They responded by DOXXING me AND revealed my full name in their response which is not listed on this page. DOXXING IS ILLEGAL AND A FORM OF INTIMIDATION. Furthermore, I went on every site that they have been reviewed on. I discovered that almost every negative review was either not responded to or met with apologies. However, mine, a black female, was responded to by violating my privacy and revealing my customer information. When I looked on YouTube, a couple had posted an incident where cops were called on. them for complaining. They were minorities also. I took down my initial review but not before screenshot-ing their response. Their dealership literally has a 2 star rating on here out of 111 reviews. Everyone can't be lying. CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS RETALIATION TECHNIQUE! I didn't even share my experience in the sales showroom in the original review. I will now however! During my 3 hour wait, I went into the showroom to see if I could find another car since my lease would be ending soon. I stopped at every car, and not one of the 5-6 sales people huddled at a desk cracking jokes with each other acknowledged me. It wasn't until I opened the door of the last of 3 or 4 vehicles, that a rep came up to me to ask if I needed help. At this point, I was already turned off, and politely declined. I'm glad I did once read through their recent sales reviews. As a correction to my response I was charged $412 instead of the original $420+ to replace my battery. $412 is still an excessive amount to pay for this service. Read pictures for additional info. Also, THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE MOPAR COUPONS CONNECTED TO THEIR DEALERSHIP ON THE JEEP APP!!

    This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had buying a new car! After months of researching, test driving similar, yet undesired, Jeeps at dealerships closer to our apartment in Queens, with dealers who were absolutely horrible to work with, we decided to try our hand at venturing to Teterboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. When we walked in, John offered to help. He was kind, patient, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the exact Jeep we wanted. Thankfully, they had it in stock! After test driving and deciding to purchase the car, John patiently walked us through the process, ensuring all of our questions were answered and left us feeling comfortable with our decision to purchase. After completing the paperwork and ensuring everything aligned, he introduced us to Jamie, the Finance Manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, heard, and most of all, comfortable with moving forward in the process. Even though this dealership is an hour away, I feel we will be venturing there quite often over the coming years, solely for their excellent service and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Salesman Antonio was a no pressure guy, Easy to deal with…read more After about 1 month of buying a 2011 BMW 335ix from this dealership (June 2018), I traded it in for 2013 BMW X5 premium edition. Their manager (forgot his name) saw I was eager to make a deal, accepted the trade in. I took a $2k hit but was expecting $3-4k so I was happy. Their finance guy Tony was very helpful and responsive, got a PWI bumper to bumper 4 year, 60k mile warranty. Saw the Run Flat Michelin's were highly worn (barely had 5k remaining), Antonio offered to keep the price and send me to a tire installation shop they deal with which was about 45 min. Away and have nearly new replacement tires installed OR keep the tires and drop the price by $1k. I took up on the offer and got nearly new run flats ( about 80% tread remaining, see pic ) installed the same day I took the X5. About 1 week after I bought it, I noticed a leak coming from the rear differential. Called up Tony and he arranged my car to be serviced at a repair shop in Hackensack NJ (Tony's repair shop) and I had my X5 Towed (covered under my car insurance policy) to and from the repair shop and R Catena covered the repair costs. Walked away satisfied and highly recommend this dealership ! Will definitely go back after my 4 year extended warranty is over and my X5 is paid off

I read the terrible reviews around them gouging you with their finance fees prior to calling which I didn't take too seriously as I was paying cash. I call them a week ago to see a vehicle virtually, as I'm out of state. They ask how I'm paying and I tell them cash. They tell me they'll have someone call me that day. No call.. A couple days go by and I get an automated message around "earning" my business. I reply saying they could show me the vehicle..... they call me and tell me they'll have someone call me that day. no call... Days go by and I call to try one last time. I speak with the manager who assured me I'd be reached out to that day. No call... I call them one last time and they can finally "squeeze me in" to see the car, stating nobody had bought it yet. They finally show me the vehicle, and I tell them I'd like to purchase and put a deposit down. They AGAIN ask how I'm paying and I say cash. They tell me I'll get a call back shortly to solidify the sale. Hours go by and I get a message saying they sold the vehicle... This entire experience was outrageous. I speculate some of the other reviews I read are true, and this dealership capitalizes on fee gouging those who finance.

Be on notice, I will be filing suit for (3) times ascertainable loss in accordance with New Jersey UDAP law. The vehicle which Mr Petrullo sold me has various hidden damage which he was aware of but did not disclose and in doing such has violated UDAP law protecting consumers from fraud. If you have been the victim of Unfair Deceptive Acts & Practices by this dealer then please contact me at here on Facebook or at ThomasKukla yahoo com In addition, I will provide evidence of fraud by Mr Petrullo in charges made by the Bureau Of Fraud Deterrence, Department of Banking and Insurance of the State of New Jersey. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Anthony Petrullo which was sold to me on the premise that it was like new, fully inspected, one owner no issues. Well, less then 700 miles out of the gate and a check engine light came on. I will not go into detail of the problems with this Jeep because other problems are likely hidden and my pending suit will disclose all found. Do your homework folks, start with all the deceptive reviews. The Royalty Auto positive reviews are fake. Start with the review by Marissa Petrullo (daughter of Anthony) or Anthony Perona, fictitious, and you will get the picture. Reviews that have no comment or 1 review, 100% fake. If the reviewer has more then one review then look at who they reviewed and you will see the cross review scam. I will also site google being complicit in allowing these fake reviews by non-customers. When I asked Anthony the history of the vehicle I was told it was clean but Anthony said he was having trouble getting a CarFax printed while waiting for my loan approval, but assured me again, it was clean, (I went in fair and trusted him, big mistake) (1) owner when in fact it was in (3) accidents and (2) previous owners. I did not find out the true history until after I had completed my loan and the check was given to Mr Petrullo, and only on 7/12/19 did Mr Petrullo finally produce a Carfax report for me, but still stated it was (1) owner and only a small bumper accident, both statements untrue. One thing that I will give Mr Petrullo credit for is replacing the cracked windshield which was hidden by a large advertising sticker prior to and during the sale. This is a vehicle which I was charged $15,221.00 for but only has a resale value of $8000.00 due to the Carfax accident history which was not disclosed. I am sure Mr Petrullo will rebut claiming he gave me an adjustment on the cost when in fact he sold me a vehicle for $14,005 ($15,221 tax & tags) which has a book value of less then $8000 due to the Carfax history which was not disclosed during sale. The $2000 adjustment was in fact the balance on my trade in of $5500 which Mr Petrullo then sold the same day for another $2500 profit in addition to the $6000 profit on the Jeep. As of 7/24/19 I have not received my tags, registration or the one year warranty (which I found out is a worthless Cars Protection Plus warranty) which was promised upon sale, nor have I been contacted as to the whereabouts of the aforementioned. The statements made above are 100% truthful and accurate. In no way shall these facts be misconstrued as slander. Bottom line folks, do not trust this dealer.
