Me and my friend thought they were just "meh". It was our first (and last) time going there for a few reasons. 1-appointments made for pedis. We told them regular polish nothings nothing special. They put on gel polish. 2-places show you the "levels" of pedicures going to for cheapest to more expensive and what each has. They did not have this or show us where services were. 3-it wasn't until we were ready to pay that they said that they only accept cash (they said because their system was down, but idk if that's normal or not) Both of us felt taken advantage of

Kelly did a great job on my nails. She took the time to make the shape and length exactly what I wanted and the design came out perfect just like my Pinterest picture.

Totally did my "Hailey Bieber" nails I'd been wanting forever! I'm actually going to go back today for something new and Pinterest worthy lol. Their prices are fair and the staff is delightful. (the pic is of them grown out and ready for something new so I'll post a new pic later!)

I went in for a dip manicure and left butchered and bleeding. My nails didn't have the smooth transition from the cuticle to the nail bed. I wasn't impressed at all. They insisted on removing all the polish otherwise they had to charge me half. I allowed them to remove it but refused to let their drill near my nails. They yelled and laughed from one end of the salon to the other. The gal that did my nails wasn't paying attention to anything she was doing. She was texting and answering phone calls during my whole appointment. I do not recommend this nail salon. I ended up have my nails fixed at Elegant Nails. She did a fantastic job and was so kind and gentle.

This was the worst experience in a nail salons my entire life! Unable to enjoy or relax. The atmosphere was LOUD Vietnamese chatting between 4-5 of the nail technicians screaming from the front to the backfield the salon. My friend and we're sitting next to each other could not hear each other talk. Visiting from Texas, my daughter in law , grand daughter, my self and my friend went to get mani and a pedi. My daughter in law chose to have the dip nail mani and ended up having them remove it before she left. They cut her cuticles and caused her pain. My grand daughter's nail polish(only color) did not stay nit was off before we left the salon. The photo above is my nail color job but my cuticles were horrible. The tech soaked my cuticles for 30 seconds before starting to clip. The water was cold and not soap or solution to soften. Needless to say my cuticles need work. The color started shipping off immediately as well. My friends nails are also doing the same. DO NOT GO HERE!

They always do a great job. Fast and reasonable. Highly recommend!!

We had a coupon for this place, otherwise, we would have stayed at 10 Nails down the street. The color selection was sparse, especially with the neutrals. I eventually found one. The prices are a little extreme for a so-so experience. Maybe i've been spoiled at 10 Nails with the hot rocks, hot wax, hot towels, etc. and i'm pretty sure theyre still cheaper than here. I'm big into the massaging portion of pedicures. I haven't had a good leg/foot massage in what seems like forever. (Let me know if anyone has had a good one somewhere, and who was it by?!?) But my time in the water was really short. The water wasn't very warm in mine, which i'm sure i could have asked for, but my feet were pretty chilly after a while, especially when I had to take them out of the water. In the end, the paint job turned out okay, maybe it was just the polish. They did let us sit in the chairs for as long as we wanted though, but they were about to close and nobody was waiting. I'm not sure if I would return, but the girls were all so nice, so maybe you can try it and see what you think!

Overall it is a good salon so I keep coming back. I have had way more good experiences than bad. The only time my experiences have not been so good is when they are slammed. They are a high volume salon so it can feel very impersonal at times. My nails look good and I am happy with them. I think most of the technicians do a good job and are quick which I like as my time is limited. I hate wearing masks and can't wait for this mask wearing to be over so it doesn't bother me that some of the technicians wear face shields instead. I would recommend this salon to any of my friends with the advise to call ahead and make an appointment. read more

