Place was clean, service was friendly and reasonable pricing. This is a small shop, there were only 2 technicians. Walk-ins are welcome but I would call and make an appointment. Recently, I have not had the best nail salon experiences. So I didn't really have high expectations going into the establishment. 1. I like that they ask you to clean your hands 2. They are concerned about your safety. They wear a mask and they ask you to wear a mask too 3. Nail technician was very friendly and didn't try to push add-ons 4. Her service was gentle 5. She asked for my preferences I am kind of particular about my nails. Good job shaping. I feel like the polish used needs a refresh. Top coat was stringy. Overall I would come back. read more

Best lashes ever!! I've gotten my lashes done by many techs some charging up to 200$ not including tip and the transportation costs for me!! I've recently moved in to the area and these ladies are quick and efficient! I only paid 30$ for my first set and from now on she will be charging me 20$ for every 2-3 weeks. While I was there I got an amazing eyebrow wax that was over in 2 minutes and transformed my eyebrows. For 7$. I'm highly pleased with their work and will def be back again. They took me as a WALK-IN at 6 pm and I was out by 7 pm with a gel manicure (25), eyelash extensions by cluster and eyebrow wax! She also does individual 1-1 lashes but I preferred the cluster short/medium as it looks much more natural and opens up my small eyes. Today I took my 84 year old client and dear friend who has been getting her nails done here for years to get french tips. The owner asked me to wear a mask while I waited. I declined. She then asked me to wait in the car for my client because she didn't want me in the store without the masl. I told my client I would be waiting in the car. She of course started to protest, and when I told her I was asked to wait in the car because I wont wear a mask she decided to leave the salon in the middle of having her nails done because of the way I was being treated. She is in a wheel chair, and the owner said nothing just watched me wheel this precious widow and long time client out the door. Today I watched the owner throw her faithful 84 year old customer down the drain over a mask. I would have waited in the car because it was not about me it was about my client, but I thought it was wonderful that she decided to treat me much better than the owner of the store did. And to be honest I was glad she decided to leave because she always complained about them being too ruff with the file, causing her pain, and not being able to breath in the mask, or understand what the staff was saying because of their masks. She reads lip to understand people because she can't hear well. read more

First time customer. I called ten minutes out and they took me in, no wait. Lucky. I'm all natural, just looking for a regular mani with a deluxe pedi. Kay was the technician. Water was hot, the way I like it! She was able to get rid of cuticles that became too thick without leaving me bleeding. Thank goodness. Kay took her time didn't rush. I had the hot stone, scrub and mini massage treatment. Perfect for my feet after several days of pounding the pavement. The best thing other than Kay was that I was able to watch their lash tech work her magic on the customer next to me. Apparently, a loooong time customer who doesn't go anywhere else for nails or lashes. When I asked what she thought of them OTHER customers chimed in and said, "she's good". "They last a good while". She didn't even have to speak for the techs work! Definitely going back. :-) read more

This place doesn't give the best first impression. It's a little cheaper nail salon in a strip center. I went in because I had broken a nail and needing a quick repair. They offer a wide range of services for half the cost from other salons. I tend to be very picky about getting my nails done and they did a flawless job. All the ladies there were very sweet and made good conversation. I will be returning. read more

This is my go-to nail salon in the heights. I only get my brows waxed and pedicures because I can't have gel or fake nails being a nurse, so I can't review the manis! I have had nothing but great experiences here and never feel rushed like some reviews say. I never have to wait and the staff is very personal and friendly. I decided to let my eyebrows grow back so I could go for a new shape.....eventually, WELL as I expected my eyebrows were taking a little too long to grow back and in an awkward shape! So I decided to just get them waxed...Nancy is a LIFESAVER! she was super nice and did a great job! When I got back to work (I went during my lunch break) I got nothing but compliments and 3 of my coworkers will be going to her when they're due for theirs to be done! This place is a rip-off!!!! Buyer beware. I would not normally go into an establishment like this but I was in the area and needed a quick color change on my toes so I figured that this place could do that at the very least. The place is very small and has a very limited selection of colors but I did find something to match my nails. The prices were cheap so I decided to try it out. The process didn't take long but as I was waiting for them to dry the tech a bucket of dirty utensils and rinsed them in the sink vigorously. There was no sanitation or soap and that was extremely alarming. I went to pay for my color change an I thought the man said $13 but they charged me $30.00. They had to do a manual credit card receipt because they claimed the system was down. So please beware. No one charges $30.00 for a Color change. This place is crooked. read more

The services here are so well executed I keep going back. I'm very particular about the shape and style of my nails and Nancy got it perfect from the first time. Having searched high and low for good customer service, fair prices and proximity to my house I am happy to say I have finally found my nail haven. Don't judge the book by its cover. I stopped by this place because it was on my way home and my nails were in desperate need of TLC. Their dipping powder selection was so small and the color display was gross. They glued nails onto nail files. Not a good presentation. I probably should have left then, but I didn't want to judge a book by it's cover. The lady who worked on my nails filed EVERY nail crooked. I brought it to her attention and she tried to fix it. I looked after she tried and every one, still crooked. Another lady switched spots with her and noticed it immediately. Luckily, she was able to salvage my nails, but now they are much shorter than I wanted. They also didn't have a top coat for my powder so she used one for shellac. This also took almost 2 hours to complete, why?? It's been about a week and my nail color is now starting to lift from the nail bed. This has never happened before. I also got my eyebrows done and I really like them so I gave them 2 stars instead of one. read more

Meh. I came in here because my usual place couldn't take me at the only time I had open and the reviews seemed pretty positive. I was pretty put off by how cluttered and dingy it seemed, but the reviews warned me not to judge a book by its cover so I kept an open mind. I got a spa pedicure and a shellac manicure. My service was actually pretty good, although VERY rushed. I left feeling pretty pleased and tipped well. I got home and one of my toenails broke immediately, for no reason. I can only assume they were filed too roughly. Then my shellac manicure chipped and another toe nail chipped. I seriously never have chips at my usual place. So, overall, not impressed because I'm going to have to go get it all redone way sooner than I should, which is only wasting my time and money. I won't be going back. read more

Very nice staff. Not sure about the cleanliness of the tools (I don't think UV was used to sterilize them from what I could see). Got dip powder on my finger nails and this is the first place I've been that uses the shellac gel on top of the powder with the UV light. My nails started breaking off and peeling the next day. Don't go here! I have been here 5 times thinking it will get better but in reality gets worse every time. I've read good reviews about the place but then came to find out it was actually the owners friend who has posted the good reviews. Be careful only go here if you can handle roughness on your hands. P.S you will not walk out paying the amount posted or quoted, they will do whatever they want just to rack up the bill. Their work is not worth $75 for nails that fall off in a week and a half. read more
