Very Nice service and no wait as a walk-in and good price of $30 for shellac nail polish. They could improve the organization of nail colors. read more

This place is HUGE. Biggest nail salon I've ever been in. Takes away from the relaxing experience a bit. The staff all seemed pretty pleasant. Came with a group of four and was able to get four chairs next to each other reasonably easily. The pedicures were pretty quick compared to other places but look good. Will update when I return for a manicure. read more

I have been getting my nails done here, off and on, for a year or so. If you're looking for great service, lotion, or even a mini hand massage, you're looking at the wrong place. This place is really for people who want to get in and out. A month ago I decided to get a pedicure here. The next day one of my big toes was so swollen and hurt to the touch. Later that day, I couldn't take it and went to the doctor. They painfully lifted the skin slightly and let a bunch of puss out. They gave me antibiotics and called it an "ingrown toenail" and sent me on my way. I thought nothing of it. Last week I went for another pedicure and THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED but to the big toe on my other foot. I will never ever get my toes done here again and plan to send them my doctor bills. read more

I have tried this place a few times, and the dip disappoints me every single time. They don't even get it close to your cuticle, so it looks two weeks grown out immediately. I asked the nail technician to fix it and she kept making excuses on why it was fine. Never returning. read more

Love love Magic nails. Would not do my nails anywhere else. Cae is the best. Quinn is am awesome onwer.

The salon itself is really beautiful, but the woman who did my acrylic nails seemed extremely rushed while working with me. I've gotten acrylics many times so I know the process of putting on the tips and filing, etc. but my lady skipped many of the steps, did a visibly poor paint job and almost all of my tips fell off within a week of getting them done. I will NOT be going back. read more

Super rushed service, nails are usually uneven, bumpy, and crooked. I used to come here a lot because I lived nearby and my nails always turned out either mediocre or just bad. One time I called ahead to book with someone who was good at nail art but when I arrived they told me that he was helping another client and set me up with someone else. He did a HORRIBLE JOB. My acrylics where sooooo thick and my pinky nail was half the size of the other nails. Not to mention that they where stiletto nails that where pointing in all different directions. read more

I've been coming here for years now and have spent thousands of dollars at this place. The reason I'm giving a bad review after so long of coming here is because I've had a couple of bad experiences where I wasn't satisfied with the quality of work someone has done on my nails with the nail polish bubbling up and looking horrendous and previously a bad eyelash extension job where they were falling out the next day and looked like I've had them on for two to three weeks already after the first couple of days. I complained to the lady that's always upfront which I wish I knew her name now but both times she has promised me to get them fixed or a discount next time and when I've come in to have it fixed or next time to get my discount it turns into the owner or manager never approved it and I can't get them fixed without paying or can't get a discount. Sadly this will be the last time I'll be coming here. I rather go to a place that values their costumers and is willing to help out when they've had a bad experience, especially when I've been a regular for years and have spent so much money at their salon. I've had many times where I wasn't completely satisfied with the work but it was always good enough to stick it out until next visit to get nails/lashes redone (I am very laid back like that) and have only complained twice as both times where just too bad not to and the owner has shown me both times he completely doesn't care about helping his costumers out, so just be aware when coming here. read more

I have been going to Magic Nails for years. I have seen many of their technicians and always receive beautiful nails. I now see Leo for the dipping powder and I'm seriously obsessed. He does an amazing job and my nails last for weeks. read more

This salon is wonderful! Nathan is the best! Our whole family sees him! Great quality manicures and pedicures, very professional and great prices. Amazing service and very clean salon. read more

Really like this place. Love the dip and they take such great care of my daughter. Did the eye lashes, lots of ladies love it but I didn't. It just wasn't a fit. This place is beautifully decorated and I believe managed well. Check it out but be sure to make an appointment. read more

This place is so hit or miss! Pros: The place is HUGE, so there is never more than a 15 min wait. The color selection is by far the best I've ever seen, anywhere. They have ALL the fun and new nail decorations-seriously if you can think of it they've got it. I also feel like it's reasonably priced given the area and what I usually have done. Cons: It's always pretty warm in there. Also, you never know what you're getting-some of the Techs do a GREAT job, and others are a little sloppier than I'd like. This can obviously be solved by finding a tech you like and making an appointment with him/her, but I never plan nail appointments in advance. read more

I was at Magic Nails to get a Mani/Pedi.. I love to just pamper myself a tiny bit. But.......this was not a relaxing time at all...... I sat in the chairs to put my feet in lukewarm to cool water and then the gal doing this runs and gets a bowl for me to put on my lap and soak my nails for a minute and then put a cloth on my knee and started my Manicure while my feet were in the water and I am leaning over to let her reach my my hands. Five minutes later she was done doing my nails polish and all.... For my toenails she had a younger guy come and do my toenails , he didn't understand English and I have very sensitive feet due to arthritis and pedicures are very painful if the person doing the pedi doesn't understand. I live right by Magic Nails and have no plans of ever going there again. read more

Seriously awesome customer service! Quinn and Nathan are fantastic!

