I've been using Maids Prime on and off since 2018, and I've consistently been very pleased with their service. They are professional, dependable, friendly, and always provide a thorough cleaning. The cleaning team goes above and beyond and pays close attention to the details. My home always feels fresh, clean, and well cared for when they're finished. It's not easy to find a cleaning service you can trust in your home, and Maids Prime has been a service I've been happy to return to over the years. I highly recommend them! read more

Easy to schedule, and the maids get right into it (without all the hoopla of bigger cleaning companies) Highly recommend! read more

Friendly, professional and efficient. They did a great job. I will be using them again.

The ladies who came did a first rate job and I will start using them regularly in future. I can recommend them to everyone... Hugh Stevenson read more

Great cleaning service! They did a great job throughout the home. A few things were moved around and not put back in place but that's minor overall. read more

Great service and very reasonable priced! Easy to book quickly and the cleaners were thorough! I'll be a repeat customer!

Awful. Worst cleaning ever. Hired them for a deep clean of my mom's house a few years ago. Paid extra for the fridge to be detailed etc. They left early without having done the fridge, or many other parts of the house. There were so many areas of the house that weren't even touched. It was appalling. read more

They were unprofessional. They agreed on a time over the phone and never confirmed in writing as they agreed to do. When I reached out to inquire about the email they said they got busy and would send it the next day. 2 days went by and no email was sent. When I followed, I was given a different time than what was verbally agreed, then they were no longer available at all for that day. No integrity. If you promise to do something, follow through. If something happened, be honest and communicate with your potential client. Will not do business with them. read more

I requested a deep cleaning for a sale on our house. They did a great job and went over and above what i expected. They were extremely thorough and left a sparkling clean house that had not been professionally cleaned for some time. They did a great job on the fridge cleaning and bathrooms. I will use them again until the move out. Price was reasonable and I was not charged for extra time. I would highly recommend them read more

I had a bad experience several months ago, but they offered a second cleaning to compensate for the poor cleaning job. I'm not sure who was on the next team, but they did a great job. read more

6/9/25 response to business manager's: I tried to my best to communicate with you as events were unfolding, you responded you'd be willing to send another team in the future. You charged me after you didn't respond to the last of my texts. You never responded to my final texts re: the charges until this public forum? Maybe you should have answered my texts. It was a rocky start in 11/22 with quality and reliability issues as you can see from the text exchanges with Naim. Fast forward to 1/2024 when Maids Prime and I tried to give it another chance. The communication, time changes, preparing and cleaning after has been exhausting for a *bi-weekly* cleaning service in the middle of a work day. Enough. All the best. read more

This was our first time. The team of two went above & beyond the basic overall cleaning that was very needed. They stayed longer than contracted for, were extremely thorough and the place sparkled! Quite affordable with the possibility to add on extra services. We had the oven cleaned, also, and they did not disappoint. Would highly recommend Maids Prime! read more

We have used Maids Prime for many years. The are reliable, friendly, fast, and do a great job. Highly recommend.

They never sent me a confirmation email or got a phone called about the service after many text interactions on yelp. I had to get a different company at the last minute The day off I get phone calls and harassment left and right. Definitely not the company that I would recommend. read more

The setup was very easy, I was able to text and confirm an appointment via yelp. The ladies arrived about 20 min late and left about 10 min early even though the flat rate guaranteed three hours. The quality of the work that did was good but I had to remind them to double back on things like spider web dusting. I really liked the two ladies that came by, but wish they were a bit more reliable. read more

UPDATE: I don't know why some men think they can get away with this behavior. The manager has responded, contradicting himself. He says he couldn't provide me services because of my booking details, but also says he has no record of me. This man has no professionalism. He also claimed my review was fake because I added the name of the manager to the contact. I've removed the name and re-photographed it. Mehmet and Naim are going to great lengths to cover up the harassment. Look at this guys response to his other reviews. He accuses people of being scammers and fakes if they don't give a glowing review read more

