I lease a vehicle from this dealership less than three weeks ago and when an issue with the electronic components in the vehicle started to occur several days into a road trip, I called the dealer as soon as I get back in town and attempted to make an appointment. When I went down to the dealership, I spoke with the sales manager who directed me to a woman who took an appointment for me and never once mentioned to me that if I brought my lease vehicle into them, I was going to have to pay an excess of $200 for an issue with the vehicle that was leased from the dealership Originally, when I called the dealership, I spent 20 minutes being bounced around from person to person put on hold four times and a woman that I'm not even sure if she knew her name but told me she would get me in touch with someone that could assist me with a problem. Is it astounding how you have to jump to hoops with this dealership who claims that the new ownership wants it to be a better place for people to take their car. I guess the BS that new ownership is gonna bring better results is just that BS it's an hour and a half and I've never received a call back from Tim. Whoever he is the manager or whatever or anyone else in Chrysler. I guess I'm gonna have to go down there and raise hell. Well to update this review, I have to say the new ownership has responded in a favorable way when I arrived at the showroom. Tim explained that there would be a $225.00 fee for no warranty vehicles but not to "new" leases like mine and he assured me that he wanted my issues to be corrected. Sometimes there are hiccups with new vehicles. I'll have to reserve my full evaluation until I see how things go tomorrow. Today when I arrived at the dealership, everything went relatively smooth. Any issues that I pointed out were common changes that were made to the electronic system in this year's model vehicle. Now I have a new problem that I I was drying my dodge 1500 truck down and I noticed that in the front of the bumper guard it appears that the paint is having clearcoat issues that are looking like cracking or failures in the paint. I'll have to respond back to the dealership and show it to the dealership manager and get his reaction to the issue because it certainly isn't my issue. read more

I'm genuinely not sure how this dealership has five-star reviews. I waited nearly three weeks just to receive a call back with pricing. The first time I inquired, I never heard back. The second time, I went in person and was told I would receive a call first thing the next morning--yet I didn't hear back until the following day. When I finally did receive pricing, the number was completely unreasonable--roughly the same price as my current luxury vehicle and about $20,000 more than the vehicle I originally inquired about. I purchased a new 2026 Jeep Cherokee from Teterboro Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After initially walking away from the dealership, Sales Manager Tyler contacted me and discussed specific terms over the phone. However, when I returned to the dealership, the offer had changed. This was frustrating and made the purchasing process much more stressful than expected. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, my family experienced a serious issue when the Jeep failed to accelerate properly and became stuck in first gear at approximately 530 miles, with the check engine light coming on. This created a significant safety concern while driving and resulted in an unexpected service visit for a brand-new vehicle. I also want to note that after the purchase, my wife attempted to contact our salesperson, Zuly, regarding concerns about the vehicle. Unfortunately, our calls were not returned, leaving us feeling unsupported during an already difficult situation. I do appreciate the efforts of the service department staff. This is the second Jeep our family has owned, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I am simply sharing what happened to my family. I believe businesses should value and support loyal customers, especially when serious concerns arise shortly after the purchase of a new vehicle. Brought my car in Teterboro Harold told me it was the front end it will cost me $1,700 . By the time they were done it cost me almost 3,000 . I left the place. I got home I had to call Harold because the light was still on in my car for the front end. Didn't get in touch with him for 3 days. He told me to bring the car back I did Harold got into an argument with his manager because they tried blaming it on me saying that it's the balancing or I hit a pothole so he said no that it was from the work being done and they wanted to charge me and Harold told them no . One of the other customers told me that there was a screaming match going on about my car . Harold and some guy guess it was the manager . It's not even a year later and getting my brakes done and the guy tells me that there's grease all over my front end . I called Harold he's no longer there and Andrew told me to bring it in it's under warranty that's great I don't have to pay for it . But they broke my window button . Blame