It was so hard to keep up with the mess and pet fur especially with a new baby in the house. I was on the fence of getting a cleaner but am so glad I did. I have it scheduled for every two weeks and look forward to the days they come and clean. Shout out to Team Luz for always doing such an amazing job!!

Their service is consistently excellent. They get every crumb, leaf & sticky spot out of every corner of every room in our home. While the service is not cheap it seems to be the going rate in this area, and I have no regrets about paying for the service. The owner has not raised the rates on us since we started a year ago. Timing. The cleaning team is very reliable - they've never canceled on me. There have been times when they've needed to change the time frame on a particular day, but that was communicated to me as soon as the need to adjust was known. We are very satisfied with Progressive Cleaning.

Elena is also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made coordinating everything during a hectic move so much easier. They are extremely reasonably priced, especially compared to many of the other companies I contacted, but the quality of their work is outstanding. They may be a smaller crew, but they are definitely small but mighty! The ladies are hardworking, thorough, and incredibly meticulous. They spent over five hours on our move-out cleaning, and I honestly think the house may be cleaner now than it has ever been. Great work, great value, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. We were so impressed that we'll be using them for our regular house cleaning going forward. Highly recommend!

Today was my first cleaning with Exclusive and I am beyond impressed. The team arrived on time, was courteous, professional, positive, and incredibly thorough. The office staff was also wonderful--friendly, informative, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. To top it all off, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for the level of service provided. It is rare these days to find a company that exceeds expectations, but Exclusive certainly did. I highly recommend them and am looking forward to continuing service with them.