Very responsive with scheduling and reasonable prices for the area. The ladies were so lovely and did a thorough job. They even cleaned inside our toaster and microwave and did little touches like folding shapes in the hand towels and toilet paper. Will book again! read more

I've been using Maids Prime for about 6 years. They are always responsive, flexible to adjust my recurring schedule when I need it, and the cleaning teams always do a thorough job. This most recent team added nice small touches like making the beds, folding dish towels, tissues, and toilet paper; which I appreciate. I remain satisfied with their work. read more

They were slightly cheaper than another service we've used, but they did a more thorough job. (We got the deep clean.) I will call them again the next time I need a cleaning. read more

We've had an excellent experience with Maids Prime. They are very thorough. Daniela is the excellent "face" of Maids Prime. She is very "user friendly", easy to work with, and accommodating. I'm very pleased with the service we've received. Highly recommend. Oops! I used to like Maids Prime when Daniela was there, but she hasn't been there in a while. The maids nicked our walls, but when they left a stove on & water running in a bathroom sink, that was the last straw. No more! read more

Accommodating, pleasant, thorough clean. Same team for several years, they do a great job, tolerate our dogs and messy teenager rooms, and leave the place in great shape. When we had special requests (eg rugs that can't have a beater brush, special cleaner on a marble shower) they met and remember them all. Excellent customer service when we need to change dates or have other questions read more

We've had a few different cleaning teams with this service over the years, and they've all been very good and fairly priced. Staff are also very responsive for any need to re-schedule or shift appointments. read more

We've had a mixed time having people clean our house since moving to DC and so far Maids Prime is doing the best job since we got here. They show up on time at the scheduled time, bring their own supplies, do a great job cleaning the house and follow instructions well when you ask them to change things. Since both my wife and I work and have two kids, getting help around the house is huge to help our quality of life. Having somebody else clean the bathrooms, mop the floors, vacuum, dust, and the like saves us a huge amount of time and stress. That said, we've had trouble finding somebody who can come at a regular time (so we can plan around it), bring their own supplies, and really get the house clean while being able to follow instructions like not using the broken handle in the shower. So far, Maids Prime has delivered on all of that and been pretty easy (if not the fastest) to interact with over e-mail, which is a huge plus for me. Since we stopped having people during the brunt of the pandemic, we had a chance to try out some alternatives and Maids Prime stood out on Yelp! The good news is that the responded quickly when I reached out on Yelp at first. It then took a while to actually get the details worked out the first time for them to come. Phone seems to be not the right way to talk with them. Yelp messages worked at first, but e-mail seems to be the most reliable. I thought we'd originally agreed to a 9a time, but the time wound up being 8-11a, which turns out to work fine for us. That said, pay attention to to the slot that you get e-mails confirming because that's when people will be there. Also, the seem to work (at least for regular residential cleaning) based on the slot in that they'll plan to be there for that number of hours or less. They plan to have two people take 3 hours to clean our house. The first time (when it had been several months since we had anyone professionally clean our house) it wound up taking them 3.5 hours and they didn't finish with the basement. That's fine, but good to know. Subsequent visits (every two weeks) have taken a bit under 3 hours and they've cleaned the whole house. They do a really good job of cleaning everything. The dust every surface even moving things out of the way and back to do so. They clean all the bathrooms, showers, tubs and toilets really well. We've had to remind them to mop once after they missed some of it one visit, but with a reminder they did it really well. They only downsides are really (a) that they can be a bit slow to respond and coordinate with over e-mail. It took a while to move from the one preliminary visit to having a regular every-two-weeks setup, (b) the maids speak pretty limited English, so my limited Spanish has been really helpful, and (c) it takes a bit more supervision to make sure you get exactly what you want than I'd love. That said, it's all worked out really well with a bit of understanding and they're the best cleaning service we've had in our 6+ years here. read more

Two very nice ladies came and did a great job cleaning for a good price. They even did the windows and refrigerator.