it on me said it was loose and would cost me $300 to fix it no labor charge. My window button was not loose and now I can't put up or down my windows at all . Why do they have to touch my window for a front end? My front end is still shaking . I really don't want to go back to this place cuz I don't want them to break anything else & blame the old car. Think hard about if you got to get anything fixed here . I know my car is old but I know that my buttons weren't loose.Bring either more cash with you or credit card that has nothing on it . Avoid at all costs! I almost made a deal thanks to Rauny, the sales associate, who was great. However, the manager ruined the entire experience. I believe this is the "manager" everyone complains about in other reviews. The car was advertised at one price, but then they hit me with multiple dealer BS warranties and fees, which they wouldn't budge on. Super shady sales tactics. Zeid, supposedly a platinum seller, was more interested in closing new car deals than working with me on the used car I wanted. He even insulted my pregnant wife, questioning why she wasn't there with me when she was nauseous in the back. He compared her to his wife, who is seven months pregnant and working there without issue. How do you expect to close deals treating customers this way? Zeid mentioned that I shouldn't complain about the fees since I was signing $10k over to the bank in interest. Additionally, they tried to have me sign a paper for the title without showing me the bill of sale, which they kept refusing to provide. Zeid refused to waive the fees, claiming he had put a lot of work into the car, but I saw a spineless manager who doesn't care about his dealership's struggles in this tough car market. After months of researching, test driving similar, yet undesired, Jeeps at dealerships closer to our apartment in Queens, with dealers who were absolutely horrible to work with, we decided to try our hand at venturing to Teterboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. When we walked in, John offered to help. He was kind, patient, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the exact Jeep we wanted. Thankfully, they had it in stock! After test driving and deciding to purchase the car, John patiently walked us through the process, ensuring all of our questions were answered and left us feeling comfortable with our decision to purchase. CROOKS!!!! Awful experience here! Save your time, money & aggravation! I put a deposit on a vehicle, which is refundable, however I'm having trouble getting the actual refund. My calls are now being dodged, after I wrote an email that I would no longer be getting the vehicle and asked for a refund. My salesman then called me. After I hung up the phone with my salesman, who begged me to gain my business, they ran my credit, without my permission for the FOURTH time. They are intentionally trying to screw me over now since I will not be getting the vehicle. I now have to dispute these charges with the bank as well as on my credit report. I did get in touch with the sales manager and he told me the salesman said to run whatever bank they could to get the lowest deal! He told him he was trying to close a deal for someone who is unsure. I would never ever say this. I was very clear all I wanted was the refund and I even told him I was staying with Ford. This salesman took complete advantage and tried to gain my business in the wrong way! I would absolutely never recommend this dealer to anyone. It was a terrible experience! 3 days later..... still no returned calls, no returned emails. Guess I'll just have to dispute my credit card transaction. My recent visit was due to a factory recall. I had to wait for the appointment due to the part having to be ordered. Frankly, I had forgotten about it. Thankfully, they followed up with me, scheduled an appointment which I later had to change -- which was no problem at all. They were glad to do it. A shout out to Andy who handled my case that day. In addition to the Factory Recall, I had a sensor on one of my tires that was causing the dash indicator light to be on. As this location recently put four new tires and spark plugs, they were glad to get that sensor working for me too. Andy was happy to call me about an hour before the car would be finished so that I could arrange a convenient pick up. I was able to get there after the closing of the Service Department and before the closing of the Showroom. The gals at reception were more than happy to help me work my way to the cashier and since this was a Factory Recall, the amount due was $0.00. If I could give a rating lower than 0 I would. Called way back in December to get my jeep renegade fixed due to 2 recalls on my truck. They set up an appointment for me December 6th I believe. Took a day off from work to go, when I went they told me I didn't have an appointment and if I ordered the parts! After a few moments they came back and told me they have the parts but missing the "nuts and bolts" and it's on back order. It is now June 6th, that is 6 months. I called Jeep corporate customer service and after sitting on