Then I went through the absolute zoo , trying to do a return last week. I looked at their google hours... I was running errands and since google said they were open till 10pm and I was starting my errands at 5pm, I had plenty of time. I headed over just after 6pm and was very confused to see their gate locked up inside and a dark building. I looked at the hours on the door saying they closed at 6pm. So I pulled up the Google hours again which were now different than they were earlier the same day. Though they were now showing them supposedly open until 7pm. It was currently 615pm. I submitted to have the hours corrected, but why am I doing this? Shouldn't the business have their correct hours listed online? I canceled the return while sitting in their parking lot so I could go over to another location and do the return as I had the items sitting next to me in the vehicle.

I've used them a couple of other times to mail packages, and notice that every time I ask for the lowest cost shipping option, they will first tell me a higher one and then I have to ask again for the lower cost. This is frustrating and makes me question whether I have overpaid for shipping in the past. The biggest issue, and the final reason why I will no longer use this store, is that they switched the mailing label on a package I was sending out with someone else's package (a stranger, their recipient received my package and mine theirs). There is no way for me to get my items back. I did receive a refund, however I do not trust this store with important items (either sending or receiving) and do not trust the consistent upselling.

They had parking which was my first green flag, and when I walked in, there was no line! I came in with around 10 small USPS packages, wanted to drop them off in the bin. The employee says "no you have to drop them off here, so that UPS knows to pick them up." Go up, tell her they're not UPS but USPS. She says "Oh, you really should have just come straight here, y'know. It's $1 per package." I said, "Sorry, I didn't know. Nevermind then." I don't know how long the old system was in place for, but if you're gonna change all the rules, please make some signage or something? He straight up told me it was "not his responsibility or problem" because he had just taken ownership of the store. A few days later, after seeing other reviews mentioning packages going missing under the new ownership, I realized I still had more valuable packages there and rushed over after work to pick them up. I arrived exactly at 6:00 PM and instead of showing even basic courtesy or professionalism, he refused to let me grab my packages because the store was "closed." Considering they had already lost a major package of mine, any decent owner would've taken 30 seconds to open the door and help the customer protect their property. Instead he chose arrogance and disrespect. A few minutes later when he left the store, I confronted him about refusing to let me retrieve my packages and documented the interaction outside the storefront. The following day he handed me a termination letter banning me from the business and told me he would no longer speak to me regarding anything related to the store. On top of that, he refused to refund the prepaid yearly service I had already paid for.
