Like most of the other reviews, I'm gonna say STAY AWAY!!! They are scammed and liars! Mohammad, the dealer I worked with added an extra $2000 to the price we agreed on, without my knowledge. I didn't notice it until I got home and already signed papers. They also told me that I wouldn't get my plates until after I made my first payment, which makes no sense at all! It's THEIR job, after you pay taxes and fees, to get you your registration and plates before the temps expire. After countless calls and texts, I finally got my plates, the day before my temps expired. When I went to get my plates there was a poor girl, first time buyer, having the same issue with her plates, but her temps were already expired for 5 days at this point. I told her to contact the Better Business Bureau, the Motor Vehicle Investigations Unit and her lawyer. They are HORRIBLE at this place! Buyer beware. Please don't do any business with this dealership. Everyone there is a complete scammer and will double talk everything you say. I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon from them and aside from a few minor issues with the vehicle I'm happy and the only reason is because I did my homework and actually spoke to the original dealer the truck was purchased from new and obtained all service records from them. That's the only reason I purchased the truck. The fees this place try's to push on you is ridiculous. The paperwork you sign completely makes the dealership NOT responsible for anything at all. They even make you sign a document saying if miles turn out to untrue they are not responsible and you have to go after CARFAX. CARFAX stated that on 1/15/25 car was completed inspected and oil changed. BULLSHIT. Days after I purchased it I changed the oil and this is what came out of it. 4 month old oil with less than a 1000 miles on it does not look like this. Even though I mentioned that I'd be looking to purchase a second car in a couple of months, I ended up wih outright deception and dishonesty. Apparently, they're not looking for repeat customes.. The salesperson (Joel) explained that the car had been thoroughly gone over and any repairs that needed to be made had been taken care of. Not true. On our test drive, it was raining, so the front and rear wipers were on. The rear wiper made a horrible scraping noise, which he explained was caused by the dealer plates that were hanging from it. After my purchase, I needed to use the rear wiper, which made the same noise. Upon inspection, it turned out there was no wiper blade on it, just the bare arm! The right low beam headlight is out, which means it won't pass inspection. The radio/ slash media does not work (it says Component Protection Active). In order to remove this,it has to be brought to the manufacturer's dealership at a projected cost of $600-1200. Finally, I gave an initial deposit. After the Deposit went through, I was given an invoice for the total, which stated deposits were non-refundable. it would have been nice to know this upfront. Finally, they do not "give" you any warranty. You actually pay for a warranty through a third party. There are o many reputable dealers out there that I see know reason to ever go here. I really hope nobody bought a lemon here after seeing my last positive rating. The vehicle previously bought had a lot of issues that were not covered by the warranty; starter, exhaust, suspension, convertible top motor. I was interested in another used vehicle and was hoping to have better luck. This time I wanted to make sure to check out the service records and inspect some things I missed last time. I made an appointment to check out the car. There were 160k miles on the car with no service records. The woman who showed me the car confirmed they did not check the alignment nor would it be covered on the warranty. She was also more interested in telling me their fees and wanting to discuss financing than allowing me to test drive the car or making me feel at ease about the purchase. At Magic Auto Sales in Little Ferry they have nice cars. I bought a nice Volvo XC60 this past week and I think I got screwed. They made me pay for a vehicle warranty contract for 24,000 miles or 2 years for $2750. They insisted is from Capital One that would cover engine and transmission problems. They don't let you see de details of the warranty until you signed. After I signed I saw that the warranty is Level 2. Guess what, doesn't cover engine or transmission. Level 2 covers air conditioning, brakes, electrical, steering and suspension. When I told them not to include the warranty, the salesperson told me that the price was going to go up because the Capital One required the warranty and without the insurance the interests were going to be higher and more fees. I insisted that I didn't what the gap insurance and the salesperson told me more than once that he was going to pay for it. Guess what, they included on the price. On a piece of paper they gave me the price for the car for 19,900 and on the contract they listed the car for 21,673 (not $19,900). I got screwed with the price, the warranty and the gap insurance that I didn't want. They don't let you see the real break down until you signed. Very friendly and accommodating when trying to sell a car. Took them a month to get our registration done, after we left numerous messages asking for an update. Made us drive back down to jersey to pick it up, even though they had it done 2 blocks from our house. Spoke very condescending towards my wife when she asked for an update as well. Would not recommend at all. Just glad we are done with them. They also never gave us the $ gas card they promised and brought up while trying to make the sale. read more

