I also asked if they could try swapping out parts to try and find a hardware issue, and I was told they could. When I picked it up the second time all they said was, yea we ran it for a while and it didn't crash. Nothing about swapping parts to test different hardware components. I won't be taking it back a 3rd time because I have no faith that they'll be able to figure anything out and I've already spent $250 for them to just reinstall some drivers and windows.
