I contacted this business through Yelp. It took several days to get a response from them - a quote. I immediately responded asking their next available date. they did finally respond and apologized for my request slipping through the cracks. They immediately offered a complimentary cleaning which we accepted. Their monthly cleaning rates are reasonable and we will go with them. Everyone makes occasional mistakes but this company accepted responsibility and is making it right. I am mpressed. read more

Maids Prime is fantastic! We had our 4b/4bath + finished basement house deep cleaned two days before a big graduation party, and they certainly did not disappoint! Everything was sparkling clean in less than 6 hours. The team that was assigned to us went above and beyond and were super accommodating in regard to our dog who I had to move around from floor to floor while they cleaned. Daniela was SO accommodating and patient when I continuously added on additional tasks I'd like done. Her flexibility and quick responses were very reassuring. I can't wait to use Maids Prime again! read more

House is super clean and I am very happy! Great communication, very friendly service and did I mention that my house is now very clean? Look no further. read more

Excellent house cleaning service! I've been a customer for several months and am delighted every time the team visits. They are thorough and leave the house absolutely sparkling every time. Highly recommend! My only issue is that I cannot seem to make their online scheduler work on my iPhone or on my MacBook laptop. So I had to schedule my first two services by email. Now that I'm fully in the system and have a regularly scheduled cleaning, it's no longer an issue. read more

This was my first time using Maids Prime and I will say that they lived up to the excellent reviews I read before contracting. First, it was easy to schedule on the phone (hassle free). Then, the cleaning team (Lilian and Tatiana) arrived promptly (wearing masks) and didn't stop until four hours later my large house (4 bedroom, 5 bath) was really clean. They did lots of little extras that impressed me, too (dusting blinds). The best part for me was that there were NO hidden charges, too! this was my first time using a cleaning service (occasionally I used a woman who cleaned on the side) and I really felt more comfortable with Maids Prime. I will definitely use them again! read more

Maids Prime is the best maid service that my fiancé or I have had in either of our past homes and our current home. The maids are extremely professional and thorough. They go the "extra yard" to ensure that the entire home is spotless. You will never beat its price for the quality service each time that Maids Prime cleans your home or office. What are you waiting for? Give Maids Prime the opportunity to impress you with its superb service! read more

The two women who came to my house from Maids Prime really went above and beyond what is normally expected of a cleaning service. Our air conditioning had gone out in the previous day's rainstorm and the two women went ahead and cleaned the house immaculately in uncomfortable, overheated circumstances. Neither one ever complained and they left the house spotless. read more

I ordered a cleaning from Maids Prime for a move out clean for my townhouse. Due to covid, we handled the entire transaction remotely. Ihsan was a pleasure to discuss the cleaning with and the price charged was exactly what he quoted me. The cleaning job was excellent and they did fantastic work. Truly above and beyond. read more

We used Maids Prime for a move-in cleaning of our single family home, including inside the cabinets, refrigerator, and oven. Mauricia and Olivia did an excellent job. The house was spotless when they were done! They even got out stains in the refrigerator from the previous owner. We will definitely be booking them again. Highly recommend! read more

After 5 or 6 years this company has made me finally write my first review. This review isnt for the service though, because they never showed up. Be aware, that even if someone offers you a time (which you accept) and discusses payment that doesnt mean you have an appointment. They lost my quote in the shuffle and then dont answer the phone or the yelp messsages as you try and get in touch with them. The worst part, is they kept trying to put the blame on me. You are the business, you messed up the schedule, you didnt get all the info you needed. They offered a time and a price, i accepted. read more

The ladies were on time and some small issues. Cleaning the ceiling fans should be a must and while cleaning my refrigerator, it was left open for so long and the door was bent back so long, it took a couple of hours for the door to secure and thank goodness it wasn't damaged. read more

Really great experience with the crew that came to our home. Will be using again!

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed our house cleaned after a recent move (and before we put the place up for sale). Honestly... We let the cleaning go for a few weeks because we were moving. And with a three year old and a dog, the place can get messy really quickly. Then with packing and moving, lots of dust and dirt gets dislodged and spread around. So the place was dirty, is what I'm trying to say. The crew (two people) were on time (early, actually) and worked for three hours nonstop. When they were done, the place was sparkling clean. They cleaned the bathrooms, the floors, windows (inside), dusted the blinds, oven and refrigerator... Look, it's more than you would do if you were cleaning your entire house. (Unless you're one of those obsessive compulsive cleaners like Felix Unger.) How nice did the place look? Even our realtor asked who we used because they might want to hire them, too. In fact, we're planning on having them come out to our new house on a regular basis because, as I said, three year old and a dog. (I can't keep up the housework on my own.) read more

I am so happy with the cleaning and customer service from Maids Prime. I'm impressed by the thoughtfulness of the wonderful crew I have and my home seems to sparkle when they leave. Incredibly unintrusive when I'm home and very trustworthy with pets and my home. So pleased. read more

Accommodating, pleasant, thorough clean. Same team consistently for several years, they do a great job, tolerate our dog and messy teenager rooms, and leave the place in great shape. When we had special requests (eg rugs that can't have a beater brush, special cleaner on a marble shower). Excellent customer service when we need to change dates or have other questions read more

