They should change the name from Magic Maid to NIGHTMARE MAID SERVICES. Just a horrible stuff, very incompetent. The owner Maria Oliva Mchugh is a very GREEDY person. Her only objective is MONEY and NOT QUALITY WORK or MAKING SURE THE CUSTOMER GETS WHAT THEY PAY FOR. I came home and I ended up cleaning it myself WHILE THEY ARE STANDING THERE. I paid $160.00 for a completely LOUSY -WORTHLESS JOB. They said they cleaned inside the fridge and when I opened the fridge I saw spills that was not cleaned, stains all over. And the woman cleaning said "I don't know, but I cleaned it" . REALLY??? So the stains just decided to reappear??? They said they cleaned the floor when I came in I saw dust on every corner that they claimed to clean. They came with no cleaning material. I gave them my wood cleaner but women she brought said " we don't have a bucket " to mix the solution with. IT WAS JUST UNREAL AND I WAS SPEECHLESS..... When she came to pick them up, she didn't even ask how they did. Of Couse, she must know that she provides lousy service for such an expensive cost. BUT I TOLD HER NONETHELESS, THAT THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB. And her response was " Can I have my check?, I'm in a hurry". DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We have been using Magic Maid for cleaning our house for over 13 years. We have them coming every other week and we are very happy with the attention to detail. We can trust them with our valuables and this is very important to me. I have not ever had anything missing and if they find a dollar under the bed, the return to us :-) The ladies are courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are happy and satisfied with the service. The owner is very professional and does random inspections on the cleaning to make sure the cleaning was done exceptionally. We have had one maid that has been with us since my son was 3 years old and he is now 21 years. We are very satisfied with the service. I am contacted promptly when the cleaning day has to be change and ask if that would be OK. This has happen very rarely, but it shows how they work and appreciate our convience. Magic Maid has been cleaning my house for over 10 years now, wow! time really flies! I am very pleased with the cleaning and the details that makes them stand out. Bathrooms are cleaned, floors are swept and mapped. I have hardwood on the main floor and they leave it clean and shiny. Furniture is dusted. The beds are made with fresh linens.
