I used to go to this nail place back when it was way smaller and they actually cared about providing good service and experience. Now it's all about money. They want your money, that's it. Do not waste your money there. I actually went 3 times in the past 6 months to give it another chance, but I will never go back. This guy Alex! He is terrible. Do not let him do your nails. He is the most sloppy person I have ever met, and very impolite. read more

I moved around the lone tree area about a year ago and hadn't been getting my nails done since my old place was so far. After shopping in the area I decided to go in for an eyebrow wax, they got me in quick and did a great job and I saw the flow of things. The next time I went I decided t try the dip and get my eyebrows done and I was instantly in love. They are quick, efficient and everyone is friendly, I've now been consistent a customer for the past 6-7 months. I recommend this place to everyone I know. So far I've had my nails, eyebrows, lip and toes done and I hope to one day see the other side and get my lashes done. I've only ever had one semi bad experience but that was only with one person so I still think they deserve 5 stars. read more

I came in for my first eyelash extensions and was very impressed! I was recommended here by a friend who said they do great work and had reasonable prices - she was right! While it's a little hike from the downtown area, it's worth it to have someone do it right! The salon itself is huge! Tons of spots for manicures and pedicures and about 6 eyelash extension tables. I made an appointment but I don't know if you necessarily need one since there are so many people working there. Since it was my first time, it took longer but only about an hour and 15 minutes. Tu was my eyelash tech and she did an amazing job! The process itself was relaxing and she talked me through it and gave me advice on after care. They look so so good and I'm obsessed! It's only day two so we'll see how long they actually last but I'm excited to not have to wear eye makeup! read more

I was very disappointed with my pedicure here. I paid for the deluxe or autumn pedicure and the tech was completely done in 20 minutes. There was a regular customer waiting for him and he rushed the whole thing. I will never go back to this place !! read more

Pedicure was mediocre. Shellac nails look absolutely horrible. So thick and not shaped - and it was a new shellac.. One of them isn't even straight. Not worth the $100 at all!!! Will not be back. My nails looked better when they were bitten and unpolished. read more

I've been coming to this place on & off for 3 years. I try other places but come back because it's conveniently located. I won't be back, the quality of the services has gone down severely and today I got the worst pedicure yet. Streaky color, pooling around my cuticles and uneven sharp corners on my nails. I'm still growing out my fingernails from the hack job dip manicure I got back in April so I should have known better! They also keep renovating and have made it nearly impossible to choose a color. The bottles are not organized, the wall goes all the way down to the floor & you can't see the colors at the bottom. I was so frustrated with that experience that I almost walked out...I should have left. Complete waste of $ and time. read more

Great service, able to get in and out in 45 mins for a pedi and dip nails! I have no doubt you could have a relaxing few hours here, but it is good to know that you can get quick detailed service as well. I walked in and asked about dip nails and pedi at the same time. The technicians worked fast and were so kind. I will be back when I have more time! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would! These are the rudest, meanest, no customer service having individuals I've ever encountered in a nail salon. First incident: Got a manicure and told they lady that I was very oily and that gel polish would peel off. She told me if it did I could come back and get dipped powder and pay the difference. Well as I explained the gel peeled right off a few days later and when I returned she had amnesia. This other lady wanted me to STAND at the counter so that she could wrap my nails to get the remainder of the gel off....I refused....so she came over and did it in the waiting area. Reminder you that there were tables available for her to do it. She then began to say it's been almost 2 weeks that's why it looks bad and I told her no ma'am it's been almost a week. THEN another lady came over and she said oh you peeled it off and I firmly told her no I didn't. She began butting in the whole time I was there even though she had a client until I said WHY ARE YOU SO CONCERNED?? In the end I got more gel put on which I knew wouldn't last and left. Second Incident: I went in to get my lashes done since clearly the bail people are HORRIBLE. The first appointment went amazing and I LOVED my lashes. The next appointment I asked to go longer and she said I had the longest ones. I was skeptical but let her do them anyway. When we walked to the front she said next time we will go up but not this time. I looked at her and said I thought this was the longest and she just stood there looking stupid. I was beyond mad that she lied to my face and didn't give me what I wanted. Well I have this place one last time to do my lashes and the girl had me waiting 20 minutes when I had an appointment and her biggest concern was why did she book with me if she's been seeing someone else. She did my lashes FINALLY, and kept stopping the whole time. I understand she was pregnant and took that into consideration BUT every 5 minutes was excessive. Needless to say I'll NEVER return to this place again and as rude as they are I don't see why they have any business at all. It's really sad that you pay good money to be treated so horribly. read more

