This business is highly recommended! They did a very last minute turn-around on an airbnb and I am thrilled with their professionalism, communication and cleaning. Their crew did a great job with taking pictures and sending us shots of the place sparkling clean. I will be using them again in the near future! read more

Great company, very responsive, very professional, great communication, to notch work, dependable. They will go above your expectations, very helpful and knowledgeable, to a first time AirBNB host. They even too pictures for me to post online since I had to go out of town. They seem willing to help in anyway possible. Truly a blessing to have found this company. read more

I contacted Paloma almost a year ago to begin talking with MH to take over our Airbnb. As it turns out I didn't need them right away, but she was really friendly and helpful and we kept the convo warm. Recently I reached out to commit to their services and they did a site visit to review and go over details. The lady I spoke with on the phone said our small studio would be no problem and my cleaning checklist matched the one they use. Then I didn't hear anything back for a week, so I reached out again. I got a form letter saying we weren't a good fit because they didn't feel they could "attend to all our details and specifics." Not sure what happened, but after developing a relationship, having a site visit, multiple email and phone calls back and forth, etc., it was very frustrating to have to follow up over and over again and then get a form letter response. read more

This is the best cleaning company I've ever worked with. Period. They are also doing everything they can to help clients during this time, offering top notch sanitation in addition to their already great deep cleaning service. You can trust them. You can rely on them. And they do incredible work! I've used Magic Helpers for several years and multiple properties and have not once had an issue that was not fully resolved. They care about the quality of their work and care even more about the satisfaction of their clients. Book them today. You won't regret it. read more

I use Magic Helpers to manage our Airbnb, and I'm so glad I found them! They keep our home spotless, even guests have commented on how clean it is. Even though we have a dog and allow dogs in our Airbnb, one guest said our house was way cleaner than Airbnb's that don't allow pets! They're super professional and even do quality checks when time allows - where a manager comes to double check everything is perfect. They also alert you when you're low on supplies and will shop for them if you need it. They basically take care of anything I need. From taking trash bins out and bringing them back in, to replacing batteries in our smart lock, they've allowed us to be totally hands off. Their booking system even links to our calendar so they auto book the cleanings without me needing to alert them. I've recommended them to so many neighbors and friends and I will always use them. Thanks magic helpers! read more

UPDATE: see photos to show that I did fill out their web form and their business owner is very mistaken. She contacted me and tried to make me feel bad about their review because it's somehow not their fault that they didn't respond to my request. Somehow when customers contact them through their own website it's not her fault if nobody responds to that. I also got signed up for marketing emails automatically without asking. I filled out their web form saying I needed to book in a timely fashion, got an automated reply saying they will get back to me soon. I haven't heard anything after over 2 days, but they already signed me up for their marketing emails... Not impressed. All the other companies I contacted responded. read more

We worked with Natalie to furnish our house, and work with Magic Helpers to manage the rental when we're out of town. I cannot say enough good things about both. Natalie is a talented and committed designer - she did a spectacular job with her mom getting our place together. And Magic Helpers has done a stellar job managing the rental. They're extremely responsive to guests, proactive addressing problems, and just a pleasure to work with. Seriously the whole team is awesome - if you're looking for these types of services, look no further. read more

Magic Helpers team are the best. From deep cleaning to turnover service for STR, they have solid pricing, amazing quality, and top notch communication. I work with Natalie and couldn't be happier about the service they provide for our home in East Austin. I'm an OCD cleaning nerd myself and many times I've shared with friends and family that Magic Helpers does a better job then myself. We happily and highly recommend the team at Magic Helpers! read more

I can't believe how wonderful Magic Helpers is. In the Airbnb world, they are truly life changing - like so many others have said. Things that I love: - Auto-booking is wonderful, but I particularly love that they send consistent reminders, telling me they are coming a few days in advance, reminding me the day before, and then messaging me when they are there, and when they are finished. Takes all the guess work and nervousness out of the cleaning process. - Quality - Mine is a part time Airbnb rental, so I stay here in between. I love coming home to my house and it being so wonderfully clean and welcoming. It lets me feel comfortable that the quality is there. - Responsiveness - I LOVE that I can text / email them and I get a response right away. I can also add on services super easily - if I want them to put my bins out or bring them in, pull some weeds, or change the batteries in a smoke detector - they'll do it all! Keep being Magic! read more

Wow. Magic Helpers has made our lives so much easier. We run an Airbnb from out-of-town, and we wouldn't be able to do it without Natalie and her team. They communicate regularly, are a joy to work with, and do an amazing job at keeping our STR clean and on schedule. They are business savvy, linking to your calendar and scheduling themselves online. They have a top-notch concierge service for when we need last minute errands. True professionals. All around highly recommend Magic Helpers. read more

My house really needed a deep clean and Magic Helpers did a great job. My oven was spotless especially with all the cooking I do. I was so surprised at how they got the toughest stains out. They were very professional and took care of what I needed to be cleaned. read more

