm, I had plenty of time. I headed over just after 6pm and was very confused to see their gate locked up inside and a dark building. I looked at the hours on the door saying they closed at 6pm. So I pulled up the Google hours again which were now different than they were earlier the same day. Though they were now showing them supposedly open until 7pm. It was currently 615pm. I submitted to have the hours corrected, but why am I doing this? Shouldn't the business have their correct hours listed online? I canceled the return while sitting in their parking lot so I could go over to another location and do the return as I had the items sitting next to me in the vehicle.

The store refused to accept it and the document was eventually sent back to the sender. I thought this was odd and nobody contacted me about it. It was time sensitive which is why it was decided to send it to the store. I assumed this must be an unfortunate, but unique experience. I've used them a couple of other times to mail packages, and notice that every time I ask for the lowest cost shipping option, they will first tell me a higher one and then I have to ask again for the lower cost. This is frustrating and makes me question whether I have overpaid for shipping in the past. The biggest issue, and the final reason why I will no longer use this store, is that they switched the mailing label on a package I was sending out with someone else's package (a stranger, their recipient received my package and mine theirs). There is no way for me to get my items back. I did receive a refund, however I do not trust this store with important items (either sending or receiving) and do not trust the consistent upselling.