the phone waiting for a representative, they connected me with someone from India that I could not even understand. I call Jeep of teterboro and they just keep redirecting me. The last time I called they told me that they would contact me once the parts come in. I still I have not received a phone call to this day! Last time I checked I thought Jeep was made in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. One week after leasing a new Dodge Durango from Glen we received a bill from Chrysler Capital stating we owed almost $1,000.00 for excessive wear and tear due to the tire and tail light. Although we were promised by the car salesman, Glen, they would wave the wear and tear we now have to pay the $1,000.00. The whole experience is a perfect example of deception and fraud. Well, after twenty years I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new car. My first choice wouldn't have been a jeep, but my father has one so he talked me into it. So we both went out to this dealer who my father and his partner have been dealing with for almost 30 years. We saw the salesman, his name was Glen. Then we sat down at his covid protected desk. Plexiglass shield, and all we started the process of purchasing my new car. Side note we had called earlier in the day to go over numbers, so about 60% of the paperwork was done. Now it came down to negotiating the terms of the contract. 5 or 6 years and the APR. I wanted to go with 5 years which brought the payments up a little bit, but in the long run, it was worth it. Now time to see the finance guy Dave. Everything that I had to sign was all printed out and ready to go. Its been a long time since I purchased a car so I wasn't aware that now you sign half of everything with a real pen and the other half with an electronic pen. Within 10 mins I was done with all the signing, now was the wait for the car to be prepped. Cleaned, a final lookover etc. They needed a little more time so we went home and came back an hour later. Pops dropped me off as he was going to dinner close by. Walked in and just had to pickup the keys and i was off to get my ride. Walked out to pick her up they were just putting the finishing touches on the tires. Took a look for the first time and was absolutely happy about my choice. Black on Black 80th Edtion fully loaded what more could i want? Got in the Salesman synced my phone to the bluetooth for me, showed me some of the many features the car has to offer. Of course i dont remember half of them, ill just learn as I go. When you buy a car it can be tedious and a long day, but they made it an easy process. I was very impressed how conscience they were also of social distancing while walking around the showroom. I'd had a previous bad experience at this location involving a brake job on my 2008 Caravan, but that was several years ago, and this time all I need was a part... or so I thought. I bought my current 2016 Caravan used so I didn't get all the fine details on several of the options. The option in question was the ROOF RACK. It appeared that it only came with the side rails, so I went to the dealership because I wanted to make sure I got the correct OEM cross bars. For a good 15-20 minutes the parts department guy noodled around on his computer and the parts book "looking for a better picture" of the part he said I needed. It turns out the entire time he's NOT EVEN LOOKING for an OEM part. He is looking at a THULE cross bar kit he wants to sell me. 1)The Thule kit sets a stupid distance above the roof of the vehicle and 2)Even if I wanted Thule cross bars, I sure as hell wouldn't buy them at dealership mark-up price. That's not even the heart of the issue. After more time spent online and eventually downloading the PDF of the FULL Owner's Manual, I discover a nifty little feature of the Caravan optional roof rack system- one that isn't mentioned in the printed Owner's Guide that comes with the van. The reason parts boy wasn't looking for an OEM cross bars, was because IT ISN'T NECESSARY to purchase them!!!! The cross bars on the newer Caravan roof racks are 'stowed' along the side rails. It's all one tidy, integrated system. Instead of simply telling me that the cross bars were already in place, this jerk is trying to con me into buying an expensive third party kit that likely would not even work without modifying the factory installed rails!!!! At one point I even showed him the correct cross bar on a site that sells OEM replacement parts and he told me that wasn't what I needed. ...well I guess it's true I didn't 'need' it- BECAUSE THEY WERE ALREADY THERE ON MY VAN!!!! Took my car this past thursday for warranty break work. Never heard back from my service adviser . Called him 5 times Friday AM , no return call. He was told that I need my car back by Friday PM. Had to rent a car at my cost. Since did not hear back from him, finally drove there 2 PM on Friday to find out why no one has called me back. Dirty, unorganized, and not quite what I am used to when walking into a dealership. Was seated by a sales rep named Chris who advised that we could not test drive their cars due to the pandemic.