Terrible experience. The lady doing my nails forgot about me and started doing another client. When I though she was going to come help me, she started cleaning out her things. I've had bad experiences every time I've gone there and this was the last straw. I am incredibly annoyed and will not be returning for anything. read more

I used to love going to Magic nails but this is the second time I've done a walk in at Magic Nails, have waited over 20 minutes, and have had to wait after other walks ins who arrived after me. You have permanently lost my business and that of my family and friends. read more

I got my nails done at this location they did an okay job on them and they started to break off within a week of me getting them done. Their prices are ridiculously high. I was also paying with 21$ cash first and then my card but the lady that rang me up thought I was tipping her 21$ so then as well charged me 60$ more on my card. I called and asked about them refunding me the 21$ and they never ended up refunding me that money. read more

My shellac manicure chipped after 1 day. Since I was out of town for the holidays, I was unable to get them fixed. I am now five day post manicure at Magic Nails and I am in need of another mani since it looks terrible. What a disappointment and waste of money. I will not be back! read more

I went in for a full set, and I'm very disappointed in my nails. I got a coffin shape and half of my nails are crooked. The lady talked me into dip, and it is not opaque whatsoever, you can see through my nails. There is also no thickness or evenness to the nail, which will probably result in my nails breaking off in a week. I expressed some of these concerns as I noticed them, but the technician didn't bother to go back to fix it, but was just more cautious on the other nails. I was charged $50 when they told me it was going to be $45. Many of my friends have come here with decent looking nails, but I've gone to numerous salons over the past 5 years in Colorado, but these have to be the most poorly done nails I've ever had. read more

Quinn and the girls are awesome! I have been going there for years and the service is great!

Magic Nails really appreciates their customers. I walked in with an appointment and was promptly taken to a seat. The nail tech was absolutely amazing and talented! I was able to show him a picture of what I wanted and he created the exact look. That's hard to find! I would recommend this place for ladies who are seeking great service, reasonable pricing, fun nail art and/or great customer service. read more

I get my nails done by Sun at least 2 times a month. If I could give a ten star rating, I totally would. She's absolutely wonderful. She is very meticulous and does a fantastic job on my nails! I love the environment too. Everyone is so friendly and I feel like I always make a new friend when I leave Magic Nails. The last time Sun did my nails, I got the dipping powder with tips - they lasted almost a whole month which is longer than the usual! I get compliments on my nails everyday whether it is at the grocery store, work, restaurant, wherever! If you're looking for a long time nail tech and a wonderful person to enjoy spending your one hour nail day, I would highly suggest seeing Sun - you won't be disappointed! And this is coming from a fellow nail technician! read more

Great salon with amazing service! The pedicure was top tier and the front desk employee is great!

When I first walked in, I was blown away. The salon is huge! Everyone was very attentive, and I appreciated their enthusiasm. I Alyssa ya get a dip manicure, but all of they're powders are displayed on a wall for you to pick from. The gentleman that did my nails tested the color I picked as soon as we sat down. But I was a little embarrassed that once the color was dipped, I was not a fan. So he grabbed a couple similar colors and tested all of those as well, and I wasn't a fan of any of them. Usually salons have a wheel or color swatches for you to choose from. But it was very hard to choose a dip color here. read more

Ad clearly states they accommodate military? When asked if they give a military discount I got a firm no! Most other places I've been to are happy to give military discounts, why even put it on your ad if your not accommodating?? Nails have been ok here, got a pedicure and polish was not perfect like I'd expect if I'm not doing it myself, it's been 2 days and it's already chipping on one toe! read more

I have been coming here for over a year and I finally found someone who I LOVE. Her name is Jojo and she is by far the sweetest lady here. She does my pedicures and she is phenomenal. Ask for her when you come in! read more

Been there a few times because it is in the neighborhood but I saw what they did to my friends nails and I will not go back again and try to warn everyone. They ground her nail down beyond the nail and her finger got infected and has swollen to twice its size. It is terrible and should not be allowed to operate like that in this state. I hope she complains to the health department or wherever you comeplain about the nail salons. I have heard about this kind of thing but didnt think it would happen at a place like this. Not all that glitters is hold dears. read more

Awesome nails but horrible service had to wait 45 mintues for a pedi when I had a appointment. Love the way that they use the plastic bags so it isn't gross with other people's feet. LOVE the design of the place so pretty, but might want to let the ladies with appointments go first. All and all they are pretty good, perfect place to get away from the boys. read more

I have been making the drive from downtown Denver to Lone Tree just to see Louis since August! He does amazing work, and my nails last forever. I'm always very pleased with the outcome and will always make the trek to Magic Nails because of him. I do hate how it feels like the "Walmart of nail salons" and how everyone seems rushed to get in , but once you find the right person, it doesn't matter. read more

