Text conversation between me and Mohammed, the car dealer, about my plates.
    Lois S.

Like most of the other reviews, I'm gonna say STAY AWAY!!! They are scammed and liars! Mohammad, the dealer I worked with added an extra $2000 to the price we agreed on, without my knowledge. I didn't notice it until I got home and already signed papers. They also told me that I wouldn't get my plates until after I made my first payment, which makes no sense at all! It's THEIR job, after you pay taxes and fees, to get you your registration and plates before the temps expire. After countless calls and texts, I finally got my plates, the day before my temps expired. When I went to get my plates there was a poor girl, first time buyer, having the same issue with her plates, but her temps were already expired for 5 days at this point. I told her to contact the Better Business Bureau, the Motor Vehicle Investigations Unit and her lawyer. They are HORRIBLE at this place! They take advantage of hard working people, they should be ashamed! Below is the text conversion I had with Mohammad. My texts are the blue boxes.

Only 22 % oil life left after it was supposedly changed 1/15/25.

Buyer beware. Please don't do any business with this dealership. Everyone there is a complete scammer and will double talk everything you say. I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon from them and aside from a few minor issues with the vehicle I'm happy and the only reason is because I did my homework and actually spoke to the original dealer the truck was purchased from new and obtained all service records from them. That's the only reason I purchased the truck. The fees this place try's to push on you is ridiculous. The paperwork you sign completely makes the dealership NOT responsible for anything at all. They even make you sign a document saying if miles turn out to untrue they are not responsible and you have to go after CARFAX. CARFAX stated that on 1/15/25 car was completed inspected and oil changed. BULLSHIT. Days after I purchased it I changed the oil and this is what came out of it. 4 month old oil with less than a 1000 miles on it does not look like this. Bottom line is they are a horrible company to deal with. Do your homework and go in with your guard up or how bout just don't go.

I really hope nobody bought a lemon here after seeing my last positive rating. The vehicle previously bought had a lot of issues that were not covered by the warranty; starter, exhaust, suspension, convertible top motor. I was interested in another used vehicle and was hoping to have better luck. This time I wanted to make sure to check out the service records and inspect some things I missed last time. I made an appointment to check out the car. There were 160k miles on the car with no service records. The woman who showed me the car confirmed they did not check the alignment nor would it be covered on the warranty. She was also more interested in telling me their fees and wanting to discuss financing than allowing me to test drive the car or making me feel at ease about the purchase. She also texted me about the car while I was there and after I left, not realizing that I was there already and she has wasted my time.

Gap insurance I didn't want was included on the price

Their manager (forgot his name) saw I was eager to make a deal, accepted the trade in. I took a $2k hit but was expecting $3-4k so I was happy. Their finance guy Tony was very helpful and responsive, got a PWI bumper to bumper 4 year, 60k mile warranty. Saw the Run Flat Michelin's were highly worn (barely had 5k remaining), Antonio offered to keep the price and send me to a tire installation shop they deal with which was about 45 min. Away and have nearly new replacement tires installed OR keep the tires and drop the price by $1k. I took up on the offer and got nearly new run flats ( about 80% tread remaining, see pic ) installed the same day I took the X5. About 1 week after I bought it, I noticed a leak coming from the rear differential. Called up Tony and he arranged my car to be serviced at a repair shop in Hackensack NJ (Tony's repair shop) and I had my X5 Towed (covered under my car insurance policy) to and from the repair shop and R Catena covered the repair costs. Walked away satisfied and highly recommend this dealership ! Will definitely go back after my 4 year extended warranty is over and my X5 is paid off

I researched this car on line for weeks looking for the right deal and finally I was able to find this car at the right price. Bottom line they sold the car out from under me and this ridiculous "Car salesman" approach is wrong and unfair. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone!

After initially walking away from the dealership, Sales Manager Tyler contacted me and discussed specific terms over the phone. However, when I returned to the dealership, the offer had changed. This was frustrating and made the purchasing process much more stressful than expected. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, my family experienced a serious issue when the Jeep failed to accelerate properly and became stuck in first gear at approximately 530 miles, with the check engine light coming on. This created a significant safety concern while driving and resulted in an unexpected service visit for a brand-new vehicle. I also want to note that after the purchase, my wife attempted to contact our salesperson, Zuly, regarding concerns about the vehicle. Unfortunately, our calls were not returned, leaving us feeling unsupported during an already difficult situation. I do appreciate the efforts of the service department staff. This is the second Jeep our family has owned, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I am simply sharing what happened to my family. I believe businesses should value and support loyal customers, especially when serious concerns arise shortly after the purchase of a new vehicle. I hope that our experience encourages improvements in communication, customer service, and follow-up care for future customers.

