Wow, this place is absolutely the worse boba place I've ever been too. It's absolutely gross. The smoothies and drinks are okay. On my visit, I ordered the smoothie and the bahn mi sandwiches. The smoothies were mostly made of syrup, which sucks, but hey it's passable. However, the sandwiches were terrible. My wife and I got food poisoned by the pork belly sandwich. The pork belly felt limp and soggy. It sort of seems like it came from a can. My niece ordered the ham sandwich and it's clearly from a can (imitation spam). She didn't get food poisoned b/c at least spam is full of sodium to preserve it, but she still didn't like it at all. We basically ate only half our sandwich until we realized how bad it was. Now I'm on the john for several times tonight. Don't want to be a hater, but just need to let people know so that they clean up their act and try serving better food - try fresh, more people would come and nobody would blame you for spoiled food. Oh, but the positive is that the fried chicken was okay. Tasted like your standard popcorn chicken you get from any boba place, so at least that is satisfactory. read more

Came to try their mangonadas when I was in the area. Wasn't impressed at all. Whatever syrups they use in the base separated in the cup and just was unappealing to drink. Flavor wise it wasn't bad but i've certainly had better mangonadas. I did like that they used the candy tamarind straw. Also ordered one of their milk teas, not bad but a bit too sweet. read more

I purchase taro milk tea and jasmine milk tea. The jasmine had a decent fragrance to it, strong tea flavor which I like, not too milky so overall very nice. As for the taro it was the same as the jasmine on creaminess and for taro drinks I do like milkiness, kind of watery.. Half fat straws tasting half bistro tasting; my reference to fat straws is not good.. Much too sweet. When I let the ice melt it was alright but simply too watery for my liking. The boba was almost perfect and just a little undercooked. The atmosphere was great! Cute little shop! The taro is why I had to knock off one star. read more

ORANGE BLOSSOM TEA!!!! It's the best! The staff here is great friendly. I am a big fan of the kimchi fries with fried egg. We hang out here regularly. Last week I was stuck at work and my husband picked up my orange blossom tea. It wasn't it's usal superb deliciousness so I gave them a call. My roommate and I frequent this location 2-3 times a week. We always have to ask for light ice because the baristas like to cut corners and overload the drinks with ice. When we visited over the weekend, we asked for no ice because we would be taking the drinks somewhere. We were told that there would be an extra charge to fill the drinks up. Excuse me? I'm paying for a drink, not a cup of ice. The manager said "the owner makes the rules, not us. But we will fill it this one time" as if they were doing us a favor by giving us the product we paid for in the first place. Poor customer service that is rooted all the way back to the owners. If the owners think that poor behavior and taking advantage of customers is acceptable, you surely can't expect the employees to take you seriously. Go to Sharetea instead. They're much friendlier, fresher, and cheaper. read more

I've only been here once so far, but you better believe that I will be back. We lived in Asia for a while and got spoiled on delicious milk tea. The foods is overkill mean (they overcook their foods). The sweet basil Calamari to robbery the voodoo spicy chicken nuggets is over better can't even taste the meat. I ordered the cha-mango and fruit tea madness. At first I was a bit hesitant on getting the mango since I wouldn't know how the spicy and mango go together especially with in a drink, although it melts pretty fast out does have a nice tangy sight chili flavor that grows on you and the straw is pretty tasty haha. The fruit tea madness is a lychee, mango, and strawberry tea with jelly and bits and i think it has a green tea base was pretty disappointing because the fruit didn't have a lot of flavor and the drink isn't watered down but it also doesn't have much of a flavor punch either. The price is pretty high but like a lot of other boba places, but the employees are nice and don't rush you so a star for that. read more

I have been here multiple times and the customer service has been great every single time. The staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite thing to get is the cha-mango. It's nice and refreshing with fresh pieces of mango on top. They add chamoy in it which gives it a nice kick. I have had the green tea milk tea and some of the bobs drinks and they were just ok. The flavors just wasn't all there for me. The magic puffs are good when they are fresh and hot with sprinkle of powdered sugar. This place wouldn't be my first choice to go get Boba. But the cha-mango is what will keep me coming bsck and the good service. They even deliver your food out to your table and they have a nice little water station. read more

My Chamango was so perfectly sweet with chunks of mango and a straw wrapped in tamarindo; I'm Hispanic, so it's an automatic winner for me. I came here over the weekend with a friend. I ordered the Tropical Paradise and she ordered the Chamango. Both are sooo good. The Chamango is a mango ice blend with tamarind mixed in and a tamarind straw. The Tropical Paradise is a green tea based drink with little, teeny pieces of fruit that you drink through the straw. I highly recommend it to anyone thats close by. I live an hour away but I've seriously considered making the trek just for Magic Cup. I hope they open more locations soon! read more

After eating dinner with friends, we were all looking for a drink place. We all decided to go to a boba place and we happen to stumble upon Magic Cup. The interior is very modern and clean. There are many tables and chairs which is different compared to the other boba places where the seating/interior is very limited. Many people come to drink, relax, and play games. The food options here are also a very nice touch that also makes this place unique and a good place to hang out. I got the tropical paradise and it is very refreshing and include a variety of fruits that came with no additional cost. I used my credit card to pay and headed back home with my drink right after (I'm about 1.5 hours away from home at this point). Several hours later I logged on to my account to see that my credit card had been used and maxed out at the mall in Frisco.
