I've been to this place 4 or 5 times now they are pretty consistent I've only been moderately disappointed once. My boy Henry went off today though great attention to detail! They are are SUPER EFFICIENT I'm always greeted when I walk and and I never wait more than 5 minutes even if it is full. I never make appointments only walk ins and they always fit me in my go to mail place read more

I'm getting to this review a little late as I've been going to Magic Nails at this location for years. My all-time favorite nail technician, Sally, has left and I'm starting over with Bee. She did such a great job on my pedicure and nails (dip)! It's too soon to tell if they will last as long as Sally's did (3-4 weeks!!!) but I can say that she did a beautiful job! As usual, the owner - Quinn - greeted me and got me seated right on time. Can't say enough positive things about how well he manages this salon and how highly his staff speaks about him. If you're not pleased with your current salon, I would encourage you to try Magic Nails in Lone Tree! read more

UPDATE: I still love this place. I was able to get my nails fixed for free by Song. She added more coats on every nail. She also said they were too flat and had no flexibility. I have been pretty hard on my nails to see if they'll crack or break and they haven't. I guess it depends on the technician that you get unless you make an appointment. So I just recommend you find someone you like, who is good at doing nails and make appointments with them. read more

Absolutely hate my nails I asked for almond shape which is more round instead of stiletto(pointy), the design was very sloppy for $10 extra charge. I will be waiting for Louis next time if he's out of town... read more

Have been here many times and have had good experiences, but last few times have been inconsistent and disappointing. Nail tech was rude, and now when you get a dip manicure it doesn't even include a manicure you have to pay extra for that? Also my natural nail that they file into an almond shape is also an additional 5? Getting out of control paying 70 for a dip manicure that doesn't even include a manicure LOL read more

Very disappointed in my pedicure. I don't treat myself to them often so was very bummed at how bad my toes look. They look like my toddler could have done a better job painting them. I got shellac on my toes so they were completely dry and cured when I left - so I did not smudge them or mess them up. It's maybe the way the shellac cured that made them look like huge spots were missed. I noticed it a little there but it was a bit dim lighting so didn't realize how bad they looked until I got out and didn't have time to go back to have them fix it. The man was nice but I felt like he rushed through. Won't be going back. So annoyed every time I see my feet. Waste of 50 dollars. read more

I occasionally come here for pedicures and it's my go to place to get my eyebrows waxed. They do a good job and usually get you in right away with quick service. It wouldn't be my choice if a more relaxing spa day was in order. The people are friendly and do good work. read more

All of the nail technicians are great . That allows the flexibility of showing up anytime and getting right in and getting great service - going for 10 years - issues once or twice only - they're fantastic read more

Nails done by Don, this was 3 days after. Very Poor quality . I tried to contact the owner and they did not respond. To add to my bad experience I asked for just a polish and he gave me a manicure . I had no clue till the end. I am very disappointed in the fact that they are trying to add more money to the service without me asking they need to tell me that and be more upfront and honest. It was shady. This is my third time coming here and two of those were poor quality work. The Only thing I like about this place is the color selection they have . read more

Would be zero stars. Didn't get seated for 40 minutes and then did not get helped past that. Ordered a Brut and did not ever receive it either. There is construction in the corner and it's so crowded and loud. So sad bc I used to love coming here. Not coming back :( read more

I don't know why I keep going back to this place. Not one part of my experience was enjoyable, and it hasn't been the last few times I've been either. My toenails nails look like garbage, and the nail tech was rude and made me feel bad about myself for the state of my nails when I came in. I got a $55 pedicure and I wouldn't have paid more than $25 for. The polish looks like it was done by a 5 year old who has never painted before. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and far too expensive for what you get. I will never be coming back here, which sucks because I used to come here often. read more

Robert is the best ever!!! This place is awesome and a very enjoyable and upbeat nail experience. The workers and the owners are sweet, kind, and fun! I am going to be a regular here and with Robert. Can't recommend this place and him enough. read more

I called a head of time and told her what I needed to have done. i made a appointment. she had me wait 30 mins for a tech to do my feet. Only to not know what i wanted and then telling me nobody knows how to do a full set of pink and white on feet. I was going to get a full set on my feet. full set on my hands. full bling. This could have been my go to spot in Denver. but no. horrible customer service. i walked out. total waste of time. read more

I honestly use to love this place. I use to come here for my lashes and nails before moving away. Recently I came back for my nails to get an acrylic fill. Right as I sat down she immediately started filling the acrylic from the top. Absolutely no prep, and didn't even do as much as pushing my cuticles back. Seemed like she was in a really big hurry. I left with a fill that was bumpy considering my cuticles are still there, and nails that lifted at the top after 2 days. A simple step that you do EVERY TIME you do nails. How could you mess that up? read more

