Fast. Efficient. Clean. I like a lot the nail technicians and also the gal that works the front desk. My go to nail salon.

I'm what you would call a super fan when it comes to this nail salon. They do BUSINESS, and they do it fast, efficiently, and most of the time, with a smile on their face. My sister and I go quite a bit for manicures and pedicures, and they always fit us in, are patient with our inability to make a color choice, and tolerate our weird conversations. They have allllll the colors and it makes me super happy, but also overwhelms me. The wait times are minimal, but worth it for the service and work they do. I recently did the acrylic powder dip thing (idk??) and I'm obsessed with how they turned out. Can't wait to go back. read more

While this might seem like a normal, unassuming nail salon, I feel Magic is a step above the rest. The staff is friendly and their salon is always very clean and well cared for. I have gotten pedicures, gel manicures, and NexGen manicures here and always been very satisfied. My nail tech, Peter, is fun to chat with and I look forward to my me time when I visit the salon. We were told our wait would be "about an hour". No big deal, we went and ran some errands and came back after about an hour and waited about 20 more minutes. When we asked how much longer it would be she told us at least 30 more minutes. I noted that she told us it would be about an hour. Her reply was "I tell everyone it will be over an hour". She never said OVER an hour. Then she copped an attitude so we left. This place stinks. Go somewhere else where they have their act together. read more

I have been here a few times. Less then impressed. Most recently took my daughter for her first pedicure and I got my nails done. Front desk girl is always rude very short and extremely unwelcoming. I will never judge thinking someone was having just a bad day. But when I have been there multiple times that is not that case. Finally had enough. I was rushed even when I had an appointment. After a week of having my gel, it has peeled off, chipped and even with acrylic nails they have lifted after a week and cracked. I was on vacation in Mexico and 3 days after having my nails done completely two nails have peeled. I called when I got back and was told notthing they can do just over all poor work and customer service. Sadly I won't return and have turned people I know away also. We go to relax not feel more stressed when we leave. DO better. I only gave one star and my daughter enjoyed time with me nothing else . read more

I had a gel mani/pedi last night. I wanted the same color polish on my fingers and toes. The pedicure took 15 minutes. The technician never used the tool on my feet to remove dry skin/callouses. She did the gel manicure and the colors are totally different. My fingers are a hot pink and my toes are orange. I told my friend and another technician (possibly the manager) and receptionist came over. The technician said that if the don't have the same color they used something close. Hot pink and orange are not close. She also said she used the tool on my feet. I think I would know if that would have been done. Needless to say, I will not return. read more

I was in the salon yesterday with my sister for my birthday mani-pedi. I have been here before because it is so convenient. Although my girl did a very good job, I felt so extremely rushed that I could not even look at the name of the polish I chose to see what color it was for future reference. I had to ask her to write the number down for me. I realize they are a very busy shop but it certainly was not a relaxing experience like it should be, i felt very rushed. My bigger issue is the girl at the front desk who is very curt every time I have been there and I thought also very rude. You she take on a more welcoming attitude with her customers. Always have amazing nails when I come here. Tran does the BEST dip I've ever had. Everyone is super friendly and the receptionists keep it really well ran. They are always super super busy no matter the day or time so even with a appointment. expect yourself to wait a half hour before being seen but D at the front desk will make sure you are taken care of. NEVER AGAIN! Not only have I formally filed a complaint against this location, I have even gone as far as requesting that my bank reverse all charges to my card! Bottom line, do not patronize this establishment unless you want to be scammed out of your money & left without the responsibility of customer service! I stopped back in, just 15min after leaving from getting a mani & pedi there, because my gel color started to turn colors & become splotchy! Not only was I told that the nail color became splotchy because I am African American--so my nail-beds must be dark underneath (completely false & ignorant); I was also spoken to very disrespectfully by the "owner" and told not to come back. When I got home & called to inform him that his customer service was less than stellar & my nails still looked incorrect, he hung up on me and refused to answer the phone---twice! Mind you, this marked my FIRST visit...EVER! Unbelievable! It's quite unfortunate, but it seems that this location fulfills all the stereotypes you run into with these particular settings:They use off-brand polishes in name-brand bottles, polish-thinners, conveniently speak or don't speak English, and only want to see you when there's a money exchange in the near future! Just consider yourself warned...some things are a hard lesson learned. read more