I have had some pretty bad experiences with nail salons and I can honestly say that I have always been very happy with the service I have received at Madison Nails. Everyone is very friendly, and they take the time to give you an actual massage when you get a pedicure instead of throwing some lotion on and rubbing your feet and legs for less than 10 seconds! I've recommend this place to many other friends of mine & look forward to taking my daughter there when she is old enough! The ONLY reason I am giving them 4 instead of 5 is b/c they used to include the paraffin wax in the regular pedicure price (which I loved and kept me coming back) and now they charge an additional $5 for it, which seems like a lot for a small bag of wax? read more

Horrible!!! I have been a long time customer of Madison Nails. Today is my daughters bridal shower. Thought I would give us a little treat before the festivities with a pedicure. My daughter ended up with only on calf massage, no massage on feet. The gal didn't even finished removing the paraffin wax. I got a quick massage on calves only. The girl given the pedicures got up and just left us there. After waiting 15 minutes we got us with our half finished pedicures and left. The owner asked how they were and we told her. Of course.... she asked for the full &35 per pedicure and gave us $5 of our next service of $30 or more. NO THANK YOU! I will be taking my business elsewhere. You've lost a long time loyal customer AND the potential of giving mani/pedi to an entire wedding party! Save your money it you want quality service read more

Worst service ever. Got my nails done. Supposed to look marble with sparkling flakes. Used very Little flakes and my nails were not marbled. Just white with some pink globs over them. My sister got her nails done too. Was supposed to be again, marble, with lines that look like thunderbolts going through. Her marble looked the same as mine. And the "thunderbolts" was just two lines that never touched each other. When I expressed my disappointment with my sisters nails, the lady grabbed her hand hard and started aggressively taking it off, and redoing it. The outcome... looked the same! read more

Most beautiful nails I've ever had, and I've been getting my nails done for a long time! My nail stylist listened to what I wanted, gave me suggestions, but ultimately listened exactly to what I wanted. It maybe have helped that I had a picture. My only complaint is about the customers! Some of y'all are rude as hell. I sat next to a woman with a Louis Vuitton purse who just freaked out the whole time. Nothing but negativity. Remember, we come in for a good service, that doesn't mean we treat people like slaves. read more

Absolutely horrible experience paid $110 for a manicure and pedicure and it was all super rushed I asked for an ombré look and it just all looks like one color my toe nails still look like there was dirt and the lady bruised my big toe! The full set I got is starting to pop up and that's never happened before. The towel they used was dirty and gross and I didn't see them sanitize any of their tools! I do not recommend this place at all so not worth it read more

They don't use new files with each client for finger nails and I did not whiteness any sanitation between customers with their tools as far as drills and drill tips go. The acrylic was not taken up to the cuticle like it should be and they are very uneven this full set was not even close to worth $45. The pedicure was subpar and definitely not worth $55 either... the hot rocks weren't even a little warm. I still have dead skin on my heals and the whole time they were just talking to each other extremely loud and obnoxiously it was hard to relax at all. They didn't even help an elderly lady with a walker exit the salon they just stood around and watched her struggle. Out $100 and I will never be back. read more

I just got my nails done here and had a wonderful experience. I was seated for my appointment right away, and my nails turned out fabulous! At a lot of nail salons, because of my small nail beds and short nail length, they won't do long nails on me. But here she said that she could do them as long as I like and if they happen to pop off because of my small nail beds I could come back and she would fix them and make them shorter for free. The staff was very friendly, the salon was very clean, and I got exactly what I wanted. Will most definitely be returning when its time for a fill. read more

I am not happy at all with the service received. The woman barely paid attention to my nails, she was jumping in the middle of working with one client to the next without finishing the first one. She didn't even look at me, did not acknowledge me what so ever... was chatting with her Vietnamese friends all the time...very unprofessional attitude. Poor service, no cuticle oil, no lotion, felt half done. I am never going back there again! read more