I wasn't really comfortable from the get go. The nail tech rushed me with a dip color choice, and then wasn't wearing a mask and said he isn't vaxxed. A bit alarmed but sat there anyway and got my nails done. Needless to say I wasn't totally comfortable with the lack of safety protocol in this salon that pre-Covid, enjoyed very much. I will not be returning until something changes. The staff to needs to either be vaxxed or wear a mask if not. read more

HORRIBLE!!! The last two times I went my nails were uneven and the paint job was horrible. My daughter just went with her friends to get acrylics, the lady just started painting her regular nails and when my daughter said, "wait I asked for acrylics" the lady replied, "no you didn't and now it is too late". The gentlemen that assists people at the front desk said, "oh well it was a miscommunication" and then proceeded to charge her $35 for a basic paint job. TERRIBLE. I have given this place three chances and all were epic fails. read more

Usually I would give them 5 stars, but today was one of the worst experiences I've had in a nail salon. I usually come here every 2-3 weeks for an acrylic refill on my natural nail. The nail tech was so confused when I asked for this (even though I literally get this every time) and even after talking it through, she proceeded to manually file all of the acrylic down to my natural nail which was aggressive, painful, and damaging to the natural nail. She then put the pink acrylic on my nail without asking me and then was incredibly upset when I told her I wanted it to be a natural color with a black tips. She was already rushing through it so fast that I didn't bother asking for what I actually wanted (It was apparent she was unhappy to be spending the time doing French tips, so I lowered my expectations and settled). I decided I would tip, but leave this review to warn others. She became extremely upset when I didn't have cash and proceeded to lean over my shoulder and urge me to Venmo her personally...what an unpleasant and unprofessional experience... read more

Went here once and will not be back. The lady who did my pedicure was extremely rough with the arches of my feet to the point that it hurt to walk. I came in to get a manicure and pedicure. I have gotten a pedicure there before, and the pedicure was fine. When I went to go get my nails done I did a dip manicure which I usually do. This place deserves less than zero! I started going when they only had a few chairs and were friendly. The more popular and larger they got, the ruder and sloppier they got. I always saw Thuy (Tee) for years. She & her husband own that location although they are all owned by family. The last time I was there she filed and sanded nails but forgot to have me wash. She applied the Clear polish. When I got home I realized what had happened, I went back the next day assuming she would remove the Clear polish, I would wash my hands and she would reapply the clear coat to my nails. My Mistake!!! She accused me of messing up my nails!!! (after years of loyalty & money spent!) She refused to accept responsibility for her action or lack there of. She informed me that they had so much business that they didn't need mine! I will never return to that flithy place. They have lost most of their customers from the beginning. She told me that she & her husband were each given $20,000. to start a business by the US Government. This is not the way to treat customers! read more

The first time I tried Magic Nails for a SNS refill I emphasized that I wanted my nails to look like real nails thus be as thin as possible ( my previous salon was able to do this extremely well ). She seemed annoyed! When she finished with her filing and I asked her to make them a little bit thinner she was REALLY annoyed and told me she would have to charge me extra - for a little more filing down with a drill? The second time the manicurist (Sun) was SO irritated that I requested that she make them as thin as possible that she avoided looking/speaking to me. She ended up doing my SNS nails her way - never asking me once if they were okay. When I asked if she could cut my cuticles she said it would be another $10. I am paying $45 plus tip for a nasty attitude? read more

Let me start by saying, I am 37 weeks pregnant, with a toddler at home, and this was my last chance to do something for myself before the baby came. I haven't had my nails done in two years and my husband pushed me to treat myself since I've been working so hard lately. I did a shellac pedicure with Julie and she was so sweet and it looked great! I decided to get acrylic nails put on, just simple white tips and the guy who did them, Sam, was SO RUDE. He tried multiple times to talk me into doing Dip which I knew I didn't want. He rushed the whole process, getting up multiple times throughout and walking away, barely talked to me and there is still leftover polish on my nails from when I came in that you can see under the acrylic. He didn't bother to take the time to fix it. When it came time to pay he didn't tell me the total, he just held his hand out for payment and didn't say another word to me. Honestly so frustrating since this was supposed to be a fun outing for me. read more