When I went to look at a car, the guy told me that everything was in great condition with new tires, detailing, the whole 9 yards. 3 days after I drove it home I went to my mechanic for a PA inspection and was told I needed new tires, brakes and rotors because the ones on the car were shot. Called back and got told this was on me and I'm the one who should've brought my mechanic to inspect the car. Said the price to fix it was way too high and gave me an attitude when I asked to fix it and hung up the phone. If I could give a zero I would. Traveled from central jersey almost an hour to see a car posted on several websites. 2017 Hyundai Elentra for $9250. After inspecting and test driving the car found minor damage which they were willing to repair. During test drive, salesman Joel questioned me on how I would be paying for auto. I stated clearly I would pay deposit in cash and finance the balance. All went well until time to talk financing. I was ready to put $5000 down and finance the rest. First, they said payments would $500 a month for 48 months. It sounded very High so I asked for the breakdown on the numbers. He add $2200 to the price for warranty, never discussed with me. Then he told me the price for the auto was $10,700 because I was financing it. I called and verified the price with him before I made the trip. I test drove the auto with him where he questioned how I planned to pay and at NO TIME was I told the price would change for financing. They weren't honest and transparent. *******buyer beware!!!!!!!***** i brought a 2018 jeep grand cherokee laredo 3 months ago. when i left i had the stabilizer light on . i called to tell them that. i was told to just drive it around for awhile it will turn off. after a week of that i brought it back for service they sent me to a shady shop lukoil 270 us hwy 46 little ferry , nj and they said it was the abs code. i also had the secure one protection which covers nothing....bought it to my mechanic and he found more than just the abs. both axles were broken the oil filter housing was cracked the breaks ,rotors are shot and the suspension. after fighting with the dealer for 3 weeks they fixed the axles and the oil filter housing. still having issues with the abs. called over 15 times to get ahold of someone and never called back. had to bring it to the jeep dealer for them to tell me the abs module was shot and had to be replaced. that was 1,500.00. then after that the abs sensors weren't reading. so they had to replace them which was another 1,500.00 and still havent fixed the rest of the issues. this truck has spend more time in the shop then being uses.. read more

After my boyfriend complained with a bad review on the websites, they contacted him. Yesterday 07/14/2024 his temporary license plate expired and today he could not go to work in his car since his license plate has expired, he had to order Uber. And today they sent him the plate by mail. Do not buy your vehicle here. Check all the bad reviews and in many you will find that they do not send the title on time until it expires. This dealership is dishonest and runs a bait and switch operation. In short I purchased a used vehicle. The salesman went above and beyond to assure me that although used their in house mechanic does a comprehensive multipoint inspection before the vehicles enter their lot to be sold. The vehicle was purchased and a week later and 2 days into driving it the check engine light was repeatedly flashing and motor was giving off a deep knocking sound. When brought to my local mechanic his exact words were take this car back to the dealership. I called and was directed to take the vehicle to one of the dealerships local mechanics to inspect. The mechanic was a sham also. Lukoil in little ferry Rt 46 who was in on it as well. Their head mechanic listened to motor and told me that the car was fine. I demanded he at minimum hook it to diagnostic to check history of error codes. Turns out 3 cylinders were misfiring one cylinder alone 440 times. This car had a patterned history of motor problems. Magic auto sales took me in a back room at first and agreed to cover labor cost with the repair. When parts were ordered by myself for the job their communication began to become spotty. When I finally spoke to Emin(Edward)a sales manager he informed me that the company retracted their offer once of the reasons being I wouldn't sign essentially an NDA contract relinquishing them of any responsibility. Agreement with a purchase contract in hand the dealership sold the car to someone else. No one I repeat no one accepted responsibility. 300 dollar deposit from the non refundable contract was returned. Try calling and you get a young lady saying she has no means to talk to dealership. Went there that evening, I arrived at a large well lit lot with a salesman (Marco) ready to help and show me around. He was in fact very helpful, insightful and honest. His customer service was professional and accommodating making me feel comfortable with spending my money there. Eddie was also helpful and professional. I went to them on 7/23/2024 with my son. I trade my old vehicle in for down payment and the one guy put $500 in to make the payment as $3,000. in the paperwork work said $500 dollars was given. They never put as I gave the $500 and there was no receipt. Then on 7/30/2024 Samuel told me that the loan was on hold due to the bank couldn't verify the loan. i went to the dealership on 7/31/2024 I went to see them and Samuel told me it was on hold. I turn and gave them an attitude and got my stuff out of the other vehicle and told them that I am going to get a laywer. I sent text message to Samuel and told him that I will contact the better business bureau and put complaint against them. Then I found out on 8/1/2024 that the bank denied the loan because they couldn't in contact my sons employet. The bank told me that the loan was denied and it was never on hold. Since 7/30/2024 the loan was denied and the dealership lied to me to prolong the process. So my son and I went yesterday to the dealership and wanted to work things out and it never happened. They didnt want to give my old car back nor the cash that it was worth. Also, if it was cash they could have given it back. I also told them that I will get the news involved.