The second time, I went in person and was told I would receive a call first thing the next morning--yet I didn't hear back until the following day. The entire process was unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. I will be taking my business to another Jeep dealership.

I called around to several dealerships for a couple of weeks near me and no one could really help me because my insurance claim / credit issue were still in process of being resolved, but I really needed a car. So I decided to branch out and call dealerships in NJ and it was the same issue. No one was willing to help unless I had a huge deposit to put towards a deal. Finally, I called Milan Motors and explained my situation to Sarah and she believed that her and the owners may be able to help me. So I drove 2 hours to get there and was pleasantly surprised on how many great vehicles they had, that were perfect replacement options for me. I could not be any happier with how quickly Sarah and the owners were able to help me resolve my unique insurance / credit issue. Because they helped me purchase a beautiful 2012 BMW X6, that is now my favorite car I have ever owned, and I get compliments on it all of the time. I was so impressed with how Sarah and the owners were able to support me and the work they put into making a deal, that I returned two weeks later and traded in my wife's car and bought her a 2013 Audi R5. They gave her a very fair trade-in on a 2006 Mercedes R Class even though it had very high miles. My wife and I are really happy with her car as well. So if you are an honest buyer looking for a great used car and maybe need a little help with supportive financing options, I would highly recommend you call or visit Milan Motors. And make sure you get there quickly when you see a vehicle you like on their website, because they move fast. I happily refer many people to Milan Motors because of my experience and I will definitely visit with them again if I ever need another car. Thanks Sarah and the Owners. You guys are awesome...

Be on notice, I will be filing suit for (3) times ascertainable loss in accordance with New Jersey UDAP law. If you have been the victim of Unfair Deceptive Acts & Practices by this dealer then please contact me at here on Facebook or at ThomasKukla yahoo com In addition, I will provide evidence of fraud by Mr Petrullo in charges made by the Bureau Of Fraud Deterrence, Department of Banking and Insurance of the State of New Jersey. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Anthony Petrullo which was sold to me on the premise that it was like new, fully inspected, one owner no issues. Well, less then 700 miles out of the gate and a check engine light came on. I will not go into detail of the problems with this Jeep because other problems are likely hidden and my pending suit will disclose all found. Do your homework folks, start with all the deceptive reviews. The Royalty Auto positive reviews are fake. Start with the review by Marissa Petrullo (daughter of Anthony) or Anthony Perona, fictitious, and you will get the picture. Reviews that have no comment or 1 review, 100% fake. If the reviewer has more then one review then look at who they reviewed and you will see the cross review scam. I will also site google being complicit in allowing these fake reviews by non-customers. When I asked Anthony the history of the vehicle I was told it was clean but Anthony said he was having trouble getting a CarFax printed while waiting for my loan approval, but assured me again, it was clean, (I went in fair and trusted him, big mistake) (1) owner when in fact it was in (3) accidents and (2) previous owners. I did not find out the true history until after I had completed my loan and the check was given to Mr Petrullo, and only on 7/12/19 did Mr Petrullo finally produce a Carfax report for me, but still stated it was (1) owner and only a small bumper accident, both statements untrue. One thing that I will give Mr Petrullo credit for is replacing the cracked windshield which was hidden by a large advertising sticker prior to and during the sale. This is a vehicle which I was charged $15,221.00 for but only has a resale value of $8000.00 due to the Carfax accident history which was not disclosed. I am sure Mr Petrullo will rebut claiming he gave me an adjustment on the cost when in fact he sold me a vehicle for $14,005 ($15,221 tax & tags) which has a book value of less then $8000 due to the Carfax history which was not disclosed during sale. The $2000 adjustment was in fact the balance on my trade in of $5500 which Mr Petrullo then sold the same day for another $2500 profit in addition to the $6000 profit on the Jeep. As of 7/24/19 I have not received my tags, registration or the one year warranty (which I found out is a worthless Cars Protection Plus warranty) which was promised upon sale, nor have I been contacted as to the whereabouts of the aforementioned. The statements made above are 100% truthful and accurate. In no way shall these facts be misconstrued as slander. Bottom line folks, do not trust this dealer.