This was a great experience! Whenever I came back, my apartment looked immaculate. I was a little worried because I had some papers scattered about, and they made sure that everything remained--straightening up my messy desk. I received a deep cleaning and the price was affordable! read more

We used Maids Prime for the first time recently, just for a one-time post-reunion cleaning in our home. Was able to secure a cleaning reservation online on a Friday afternoon, just 3 days prior to the preferred date (a Monday morning). The price of the cleaning was very reasonable given the number of rooms/bathrooms to be cleaned (and less expensive than several other online estimates from other clearning services). Maids Prime also communicated with me promptly and continuously over the weekend via email, confirming that the maids would arrive on Monday morning. The maids arrived on time, were very professional, and most importantly they did a nice, thorough cleaning job. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and easy - just what we were looking for. I would definitely use Maids Prime again in the future, especially if we are to ever need more regular scheduled cleaning services. read more

Maids Prime - Messages. Proof of scheduling - Home Cleaning Near Me

I needed cleaners for a last minute cleaning and the Maids Prime team came through. They cleaned the entire house in under 2 hours and were very friendly and efficient. They walked through the house with me afterwards and touched up one area I requested. Great value as well- the cheapest quote I received out of all cleaning companies in the area. read more

Great deep clean! Apartment has never been cleaner! The ladies were super sweet and very efficient with their time.

My beloved cleaner moved back to her home country so I was looking for a service who could come and do a deep clean, followed by regular cleaning after that. Had a little hiccup at first but Naim, the assistant manager, was super professional, responsive and addressed everything right away. Jessica and Wendy who came to clean my apartment were fantastic and could not have done a better job. read more

Wow! I don't think our house has ever been cleaner. We received 2 house cleaners for 2.5 hours and they did an amazing job. I don't think our house was this clean when we moved in. The cleaners got were early and very nice. It was easy to schedule and reasonably priced. We will definitely be getting this service a few times a year! I did take one star off because they did not wear masks. We are both vaccinated but they did not know that and we have no idea if they were vaccinated. I feel for safety reasons it is probably still safer for everyone to wear masks. We did leave for most of the cleaning to get us and our dog out of their way so our interaction was brief. I just can't get over how amazing my house look and smells. Thank you cleaners! read more

Ihsan was a pleasure to deal with for my move out cleaning. I couldn't be there to let the team in, but gave instructions via email and keys were left with my concierge. We checked the work later and they did an excellent job! I was very happy I could trust them - worry free! Will now be using them in my new house as well! Highly recommend and good value. read more

This manager of whomever he is (Naim) calls and harassed people when they do not want to reschedule appointments that the manager cancels. Even going as far as to curse at the person who chooses not to reschedule. Not worth it. Go and find somewhere/someone else to do the work necessary. read more

Very through in regards to the cleaning. They were punctual and reasonable priced. Would recommend

I have been working with cleaning companies for several years. It's important to know that when evaluating a company that the management is not the cleaners and vice versa. Maids Prime has in my opinion the best management and best cleaners. It's important to find both because human beings are not going to be perfect. I find that the cleaners do an outstanding job and the cleaners go above and beyond the level of detail they go into. The owner of this company is easy to communicate with, and is timely in his responses. I have a fair price that comes with this level of service. I couldn't be happier to getting this cleaning service on a regular basis. read more

They arrived and finished on time, and went above and beyond in cleaning our entire four-level townhouse to get it ready for putting it on the market. There were no hidden costs and the end cost was the same as the estimate. The entire house even "smelled" clean and fresh, which is extremely important for would-be buyers. read more

I have been a Maids Prime customer since 2019 they started off excellent then over time they got progressively worse. Their cleaning was ok could be better mostly appearance cleaning and from time to time I would find items broken and or rendered inoperable. And after a time they increased their prices a still continued to do the same kind of cleaning(almost not worth the money) they charged me $90 dollars for nothing when I tried to schedule another time so at least the ladies could get their full amount for cleaning. Good luck for whoever hires this cleaning company. read more
