This place is decent! Third time going there now for gel manicure. It has been 3 weeks now (my nails grow fast) and needed a new gel polish. I could've gone another week if I wanted to, but sometimes gel nails get dirty and changes color...plus my nails were growing so yeah. No chips, no nothing. But anyway, I went back today (June 22nd, 2015). They're always very kind when I go, but hella busy. So they tend to run around and make sure other customers that are waiting get seated and prepared. I don't mind that they do that because I get it and understand. I know other girls around me tend to shake their head. But they always apologize. Also they always make sure the shape of my nails are how I want them to be. I chose a pinkish white O.P.I gel polish (I always prefer Gelish but they don't have the color I was looking for), since it's summer and I'm more tanned now. They do a good job at applying and everything. Only reason why I gave them 3 stars, is because I think they reuse all of their equipments and filers (even though it looks like it comes in a clean little dentist-like pack.). Maybe I'm wrong, but the filer they use, looks like it has been used already. It has bits of that white layer already...unless the file is like that. But other than that, the service I got there was good. I'm not a picky person but depends how bad something is, I WILL say something lol.
Tip for every customer:
1. Make an appointment. But BE ON TIME or a bit earlier. If you're late, it drags all appointments later. So it's not the employees' fault that they couldn't serve you sooner, it's customers'.
2. If no appointment, make sure you have plenty of time, and ask them if they are super busy. Most likely they will take you in anyway because they want business.)
3. Be understanding! It's a cheap Vietnamese place, you get what you pay for.
4. If you're rude, they will be rude to you too. Be nice!
5. If they were rude for no damn reason, then you can do definitely something about it. read more
