    Project on Mercedes CLS550
    Ryan O.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, period. No BS, I worked in the car industry. I had been to dealerships who said one thing and added fee's after you drove there or when you pick up the car. Project one was honest about the value of my Mercedes E550 and I verified that after going to a local dealer. Mind you I drove from New York for my CLS550 at Project one. I will absolutely buy my next car from Project One and can not recommend them enough.

About a month ago my husband and I went to see a car we'd found through Capital One's auto financing program - we weren't quite ready, so we looked and said we'd consider the car .. Then last week we decided maybe now is the time, the car we originally liked was still there and we refreshed our pre approval with Capital One .. they called us to say they had been notified of our pre approval and ran the figures for us - so my husband and I went over the finances and decided to go back to the dealer to take the car for a test drive - we loved it and said we'd be back the following day - however, as we were leaving, another car caught my eye, and I slept on it .. when we went back the next day, we asked if we could take the other car for a test drive and we (me!) fell in love with it immediately, and next thing I know we were driving off the lot in our new car .. Kevin and Jess were so helpful in the whole process and would recommend them to everyone ..

The fact that service area closes at 5pm sucks but my experience with the Bellavia service department correcting problems covered by the extended warranty that they sell has been stellar! James was great with explaining the process and the repairs needed. NO ONE tried to up sell me a service I did not need on any of my service visits. I repeat NO ONE. When was the last time you took your car anywhere for servicing where some one did not try to up sell you something additional? So in my opinion if you need to buy car that you plan on holding on to until it's not worth repairing buy it from Bellavia and don't forget to buy their extended warranty.l because they stand by it. Yes you might need to wait for an appointment but it is so worth it. James N told me he was just doing his job when he called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. James was awesome! I would go somewhere else with your car. Update: Bellavia won't state how the incident happened, basically because they know their technician drove carelessly. To my surprise I was assisted by July Ponte who helped make the whole process go pretty smoothly. I used common tools available such as carfax, VIN lookup, etc., and started the negotiation based on real $ price, not MSRP posted on the window. After going back and forth a few times I decided to make the purchase. The dealership delivered on promised second set of keys and was very patient since I financed through my credit union. Did not force me to run my credit report after I notified them I wanted to purchase through my bank and all I needed was a purchase order. In summary, it was a great experience. I truly recommend you seek July Ponte if you are shopping for either a new or used car. She was very familiar with the vehicle and was very accommodating to my needs. Just a word of advice, never purchase a car by negotiating monthly payments. You are only screwing up yourself and then blaming the dealership for making extra money of you. Negotiate on total vehicle sale price, know your numbers... How much are you getting for your trade in? What is the sale price before taxes? Understand that you pay sales taxes on full amount if you don't have a trade in, or on the difference of total sale minus trade in if you are trading in, etc. Use common tools like car loan calculators, VIN lookup, car fax so you know the real market price before you walk through the doors. Get a pre-approved loan up to certain amount from your bank or credit union. Don't let a dealership or worse several dealership run your credit with several banks which will lower your credit score. Always be ready to walk out if you don't agree or don't feel comfortable with a price or negotiation process. That being said, the dealership was very professional in the negotiating process and respected the fact that I came prepared with realistic numbers. I gave the finance guy the opportunity to pitch the extended warranty, but didn't insist once I said "hard pass". I totally recommend it, specially July Ponte and always be ready to walk out if you don't like or feel comfortable with anything.

Be on notice, I will be filing suit for (3) times ascertainable loss in accordance with New Jersey UDAP law. The vehicle which Mr Petrullo sold me has various hidden damage which he was aware of but did not disclose and in doing such has violated UDAP law protecting consumers from fraud. If you have been the victim of Unfair Deceptive Acts & Practices by this dealer then please contact me at here on Facebook or at ThomasKukla yahoo com In addition, I will provide evidence of fraud by Mr Petrullo in charges made by the Bureau Of Fraud Deterrence, Department of Banking and Insurance of the State of New Jersey. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Anthony Petrullo which was sold to me on the premise that it was like new, fully inspected, one owner no issues. Well, less then 700 miles out of the gate and a check engine light came on. I will not go into detail of the problems with this Jeep because other problems are likely hidden and my pending suit will disclose all found. Do your homework folks, start with all the deceptive reviews. The Royalty Auto positive reviews are fake. Start with the review by Marissa Petrullo (daughter of Anthony) or Anthony Perona, fictitious, and you will get the picture. Reviews that have no comment or 1 review, 100% fake. If the reviewer has more then one review then look at who they reviewed and you will see the cross review scam. I will also site google being complicit in allowing these fake reviews by non-customers. When I asked Anthony the history of the vehicle I was told it was clean but Anthony said he was having trouble getting a CarFax printed while waiting for my loan approval, but assured me again, it was clean, (I went in fair and trusted him, big mistake) (1) owner when in fact it was in (3) accidents and (2) previous owners. I did not find out the true history until after I had completed my loan and the check was given to Mr Petrullo, and only on 7/12/19 did Mr Petrullo finally produce a Carfax report for me, but still stated it was (1) owner and only a small bumper accident, both statements untrue. One thing that I will give Mr Petrullo credit for is replacing the cracked windshield which was hidden by a large advertising sticker prior to and during the sale. This is a vehicle which I was charged $15,221.00 for but only has a resale value of $8000.00 due to the Carfax accident history which was not disclosed. I am sure Mr Petrullo will rebut claiming he gave me an adjustment on the cost when in fact he sold me a vehicle for $14,005 ($15,221 tax & tags) which has a book value of less then $8000 due to the Carfax history which was not disclosed during sale. The $2000 adjustment was in fact the balance on my trade in of $5500 which Mr Petrullo then sold the same day for another $2500 profit in addition to the $6000 profit on the Jeep. As of 7/24/19 I have not received my tags, registration or the one year warranty (which I found out is a worthless Cars Protection Plus warranty) which was promised upon sale, nor have I been contacted as to the whereabouts of the aforementioned. The statements made above are 100% truthful and accurate. In no way shall these facts be misconstrued as slander. Bottom line folks, do not trust this dealer.

Terrible place. Classic bait and switch…read more I went in to look at a 2016 Subaru Outback with 150,000 miles listed at $6,995.00 on Carfax, which I planned to negotiate down to $5,500.00. The car had been on the lot for over a month, and its original price had been reduced by $500 every two weeks during that time. I test-drove the car. There was a price of $8,999.00 on the window, and when we sat down at the salesperson's desk to negotiate, he brought out a sheet showing a starting price of $12,999.00. Within a minute, they dropped the price to $10,000.00, but there was no point in negotiating from $12,999.00 when I came in specifically for the $6,995.00 Carfax listing. While waiting for the salesperson to bring the car around, we overheard the head salesman trying to convince an older couple to look at a car they couldn't afford, framing it as an "investment." He promised to help the man become licensed in New Jersey as an Uber driver so he could make an extra $2,000.00 every two weeks. The couple said they had already looked into Uber and Lyft and that the licensing costs were too expensive. They ultimately left without buying a car. I noted to myself that if it came down to dealing with that salesman to purchase the vehicle, I was out. Although ineffective, it was one of the sleaziest attempts at manipulation I've ever witnessed, and it felt repulsive to watch. Don't waste your time.