Life changing? I think so. I was hesitating launching an airbnb space I had because I just didn't have time to make sure it was handled well. I was lucky to find Magic Helpers and this has made all the difference. On the first day, Natalie was able to give me a punch list of what was needed to round out my space (everything a guest would expect). She then helped list it and within two days I had booked out guests for weeks. I was even shocked to see a long term (3 month rental) come through that same week! Since then I have noticed great little touches. For example, a personalised card for a guest coming for an anniversary. Special little bottles of dish soap to match the theme of the space and even a dog bowl for a guest that had a little friend. Truly over the top service and amazing personalisation. Really highly recommend and think they are the best I have worked with... read more

I have been beyond pleased with Magic Helpers! I had to write a review as I received this feedback from a guest, "Cleanliness is a huge deal for us and everything was spot on clean." We hired Natalie and her team to clean our short-term rental, but we quickly asked them to do much more than that. Now they also handle stocking, ordering supplies and any other needed errands for a very reasonable price. Natalie is super responsive, professional and great to work with! I am really picky on how I like things set-up and they nail it every time. Honestly, I would not be nearly as successful without their partnership! read more

OMG!!!! Where have you been all my life? Love Magic Helpers because I used other Airbnb cleaning companies and they are horrendous. Magic Helpers actually cleans your Airbnb on each turnover, restocks items and does laundry. The customer service is great and they let you know when a guest leaves your home a mess. Thank you MH and love supporting local businesses! read more

I have been incredibly impressed by the Magic Helpers team. They have made our lives much simpler and stress-free. We have been renting out a guesthouse on AirBnB and originally tried using a "full service" company (Turnkey) to handle it. That didn't go well. With MH the turnarounds are taken care of automatically and with high quality and we get to maintain control of who rents our guesthouse. After a few dozen bookings I think we had only one instance where we noticed a turnaround passed through quality control that wasn't quite right. They fixed it ASAP and there have been no issues since. Perfection is impossible, but they have been about as perfect as you can be in the crazy short term rental world. Easiest 5 star rating I can imagine. I am sad to see that someone dinged them with a one-star review because she had to follow up via email after a web form fell through the cracks. OH THE HORROR!!! If something did slip through, I can say that it was probably because MH were working ceaselessly to take care of their commitments with their current customers. read more

So beyond impressed with Magic Helpers. I have trust issues when it comes to cleaning services, and they made me so comfortable. They keep in constant contact with you, and even send photos. It's more than your standard cleaning service, because they go beyond just tidying your home. they will fulfill miscellaneous requests and repairs when needed. The staff is so polite and management is always there for you. Could not say more good things about this business! read more

Words don't describe what a great job they do for my Airbnb. I left a property management company to manage the house on my own. My biggest worry was having somebody local to keep the house running well and make sure it's clean. Not only do I no longer worry, but I feel like Magic Helpers is really a partner, not just a maid service. They do a great job cleaning (reviews from guests consistently say the house is "spotless" and "cleaner than a hotel"), make sure the house is staged well, and they are super easy to work with. They communicate exceptionally well, I always know what condition of the house, and have confidence that it's left in great condition. Natalie even took care of a wasp nest for me one day. No joke, I'd trust this woman with my life. Scrappy entrepreneur, she'll be super successful one day. Your search for a maid is over, just choose these guys, you won't regret it. read more

Magic Helpers has saved my life and my Airbnb. Thank God for them. I can actually go to work without worrying when a guest checks out of my Airbnb and having to clean it. Their amazing customer service and text support is the cherry on top. Really great cleaners and service. read more

Natalie and her crew were awesome!! Prompt, efficient, and friendly! I appreciate the professionalism in this start-up and plan to use them for my own personal home after the great experience we had at the office. read more

I run an Airbnb and was having a horrible experience with the cleaning company I originally used, so I switched to Magic Helpers and it's been GREAT! They communicate with me regularly when coming and going and incorporate all of my feedback for preferences around staging. The best part is, it's actually CLEAN. The biggest issue before was that I could never trust it would be 100% ready for my next guests, and with Magic Helpers, I never have to worry. I highly recommend them for cleaning, and the wonderful staff and communication is a huge bonus. read more

Natalie has helped me grow my Airbnb business because I can always count on her team for reliable, consistent cleanings each and every time that always wow our guests. Her team gets it right every time and takes true pride in their work. Natalie works tirelessly to meet her clients needs, and I'm truly thankful I found her...I often say, I don't know what I'd do without her! read more

We love these maids. We first used them for a move out clean and these ladies were so helpful. When they arrived there was still trash left in the house and they worked extra to carry it all out. Now we use them for a weekly clean for our new house and the price is fantastic but the quality of their work is even better. We tried many maids in austin and these ones are by far the best. read more

I am just starting my AirBnb and was looking for a responsive and reliable cleaning service. Based on other reviews and Natalie's quick response, I decided to try Magic Helpers after I had a friend test drive the place to make sure we had the right setup. I had several questions, but Natalie emailed me with answers and was very patient. I set up a first time cleaning and she emailed me when she was on site and gave me a detailed list of things that needed attention. She also came over and did a walk through and gave me a lot of suggestions on how to make the place more comfortable - that was very helpful. The place was super clean and she made it up like a hotel room. I am syncing up my AirBnB calendar with Magic Helpers so she can schedule turn overs when my guests leave so I don't have to schedule. I'll give a follow up review after I have used them for October, but so far I am very pleased. read more