Quinn the owner sent me a message shortly after my previous review. He had me come in and try the powder again [on him]. I had a great tech that did an awesome job (powder mani, pedi, and eyebrows). It's good to know a business owner that cares about his customers and wants to make things right when they have a bad experience. Thanks Quinn! read more

Quinn, T and Nathan give great mani/pedis. I've always felt they were clean, and they all are friendly and chat. :)

For the other Yelper that put she was seated for 20-30 minutes and forgotten I say CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I have been having my nails done by the owner of this salon who has owned three over the last 11 years that she has been doing my nails. This is an EXCELLENT salon! Oh and try the eyelashes you will LOVE the eyelashes! read more

I came in last weekend on a friday late afternoon super packed. Its a pretty damn big nail salon. Didnt have to wait at all, they took me right away. My nail tech was tiffany. I wanted a pedicure regular polish and full set acrylics with gel polish. I wasnt impressed with the pedicure. She had me soak my gel polish off while i got my pedicure done. By the time we took off the gel, my fingers were so swollen from soaking my fingertips in acetone, it felt terrible. Anyways, the pedicure wasnt relaxing like i thought it would be. I got one of their deluxe pedicures $40 value. It states that there would be a 15 min massage but it was more like 5 minutes and it wasnt consistant. Like she would massage both legs then do one leg, then massage my other foot and it just wasnt in sync. Just seemed like everything was kinda rushed. My polish job was eh she just brushed on the topcoat carelessly so my polish lifted as my cuticles were growing back and chipped within days. My full set was okay but a couple of my finger shape was very uneven and i mentioned it to her about 4-5 times to just look at my shape and i showed her where it looked uneven to me. I just kinda gave up and wanted her to polish my fingers. I will say that she did a great job at not making them thick and bulky! I absolutely do not like that lol! At the end of it all, it was time for me to pay. My total came out to $89 and then i tipped $18. So $107 was my total but it wasnt really worth it for my liking. read more

This Salon is GROSS. First of all, you will be seated and forgotten about, sometimes for OVER 30 minutes. I get shallec and they give you a bowl full of acetone to soak it off. It is disgusting, I have soaked my nails in a bowl full of acyrlic clippings and other peoples cuticles. I have also been left to soak my nails in that and forgotten about so long that one time I actually reached over and grabbed the tool and took the polish off myself. None of the workers even noticed. Horrible customer service. Their manicure is basically just soaking your hands in a bowl of dirty water and maybe getting them filed and lotion. If you get shellec you will have to shove both of your hands in one UV lamp, which are made for ONE hand only and I have had my hand burnt several times. I will NEVER come here again. It is so unsanitary, the same tools used on everyone AND the same water/acetone... read more

This is a great nail salon. The owners, Quinn and T are always there and they make sure the salon is running well. My wife and daughter are very frequent visitors.. I have been to many of the technicians, but T , Mr. Bao and Annie are my favorites Quinn is my daughters fav. When Quinn has time he paints her nails. It is always clean in this salon and everyone is always friendly. They are so entertaining and I always have so much fun when I get my nails done. I have been to many salons and I highly recommend this one to anyone who is looking for a nice place. This is a great place in Lone Tree to get your nails done according to my wife! read more

Yes, there are a few less than favorable reviews on here, but the numbers don't lie. This place is absolutely packed and even just doubled in size. That wouldn't happen without literally hundreds of satisfied customers returning over and over. The place is quick for walk-ins, and by the time you pick a color from their giant selection it's your turn. I watched carefully as every pedicure station was thoroughly disinfected between clients and the tools they use come from sealed autoclaved bags. Plus, the prices are reasonable, the ventilation is good, there's plenty to read/TVs to watch...everything you need in a salon. If you're looking to make an appt, I highly recommend Kelly and Tammy! read more

Let me first say , I read all of the reviews and was very close to not going to this salon because of the way African American women said they were treated. I walked through the door with an appointment for Lashes and shellac on nails and toes. I was seen immediately...I was greeted with a smile and shown to the pedicure section, where I met Tiffany....she was so courteous and professional...sorry to the other techs...but I got the best one!!!! I am so extremely happy with my nails and toes that I had to hug her. I am an extremely picky person coming from the East Coast and I am use to the best!!! So I'm very critical of new places...lets just say...I've found my new place and only 5 min. from home. Lashes lashes lashes lashes!!! Totally in love with them...I have been getting my lashes done for about 3 years now and so I feel like I know a little bit about lashes, and have had stylists apply all different ways. My lash stylist was Ann...and again the best!!! I was amazed at how fast she was...there was not s bright light shining in my eye...she didn't even use a magnifying glass !!! I am in love with them...I actually went home and views them in my magnifying glass to check out the application....SUPERB!!! I'm also super impressed at how large they are but manage to stay on schedule. I'm just super happy. I'm so sorry to the African American women who had bad experiences...maybe try again and ask for Tiffany for nails and Ann for lashes...you will not be disappointed!!! read more