Gorgeous place inside but I'm disappointed for two reasons first that you can't tip off your credit/debit card. I mean not many of us today carry cash on us anymore am I right? Second, I asked for a simple flower design on my toes for a pedicure and they told me they couldn't really do it! Are you kidding me? All the pictures shared of this place show awesome nail art! Try Leo Nail Spa just a short distance away from Magic. They do a really nice job, it's clean and very important, they are FRIENDLY. It actually seems like they want you there as a customer. I officially found my go to nail shop. I came in for a pedicure and they took me immediately. This salon is very nice and very clean. Lee gave me my pedicure and talked me into the signature pedicure. I was glad I went with this one because the sugar scrub felt great. Front desk is rude and unorganized. Had an appointment but still waited twenty minutes for a tech (who I didn't have my appt with). The nail techs just seem to show up when they want to even if they have appointments. Then the girl who did my nails cut my cuticle and made me bleed. She did not even acknowledge doing it. I had to say hey I'm bleeding can I have a tissue. Then after putting something on the cut to stop it from bleeding she continued to paint my nails and not remove any of the blood residue. Aside from annoying I don't feel like that's very hygienic. Needless to say it was the first and last time I'll ever go there. read more

Love this place!!! I got a gel manicure and it stayed on for SO long!! I was quite surprised. The lady was sweet but I wished she would have talked more. The environment was great, all the workers were very nice and seemed like they got along quite well!! Definitely would recommend. The prices were fairly priced as well. read more

I'm not a die hard nail salon goer... I'm not even a regular nail salon goer, however this place made me want to keep coming back. I made an appointment for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon, and I felt when I walked in that the place was very clean, well kept and friendly. Peter took good care of me and took his time with my sorely neglected feet. When it was all said and done I was out of there in 45 minutes including drying time, which was the perfect amount of time for me (not too rushed, not too long). Price was competitive at $32 and location is very convenient. Definitely see myself coming back in a few months and would definitely recommend to others! read more

I had an appointment at 12pm and waited 40 minutes before the receptionist told me that the nail tech i had An appointment with refused to do my nails. He did not give a reason and he sent her to tell me instead of telling me himself. I do not recommend this nail spa. Peter is very rude and unprofessional. Have given this place multiple chances and end up disappointed every time. They charge $5 for having "long nails" for acrylics (which truly aren't that long they're as long as my natural nails) then when I say to cut them she says that will be a $5 charge too. Huh??? They were filed horribly and all have bumps in them and dots all over. They also don't compare each nail to look at the length and not one matches the length of the other finger. I came in for a gel full set as the normal nail salon and tech couldn't give me an appt for two weeks. The salon is bright and clean, everyone was very friendly and polite. The tech Si, was through and precise although he did mumble a bit . I'm always leery about nail salons that are run by persons who don't speak English well but this salon surprised me as being very good, although it is always rude to speak in your native tongue around clients that don't speak your language; they could be calling me a bitch for all I know! I highly recommend going to this salon for a one time self indulgence or if your like me and are at the salon every two weeks. read more

God, I hate this place. This is my second time here, I was trying really hard to give them a second chance. I won't even talk about my first visit.... This time I went on a Sunday with a friend to get a pedicure. It was a gorgeous day in winter, so I figured they would be busy. They said about one hour wait, so we gave them our phone number and went shopping next door. About 45 minutes later we returned and waited until the one hour originally quoted was up. We asked and she said about another 30 minutes. After this we went and asked again, as it didn't seem like anyone was going back to get theirs done. The receptionist said "well we are really busy" and I said, "well it's been over an hour and a half, and we were told one hour" she said, "well we have appointments coming in, so it will probably be close to another hour or so, but idk for sure..." This customer service is absolutely ridiculous. If you told me over 2 hours from the start thats fine, I wouldn't have waited here. They just make you keep waiting and waiting and waiting. If there is anywhere else you are considering to have your nails done, go there instead. I promise, anything is better than Magic Nails! I would give negative stars if I could. read more
