When I got the part I said I would never come back here and the manager said "that's fine". So much for customer service, not even an apology or I'm sorry. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I went out to my car and the lug nuts he sold me were not the right size. I went back into the store, maybe 10 minutes later to return the lug nuts. I went over to the same worker and told him he gave me the wrong lug nuts. He told me I needed my receipt to make a return. I had to go outside and dig through the trash can in front of CVS. I couldn't find the receipt. I went back into AutoZone and I explained that I literally just bought the lug nuts 10 minutes ago FROM YOU. He still said without a receipt, I couldn't get my money back. He would only give me store credit. I asked him that since the purchase was only 10 minutes ago, couldn't he just reprint my receipt and use that??? He said no. At this point , he could have even voided the transaction and given me back my $29. But no! He was extremely stubborn and not understanding in any way. He sold me the wrong lug nuts. Yes, I made the mistake of tossing my receipt. But it was literally 10 minutes from purchasing. He gave me store credit which I probably will never use. I just don't understand why he couldn't help me. I feel like he was just trying to make a stand or something. Don't throw your receipt out guys.

The store was clean, stocked, and immediately after walking in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Within 5 minutes Chuck identified the bulb I needed and had me out the door. I appreciate quick and wonderful customer service. I had such a great experience I went back in for windshield wipers for my SUV, later on that day. Highly recommend this store for all your auto part needs.

Never ever going to buying any parts from this store. I had the worst experience of my life. The…read morecrooked store sold me defective brakes and rotors. From day 1 after the install, these were noisy but the representative told us to wait till few hundred miles. Just in 2 months, not only the nosiness persisted but also shuttering just to happen. Car shakes violently on braking. Less than 5000 miles on new rotors and pads, pads are gone and rotors have deep groves. As soon as these were replaced, all issues gone. It wouldn't take a genius to gauge these rotors and pads are defective. The store representative is definitely the worst I have seen. He griningly said u should have come on day 1 just after u put them on. Now, we can't do anything. I asked what's the two year warranty/20,000 miles warranty for. He said I don't want to talk and go back n forth without even properly examining the rotors. Now I have a pack of defective rotors and pads, paid twice to get a damn brake job. I would make a deal with devil but not going to buy anything from this store or warehouse. Damn crooks!

Advanced Automotives is not a big shop. It doesn't offer a big waiting room with nice amenities or free coffee. It isn't fancy or impressive to look at but it is owned by a guy who is an old school grease monkey who loves cars, trucks and tools. Kevin clearly loves what he does and takes pride in it. He has become a family friend and he has a loyal local following because he is the real deal. He knows his stuff and will happily answer your questions. If he doesn't handle what you need done he knows just who you need to see. A referral from Kevin to another business is solid. He has never steered us wrong. I advise making an appointment because Kevin is one very busy guy.

No gas, no bodega, just a mechanic. He'll fix what's wrong and stand behind his work without nickle and diming you to death. On a number of occasions I've brought one of my cars in thinking it was something major only to have it be something minor, easily fixed and costing $10 or sometimes nothing at all. He'll tell you if it something he's not equipped to handle and recommend somebody who is. You really can't ask for more in a mechanic!