Mixed feelings on this one ladies. I read pretty positive reviews here on Yelp, and since I live not too far away, and had to be at the Target shopping center and my last pedicure was in serious need of fixing, decided to give this place a try. It's a large nail salon, lots of nail techs, place was hopping. I was immediately ushered to a chair and pedi started. Was not offered a menu of services which was kind of odd as usually they try to up sell, I had to ask for a menu of services. Was feeling in the need of some pedi love, so decided on a pedi with a paraffin wax, sorry, don't recall the name. The nail tech was not exactly friendly. Don't get me wrong, while getting a spa service I don't expect nor want a Chatty Cathy, but a smile goes a long way in making an overall pleasant experience. Place was clean, but when doing the pedi and my feet were in the whirlpool water she dropped the utensils in the water and left them there for awhile, the swirling water kept making them bump up against my feet. Not relaxing. She got up and got the paraffin wax. I have had many, many paraffin wax pedis so know what to expect , she brought the plastic bags and dipped my feet in the wax. Holy Shit, it was hotter the hubs of Hell! "It's good, right?" Ah, "No!" I told her it was really hot, she replied "No, it's okay." No it WAS NOT OKAY, it was too hot! I told her emphatically that it was too hot, and she did pull the bags with the wax away from my feet to allow it to cool. Yea! Thank you. Proceeded to the pedicure. Massage good, and nails at finish look nice, but I only spent about 35 minutes for the whole pedicure, it was quick, quick, quick! Most pedi's I have had last a pampering 45 minutes to an hour. This felt really rushed. I didn't feel special or pampered. She asked me to pay and took my credit card while I was still sitting in the pedi chair. She did tell me I could hang as long as I wanted while my nails dried which was nice. Nice except I then saw her walk out of the salon to the parking lot, I sat there and sat there not knowing where my credit card was. Finally, when I felt my nails were dry I went to the front desk and asked if they had my credit card, thankfully they did, and I paid. Normally the nail tech brings you back your card and thanks you for your patronage. Not here, not for me. End impression: Salon is nice and clean and seems busy and popular. Maybe I came and the tech I had was having an off day, I don't know. My toenails do look nice so no complaints there. However, I did not feel it was relaxing and I did not feel pampered. Won't return. read more

A lot of the negative reviews are things that can happen at any nail salon. This is one of the few nail salons in Denver I have returned to because they are truly great at what they do. There are a TON of technicians but they are a well-oiled machine. I have had dip multiple times and a few pedicures and I have loved every single one. Almost all of the techs are talkative and very friendly. I also think the prices are quite reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely worth going! read more

Update 6/27/18: Usually this place is pretty consistent and I can't complain, especially compared to the other nail salons around here. However, today was pretty crappy. The filing is uneven, the skin under my nails is still burning from his rushed buffing job, and the polish he used was obviously old (it was clumpy and sticky) and it shows. Bummed. I had gotten my first time acrylics nails too long the first time and came in the next day to shorten them. Waited for a bit, but got them filed down free of charge read more

I came back because of the convenience of being able to get in right away. The place got a facelift. The service is so so. Not so bad. Not so good. Worst manicure I have ever gotten! I went in for a shellac manicure and the girl convinced me to try powder. I decided to give it a try, and while I was sitting at her table looking over my new color options she trimmed my cuticles for just 3 fingers then went to go get my new color. When she came back she put the color on (I assumed she would do my cuticles at the end like they sometimes do). She put the color on and was like ok all done! I asked her if she could finish cutting all my cuticles and she said "I already did them", and she continued to argued with me about it. So long story short I paid $43 for new color and 3 nails to be cleaned up. No cuticle trim, no lotion, no hand massage, nothing! When I said I wanted a manicure! This place is crowded, so I'd assume all they care about is the money, not the quality. It's big so I'm sure you could find some people that do a good job, but you run the risk of getting a girl like mine. She clearly wanted to free up her seat to get another customer in there as soon as possible. When you look at the photos I have attached look at my cuticles! They look a week old, not fresh out of a manicure! read more

New to Denver and was on the hunt for a new nail salon to call home. I was recommended here by a friend of my fiancé. I scheduled an appointment with a specific technician. When I arrived I was she had already taken someone else despite me arriving within the grace period window. The technician that helped me was very nice and efficient but I feel they are very cheap with the products. I also feel because they are high volume that the products are diluted to stretch them out. This is the worst experience I've had for a pedicure... twice. I didn't leave a review the first time because the experience was bad because of other rude, complaining patrons. The second time I took my daughters in for pedicures, they were overpriced and poorly done. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done or close to and was told he couldn't do it without doing shellac (false because I've had it done before at other salons). My person was insulting and thought he was funny and the pedicure priced super high comparatively literally lasted only 20 minutes. Not worth the money at all especially for the treatment. I don't know why everyone loves this place, I live 2 minutes away and literally will drive right past now to go elsewhere. Lovely salon, horrible service for the money read more

I used to go to this salon all the time, they were amazing from what I remember. They still are, the workers are amazing and environment is pleasant. I went there for my last set of acrylic nails just a week ago, I really enjoyed my nails but the person who did them made them much longer than I anticipated because "it would look the best". I had no problem with this at first, then when I got home I started having issues. Within the first 48 hours a nail broke completely off, it just peeled right away. It hasn't been long at all, and I now have other nails starting to chip at the top and having bubbles under the nail bed of them, one isn't even on straight. I can completely stick my other nails under the tops of them. It was a good job for the first little bit, but for 60 dollars I shouldn't be having this issue. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. read more