Update: I was in the area and needed to get my nails done for the holidays. I don't know how you can let someone walk out of a cosmetic establishment looking like this with any sort of pride in your work. My fingers are stained red as the tech didn't even take more than ten minutes to do this and was working with two clients at once. I'm interested in their health practices too because nothing was cleaned when I sat down, there were nail clippings still everywhere and the tools came out of a drawer unclean. The more they expand, the worse their service gets. have tried this spot over the past five years and it has just gotten worse over time. They used to be a one-room salon that had impeccable service and did a beautiful job each time I went in.Over the past few years they have expanded into a waxing/lash salon as well, which is fine, however, their nail service has severely declined incrementally as they continue to expand beyond their means. Technicians receive a lot of pressure from management to move fast and push additional services, which has a negative effect on the atmosphere and does not create a relaxing environment. They're more concerned with getting you in and out than giving you a good manicure. The level of service is unacceptable for how much they charge and their prices continue to rise. I will not be going back. The space is cluttered, dirty, and I have never once seen a technician wash their hands between clients. They move too fast to provide any sort of quality service and they simply do not seem to care. read more

This place is fairly priced and they can take walk ins easily. I've come here several times and they have some very good nail techs. But I will say the older woman that is always there working the front is one of the rudest people you will meet. I think she's the owners mom or something. They should not have her greeting people and answering phones. On multiple occasions I have heard her raise her voice when she talks to people and also hang up on people. She's awful, has no patience and honestly needs to retire or find work not working in customer service. She degrades the entire experience with her bad energy sadly. I'm not sure I'll go back and definitely wouldn't refer this place to anyone solely because of her. read more

I was not impressed by this salon. It was extremely busy. I took my three young granddaughters for pedicures . We called ahead and got right in, but they did not have any special chairs or amenities for the children. We got to soak our feet for less than 10 minutes. The youngest one couldn't even reach the tub without nearly standing. She was rushed out of her chair, and her toenails got messed up. I definitely don't recommend taking children there. read more

Very disappointed with the service I received yesterday from this place. I have gone here about few time including the set I currently had on and hadn't had any issues. I have been having allergic reactions ever since I got my acrylic's put back on. My doctor thinks it has to do with products in the nail supply's. I was a walk in yesterday to get them taken off. I am used to ripping them off but figured since they would be off for good why not do it properly and hopefully avoid nail breakage, nail sensitivity, along with figure they would file them a bit and shape them up. As the lady that usually works the front desk was wrapping me up she asked why I was getting them taken off. I explained the story and she quickly got very defensive about how "it's not possible for me to be allergic to nails as it is bonded and sealed before I leave" and continued with "who is your eye doctor". Not only making it a very uncomfortable and unfriendly environment, not even 5 minutes later a nail tech comes and gets my nails unwrapped, drilled down and then tried to pop them off. Using a thin tool pushing on the ends towards the middle. ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!! Not to mention VERY painful. I flinch and the tech rewrapped every one. Another 5 minutes of foils and she drilled it down till it looked like it was all gone. I paid, and the lady that originally humiliated me about the situation made a snarky comment of "well hopefully your eyes feel better" and laughed. I walked out fine and told myself I would never be back, until today I noticed the coats of acrylic coming off my nails. So the job wasn't even fully completed!! A waste of $15 and time. They don't even deserve a 1 star. ZERO STARS! read more

This place is has become so inconsistent I likely won't be back, for a $60 pedicure I had expected a not rushed experience and my toes look awful. In addition to that I made an appointment for all three pedicures and someone didn't start my niece until I was almost done with my pedicure but we all ended up being done with the same service at the same time so I assume her pedicure was equally lackluster, to add insult to injury the female manager came over trying to sit some customers together and said to them in front of my niece well it's fine because she's going to move. Always nice to feel welcome here. read more

I'm upset, I took my step daughter here to get her gel nails done. I wasn't there to advise the whole thing. After we left she told me the lady filed her nails down so hard that it made her cuticles bleed. And it wouldn't stop bleeding so she put her nails in vinegar. My step daughter didn't tell her anything or me until after we left, Because she doesn't want to ever cause trouble. This will be the last time we go there read more

My daughter just spent a ridiculous amount of money on nails that look horrible. Instead of a natural base the coloring looked like pee and she was treated so rudely by the technician when she asked for changes to the color and shape. And then the technician was rude when her tip wasn't to her expectations. I won't let her go back there again and spend money to be treated that way. RUDE TECHNICIAN WITH ATTITIDE read more