Always on time. Great customer service. They do an excellent job cleaning. With a dog and a cat and kids this is no small task. Would recommend read more

Dust bunnies driving you bonkers? Are your bathrooms are a bummer (see what I did there?) Been searching for a housecleaning service or have one that doesn't make the grade? Is your favorite color shiny? Maids Prime to the rescue! Customer rep is very responsive to emails (I used Angie's List). There is an online booking service and text reminders you can opt-in or -out of. The team of two turned my home from dull to shiny; worked diligently, efficiently, and professionally. Literally had professional equipment. Wore protective booties, used a combination of their cleaning supplies and supplies I provided. Amazing - my house had no weird chemical smells. This is the first team I set up on a set schedule since we moved into the house. It is a little pricier than any other service I have used - BUT SO WORTH IT - and from what I understand, on par with other services. I have had the pleasure of having Maids Prime help me with housekeeping throughout the summer. Always on time, competent and thorough and willing and able to respond to my erratic schedule. But, most recently, my Maids Prime crew totally outdid themselves when they did the move out cleaning for my condo. Even the realtor commented on what an excellent job they'd done prior to my turning it over to the new residents. Thank you Maids Prime. read more

A friendly team and great work - I have a toddler, a baby, and a cat (as well as two adults) living in my house and came home to find it spick-and-span. Thanks so much! read more

I had a great experience with Maids Prime. They were so responsive and professional. The cleaners arrived right on time and they were very careful with my stuff in the house. The cleaning was quiet satisfying. I'd definitely recommend them. read more

I've used Maids Prime several times and its been a positive experience. During my most recent visit, they were able to come out on short notice and provide a solid cleaning at a great value. It was done by the Zulma Team and I thought they did a particularly good job. They were also very friendly in their communication. I've tried a handful of cleaning services in the DC area and have had the most consistent experience with Maids Prime. I would not hesitate to use them for future needs (when life gets really busy/chaotic). read more

Perhaps, patrons received better service under different circumstances. Our experience was very poor. Recently installed tile in the basement, so requested cleaning to mop up the dust and debris. The ladies were here for 20min and wiped down the floor with a wet rag! No difference at all, the grout and tile still have a thin film of now what is wet dust. I wouldn't recommend the service by any means! read more

They did a great and thorough deep cleaning of my parent's home. We were very happy with the service.

Contacted this company yesterday through Yelp & received a response quickly. Today, two women came by at exactly the time they quoted and spent 1.5 hours to detail my apartment. They were friendly & efficient. I would recommend this company & plan to use their services again! read more

We had Maids Prime come by yesterday for the first (and won't be the last time!) to clean our condo. Two ladies spent ~3hrs here and left the house looking wonderful and not smelling like harsh chemicals (which we've had issues with other crews in the past). They were very cheerful and will certainly be getting them back on a regular basis. Thanks Maids Prime! read more

First time using this company and was definitely a positive experience. The communication from the manager was excellent. If he missed your call, he would call you right back. The price was also a deciding factor for us. They were exactly half the cost of our next option to choose from which was nice and they were able to squeeze us in the schedule within just a few days. The 2 cleaning ladies showed up right on time and stay exactly 2 hrs which is all we really needed for the space. Overall I would recommend this company and we look forward to using them again! read more

We've used this service pre COVID and after little over a year, hired the company again. The team assigned to us, is thorough, efficient and ask if we are satisfied with their work. I like the products they use to clean and santitize. The management is very accommodating, providing great customer service. read more

These ladies can CLEAN. In two hours the team scrubbed our two-story condo from top to bottom. They made things shine that we didn't even realize could shine. I wanted to move out when they were finished so as to not ruin their hard work. Reasonably priced. On time. Great work. Friendly. Vilma and her teammate were a tour de force. I would definitely use them again. read more

Best cleaning service ever! They did a fantastic job on our move out. Everything was spotless. We are definitely gonna use them again, very soon. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but we just had our home cleaned for the first time by Maids Prime and they did an exceptional job. In 4 hours the team of 2 friendly ladies did a far superior job than our previous service that had 3 people. The home is so clean and I just know that they'll only improve it more next month since I'm convinced they're the team to use. read more

Very pleased with the experience. We used them to do a thorough cleaning of the 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms of our new home and its basement rental unit before moving in. Called Monday afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for the following day, hassle free. The price was fair and the lady even explained how we could use a current coupon deal for our unique situation to get an even better deal. The cleaning team was on time and got right to work, and we were pleased with the results. Will definitely use again for future cleanings. read more

Maids Prime was a great company to work with on getting our house ready for move-out Inspection. The communication flow was phenomenal as I always received a response within a few hours on all questions we had. The house looked fabulous after the cleaning and our landlord had no complaints. Plus the price was very reasonable for a move out inspection with added areas that needed to be cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again! read more

I have been using this cleaning service company for my holiday home, and they are the most organized company I've ever used. The cleaning is perfectly done by the dedicated professional team who not only clean up the place but tidy up the area. The products they use are of good quality, and we are fully satisfied with the way the cleaners leave home at the end of the cleaning read more
