    Project on Mercedes CLS550

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, period. No BS, I worked in the car industry. I had been to dealerships who said one thing and added fee's after you drove there or when you pick up the car. Project one was honest about the value of my Mercedes E550 and I verified that after going to a local dealer. Mind you I drove from New York for my CLS550 at Project one. I will absolutely buy my next car from Project One and can not recommend them enough.

About a month ago my husband and I went to see a car we'd found through Capital One's auto financing program - we weren't quite ready, so we looked and said we'd consider the car .. Then last week we decided maybe now is the time, the car we originally liked was still there and we refreshed our pre approval with Capital One .. they called us to say they had been notified of our pre approval and ran the figures for us - so my husband and I went over the finances and decided to go back to the dealer to take the car for a test drive - we loved it and said we'd be back the following day - however, as we were leaving, another car caught my eye, and I slept on it .. when we went back the next day, we asked if we could take the other car for a test drive and we (me!) fell in love with it immediately, and next thing I know we were driving off the lot in our new car .. Kevin and Jess were so helpful in the whole process and would recommend them to everyone ..

The fact that service area closes at 5pm sucks but my experience with the Bellavia service department correcting problems covered by the extended warranty that they sell has been stellar! James was great with explaining the process and the repairs needed. NO ONE tried to up sell me a service I did not need on any of my service visits. I repeat NO ONE. When was the last time you took your car anywhere for servicing where some one did not try to up sell you something additional? So in my opinion if you need to buy car that you plan on holding on to until it's not worth repairing buy it from Bellavia and don't forget to buy their extended warranty.l because they stand by it. Yes you might need to wait for an appointment but it is so worth it. James N told me he was just doing his job when he called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. James was awesome! I would go somewhere else with your car. Update: Bellavia won't state how the incident happened, basically because they know their technician drove carelessly. They also stated they would fix the car according to their insurance requirements, not to how the car was when it was brought into the dealer. See attached. I was a loyal customer of Quality Auto Mall in East Rutherford, NJ, for nearly 15 years. During…read morethat time, I leased multiple vehicles and also financed cars through them. I truly believed my loyalty would matter. I was wrong. When I recently decided to finance a brand-new vehicle instead of leasing, I was offered an outrageously high monthly payment. Rather than trying to help, the salesperson, Danny, seemed interested only in maximizing the dealership's profit. Every time I asked about vehicle features, his response was dismissive: "Do you even use that?" or "Nobody uses that anymore." That's not how you treat a loyal customer. To make matters worse, after returning my lease, I received a bill for a minor hood scratch and light wheel scuffs--normal wear that can happen from everyday driving. Yet I was charged anyway. In the past, I was also given demo vehicles with thousands of miles, and one had even been involved in an accident before I received it. I have photos documenting that. I cannot speak for every employee, and I always had good experiences with the service department. However, my experience with Danny and sales manager Timothy was extremely disappointing. I felt taken advantage of instead of appreciated. My advice is simple: shop around. Don't assume one dealership has the best deal. Compare prices, negotiate, and don't let anyone pressure you into a payment you're not comfortable with. After leaving Quality Auto Mall, I found another dealership that treated me with respect and got me the vehicle I wanted at the payment I was looking for. Loyalty should be earned and appreciated--not exploited.

Be on notice, I will be filing suit for (3) times ascertainable loss in accordance with New Jersey UDAP law. The vehicle which Mr Petrullo sold me has various hidden damage which he was aware of but did not disclose and in doing such has violated UDAP law protecting consumers from fraud. If you have been the victim of Unfair Deceptive Acts & Practices by this dealer then please contact me at here on Facebook or at ThomasKukla yahoo com In addition, I will provide evidence of fraud by Mr Petrullo in charges made by the Bureau Of Fraud Deterrence, Department of Banking and Insurance of the State of New Jersey. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Anthony Petrullo which was sold to me on the premise that it was like new, fully inspected, one owner no issues. Well, less then 700 miles out of the gate and a check engine light came on. I will not go into detail of the problems with this Jeep because other problems are likely hidden and my pending suit will disclose all found. Do your homework folks, start with all the deceptive reviews. The Royalty Auto positive reviews are fake. Start with the review by Marissa Petrullo (daughter of Anthony) or Anthony Perona, fictitious, and you will get the picture. Reviews that have no comment or 1 review, 100% fake. If the reviewer has more then one review then look at who they reviewed and you will see the cross review scam. I will also site google being complicit in allowing these fake reviews by non-customers. When I asked Anthony the history of the vehicle I was told it was clean but Anthony said he was having trouble getting a CarFax printed while waiting for my loan approval, but assured me again, it was clean, (I went in fair and trusted him, big mistake) (1) owner when in fact it was in (3) accidents and (2) previous owners. I did not find out the true history until after I had completed my loan and the check was given to Mr Petrullo, and only on 7/12/19 did Mr Petrullo finally produce a Carfax report for me, but still stated it was (1) owner and only a small bumper accident, both statements untrue. One thing that I will give Mr Petrullo credit for is replacing the cracked windshield which was hidden by a large advertising sticker prior to and during the sale. This is a vehicle which I was charged $15,221.00 for but only has a resale value of $8000.00 due to the Carfax accident history which was not disclosed. I am sure Mr Petrullo will rebut claiming he gave me an adjustment on the cost when in fact he sold me a vehicle for $14,005 ($15,221 tax & tags) which has a book value of less then $8000 due to the Carfax history which was not disclosed during sale. The $2000 adjustment was in fact the balance on my trade in of $5500 which Mr Petrullo then sold the same day for another $2500 profit in addition to the $6000 profit on the Jeep. As of 7/24/19 I have not received my tags, registration or the one year warranty (which I found out is a worthless Cars Protection Plus warranty) which was promised upon sale, nor have I been contacted as to the whereabouts of the aforementioned. The statements made above are 100% truthful and accurate. In no way shall these facts be misconstrued as slander. Bottom line folks, do not trust this dealer.

Textbook bait‑and‑switch. Avoid this business…read more They advertise cars at one price, then tack on a previously undisclosed mandatory "dealer certification" fee. Mine was nearly $5K on top of an $8K listing - a classic bait‑and‑switch and illegal under NJ law. I walked out. Do not hand over your driver's license or personal info - they'll run credit applications with multiple lenders without your consent (ask me how I know). "Manager" Sam bolted when I called out the scam. Good reflexes, buddy, next time expect an undercover agent with the handcuffs. Complaints have been filed with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, NJ MVC Business Licensing Bureau, and the FTC, all documented. I spoke with other customers in their office who were hit with the same bogus fee. This isn't a one‑off; it's their standard playbook. They prey on unsuspecting, less‑affluent, and immigrant buyers. Stay away from this place.

Worst experience EVER!!!…read more LOOK OVER YOUR PAPERWORK AS PRICES ONLINE ARE BAIT. I had been in contact with Diego and Juan for about two weeks. Both sales associates were great--very attentive, personable, and kept me updated on when the car we were interested in arrived. After going back and forth between a few options, we finally found the right car for our child, priced at $12,895. However, things completely changed once we sat down with the finance department. I was presented with paperwork showing a total of approximately $18,895. As I reviewed the breakdown, I noticed an extended warranty charge of $3,999 that I had never agreed to, which was for a 3 month warranty, not an extended warranty. When I questioned it, the finance representative told me that they do not sell cars without including the extended warranty. I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and have never encountered a dealership requiring a mandatory warranty like this. It's very disappointing because I truly liked the car, but I was not willing to pay nearly 40% more in added fees that were not clearly disclosed upfront. This experience felt misleading and left a very negative impression.