Waited longer to have a color change than the color change itself which is really not that big an issue as I'd rather have a quick service than a long drawn out one. Cute color selection but messy racks and no rhyme or reason to bottle or color placement. They have complimentary water in bottles which Is a nice touch. Despite being extremely busy they did not rush me out. Polish change toes was well done...needed three coats of 'Show Me Your Tips'. He he Have gone into see Sun now twice for a color change and she is awesome! She takes her time and really cares about the finished product! I will continue to come back and see her as often as I can! I allowed her to choose a color for me and her choice of "grapefruit sparkle" was perfect for an upcoming formal event. read more

I went in for a shellac manicure and was talked in to a powder color manicure. I walked out having paid $60+ and all I had was thick, almost acrylic looking nails, with bald spots and color all over my cuticles which she never even worked on. Getting my cuticles done is half the reason I get my nails done. The shop itself was a hot mess... emphasis on the hot! It was 100 degrees outside and they had no air conditioning! I was so hot I thought I was going to pass out. It's not well kept and their polish Wall is full of sticky old bottles. There are at least 2 other salons with in walking distance... don't waste your money. read more

I have been coming to this salon since i was in high school, my nails haven't even been done for a week & i was overcharged for acrylics that have fallen off in not even a week, both hands the exact same fingers, i'm not usually one to complain, i called the salon & all the lady said was to come in & it would be a small charge to fix my broken 4 nails, not sure if i will be going into pay more for my nails that i was overcharged for in the first place. very disappointed read more

Every little thing they add $5-15 , you want your nails round / almond instead of short and square .. boom extra charge. You want sparkle, boom another charge, you want them to trim your cuticles like a normal manicure, another charge. By the time you leave there with a dip manicure you are paying $65-75. Thats with no tip ! read more

Absolutely love this salon. Recently moving here, I tried so many for great acrylics and overlays and even pedicures. I tried just about every salon in castle rock and finally went here as a girls day outing. Let me tell you, AMAZING. I love Katie for acrylics and even pedicures and pretty much everyone is good at pedicures. I've tried the waxing which is alright but I prefer threading because I always get my skin ripped off wherever I go because my skin is so sensitive. But they shaped them well! I've gotten a few friends loving Magic Nails as well. Going to be trying the Chinese foot massage if they still do it. I recommend going here 100%. read more

Probably the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Extremely rude staff, dirty, and poor quality. This place is not cheap, but it feels cheap. We got a pedicure and it was the quickest pedicure I ever had. I wore their slip on sandals for about one minute and walked across the salon once and the bottom of them were black. The woman nicked me multiple times and was incredibly rude. My sister got a manicure and there are bubbles all over it and dented. Worst of all- my shoes were right next to me in the pedicure chair and by the end were covered in someone else's dead skin by the end. I asked for wipes and they kindly cleaned my shoes, but I was so grossed out. For almost $200 this salon needs to do better and take pride in their work. read more

This is the only place I go to now for my nails. I have been to many nail salons, and magic nails has been my favorite. Everyone is so friendly, the owner always greets you and there isn't a long wait. It's a bit of a drive for me (45 min) but this is worth it to me with the quality of service and professionalism. Also, since I have been there recently, I want to mention that their standards of cleanliness are top notch and I am so thankful they are open!! read more

Location is nice. The salon is decent. I did a walk in and waited less than five minutes. It is huuuuge and busy though so if you're looking for tranquil and quiet, this might not be your place. if i could give this place 0 stars i would but unfortunately i cant. this has been the worst service ive ever received. been going to kevin and every time i leave im not satisfied and have to go home and file them. left this morning and cried in my car because they were so bad; called back so i could get them soaked off and my money back because i dont have time to sit and have a brand new set put on. the lady who answered said yes i could come back for that and then when i got there denied me a refund after telling me on the phone i would receive one. the man sat there and told me hes not allowed to give me a refund that he could fix them for free but i just wanted my money and to get out and not come back. so incredibly unhappy with the service here and will make sure i never recommend to anyone ever again. read more

I would be giving this place a 4* or 5* review because they were clean, nice and friendly with a fun atmosphere as well. This was my first time in but I was directed to a chair to sit in for my pedicure with the water filled and everything, but the problem was I sat there for 30 minutes before someone came and started working on my toes. My feet started pruning so I had them sitting out of the water before someone noticed. My girlfriend was a chair down from me getting her toes done and her technician as well didn't alert anyone that I had not been helped yet until about the same time someone else noticed. I will most likely give them another shot but maybe its better to make an appointment... read more
