After attempting to go to different Post Office locations with long lines out the door and no parking, I made a decision to drive by my local UPS store to assess the situation. They had parking which was my first green flag, and when I walked in, there was no line! I was in and out of there within 5 minutes and the price to ship UPS 2-3 days, was actually the same, if not a couple bucks cheaper than priority USPS! So happy I made the decision to come here.

Darin and his company came without warning and swapped the boxes quickly though I feel it was more like a "thief in the night" approach as he billed us extra charges we did not initially agree on. So I pulled up the Google hours again which were now different than they were earlier the same day. Though they were now showing them supposedly open until 7pm. It was currently 615pm. I submitted to have the hours corrected, but why am I doing this? Shouldn't the business have their correct hours listed online? I canceled the return while sitting in their parking lot so I could go over to another location and do the return as I had the items sitting next to me in the vehicle.

I ended up using the least expensive/longest and non insured method of shipping. It turned out that faster shipping would have cancelled the amount of the refund which made absolutely no sense. The employees that work here are always very nice and provide me all the service necessary to get the job done. I have the email to request copies saved in my Gmail account. Always try and use random boxes to ship, but in a pinch the UPS Store is the best option.
