First off, I have been using Maid Pro services for over 5 years at our place of business. I have seen the good and at times where it could improve. As of now, I believe the level of service has been better than ever with the regular associates who have been servicing our facility. Averi, Nia, and Tonya have been outstanding service providers since they started. They are always thorough, always have a great attitude, and are just a pleasure to work with. After reading some of the other reviews (Some are outdated when it was operated by different management) I believe that if the customers have anything specific in mind that they would like the associates to be attentive to all they would have to do is make it known and from my experience, they have always received the feedback well and put it into action. Maidpro Denton, Tx. cleaned for us for 2 or 3 years and the cleaning was done well but there were a few times when they could not make it. I would work with them and they would get somebody there the following week. We have dogs and can't go more than 3 weeks. This last cleaning, they called the morning of the noon appointment and said they weren't coming. They had the wrong contact # so I didn't even know until later when I finally called them. Then they would not schedule cleaning before another 2 weeks. When the boy finally came to clean after 4 weeks, he was rude and told us as he was leaving the they wouldn't be cleaning for us anymore. Maid Pro was scheduled to deep clean our house for the first time. I called more than 24 hours in advance to cancel because I had just found out I was positive for the flu. I was told my credit card would still be charged for the cleaning because it's a 48 hour cancellation policy. I asked if they really wanted to get the flu by coming and she said no. But I guess too bad for me because I didn't know 12 hours sooner that I had the flu. I was also unaware of their 48 hour cancellation policy or I never would have called them to set up an appointment. If the first appointment had gone well, they would have had me as a regular. Now they've lost a customer. Was it really worth treating a first-time customer that way, Maid Pro? read more

I just recently went through a kitchen renovation which left my house a complete DISASTER. From the dust from construction to the piled up furniture to the piled up chores that got put on the "I'll do it later" list. I called, explained my situation, got my quote, and they came out the next day. I was not there, gave them instructions to come in, I believe the young lady said her name was Ryan. But anyway, there were two young ladies who cleaned my home for over 3 hours. I came home after work and was blown away. Things I didn't even know were dirty were cleaned. I could not be happier. My review will Not change just Because your trying to save face!!! I DID NOT HAVE ROOFERS HERE THE ORIGINAL DATE THAT WAS SCHEDULED. Truth is what I originally stated in my original review is what happened! My house did not get cleaned as I originally stated... they did try to make things right but THEY FAILED the second time around.... I can show pictures before and after both cleanings!! We hired them for a move out clean, I confirmed with the person who answered the phone whether they would be cleaning bathroom tiles, windows and etc. However, all they did was dust the blinds, dust the ceiling fans, vacuum brand new carpet and "mopped" the bathroom floor (which looks exactly the same before they came to clean. I had cleaned it about halfway and you can still see the demarcation where I had left off cleaning). They charge $350 for the move-out clean but all they did was vacuum and dust. I called and asked why they had not cleaned the rest of the house and of course, after they charged me they are saying that these are all extra services that I need to pay separately on top. For each window they want $10, for each blind they want $5. If I had known this was the level of service they would render, I would have never used them to begin with. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND that anyone uses this company. It would have been better for me to do everything myself. read more

Would not recommend this company if you are looking for a true cleaning service. I hired them to do a full sweep of an apartment that I was moving into and while it appeared to be clean at first, once I moved in and began taking a closer look, it seemed to me as though someone just took a wipe and did one single sweep across the counters and tub walls. There was still a very clear line of soap residue and other grime that I had to go over again, and all it really took was for me to do a bit of scrubbing. Not to mention they vacuumed my apartment, but did not get the corners. There were still dead bugs in closet corners and in the bedroom. They also completely failed to clean the back of my kitchen sink's faucet. Even though that area is not visible, I still expected it to be cleaned. I wiped it myself and out came SO much grime that I know for sure that they did not clean it at all. Maidpro is NOT worth the price it charges - in my experience, they were not thorough AT ALL and seemed to only do a quick wipe over everything. Extremely disappointed. Do not make the same mistake I made and pay as much as they charge to have someone half-ass it at cleaning your living space. I had to clean much of the apartment again myself, which completely defeated the purpose of even calling them in. *** This is an update of my previous review: for awhile, I chose to ignore what the owner had responded with on my review. But it is something that shouldn't be ignored. It is a prime example of a company unprofessionally placing blame on others and making excuses rather than taking responsibility for what they were hired to do. The comment states that they reach out to everyone who is dissatisfied, yet instead of reaching out to me, the customer, the owner decided to do damage control on their reputation by disregarding what I have said on my review with, "it is extremely hard to please everyone." This was a transaction between a customer and a company, I paid for what they claimed to be a full, deep cleaning. For me to expect precisely that in exchange for what I paid is not ridiculous and the owner's suggestion that I simply am just difficult to please is absolutely ridiculous, and again, unprofessional. Let me repeat what I said in the original review: I had to vacuum most of the apartment myself again, and I had to scrub down counters and sinks and the tub. It was a poorly done job, point blank. Nothing more and nothing less. I did not mention in the review that I did call the company after inspecting the job, and I mentioned to them much of what I wrote in my review. They responded by saying that they would have someone come back to re-do these areas. However, they never did. No one ever got back to me. Just like how no one ever got back to me about this review, even though they claim to in their response. Their comment on this review reads much like, "please disregard this review as it is difficult to please everyone." I sympathize if they had recently lost someone at that time, but that has almost nothing to do with a full team of cleaners doing a poor job, and that has nothing to do with how they have decided to respond to this review. It is an insult and shows what kind of people are running this company. If you are someone who is thinking of using their services, please take into full consideration what I have reviewed and how the company decided to handle it (or rather, didn't handle it). read more