I am giving a bad review because I was quoted a price of $55 dollars for a basic gel manicure and pedicure beforehand by the woman doing my pedicure and then at the end of the services I was told it was $75. This is super unprofessional and a quick way to loose clientele. If you want to build retention with clients you should not lie and try to scam them for excess money. The lady didn't even clean underneath my nails until I asked her too and I didn't get a massage. I'm use to paying $75 for a acrylic set and gel pedicure, not for just a basic manicure and pedicure. Plus the wall price quotes $50 for pedicure & manicure. With gel being a additional $5. read more

I usually go to a different nail salon who I have had nothing but excellent service at, but was right next to this one and thought I would give it a go. I got a gel manicure on Saturday. I left with my nails looking OK, but far from what I'm used to. I just decided I would continue to go to my regular salon and not fuss about it. By Monday, however, three of my nails had chipped. I decided to write this review because not only did I leave with my nails looking far less than perfect, but it lasted 3 days!!! My gel manicures always last at least 2 weeks before chipping! They have excellent reviews, so I'm not sure if I just got a bad nail tech, but I will definitely not be back. read more

This was a terrible experience. I got the expensive pedicure and probably got a two minute massage no scrub and it was like a torture chamber. The girl that did my pedicure was rough and I would never go back again. I also got a manicure which basically all they did was paint my nails with shellac and literally gave me a one minute hand rub on each side. What a waste of money! read more

My mom went with me to get our nails done and they really messed hers up (see picture that was posted). Besides that they weren't very friendly. The first time we came in we had a great experience, this time not so much. My nails came out ok but there was a misunderstanding and the girl was trying to put two colors on my nails when I only asked for one. She spoke and understood maybe a couple words in English. Then when I showed her what I wanted, she gave me attitude even though I was very friendly and apologized (even though it wasn't really my fault). Really sad, now we have to find another nail place. read more

I must say that I do like this place. The gals in here are much more friendlier than many. My first time there Twin worked on my nails. I have had my nails done from a range of places and don't get my wrong I have my favorites (however she is no longer in business). I cant paint my nails to save my life. I get too impatient and end up smudging the crap out of them not to mention I have more polish on and around my nail than what is actually on my nail. Recently I started treating myself to a paint every two weeks. I have now gone to 3 different locations in town and will say that TWIN has won!! I spend about $3 more. I am a strong believer that you get what you pay for and seriously in the big picture what is $3???? Definitely recommend!! read more

The ladies working here were very friendly and not overly pushy. We arrived not too long after they opened and were quickly seated. The girl working on my toes got my chair set up for me and got me a heated neck wrap right away. We both received the deluxe pedicure. I can honestly say this is one of the best pedi's I've ever received. Each time I thought the massage on my feet and legs was over, they did more. It was incredibly relaxing and they were very thorough. It was about average for a deluxe pedi I'd say at $35 PP. With my Shellac, I ended up paying $80 for the both of us without tip. Will definitely be back. read more

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon. I asked for a standard pedicure (nothing special) and it was OK, not the best, not the worst. She asked before starting if I wanted the paraffin wax treatment and I declined. When I went to pay, she charged me for the pedicure that included the paraffin wax treatment. Had I known it was included in the price I was paying (if that's the "standard") I would have gotten the treatment. I like to know what I'm paying for. I probably won't go back, there are several other options in the area I'll try first. read more

I happened to stop by and saw this place. This place have 10 seating chairs for pedi and around 10 seats for nails. No need to wait if you come at certain time, but if you come at the wrong time this place will be full. The service here was great. I got a mani and pedi here, love their massage, love the way they do the wax for feet, makes my feet so soft like baby skin. This place is awesome! read more

I always get my nails done with Kelly and she does a fantastic job at making my nails look good. The environment of the salon is very pleasant and Kelly also takes time on perfecting her job and satisfying the customer in their needs. I would highly recommend this salon to get your nail job, especially as Kelly as your nail tech. read more

I just moved up to Washington a couple of months ago from Sherwood, OR. I'm starting all over trying to figure out where my favorite places are going to be here in Vancouver. Through the recommendation of a co-worker, I decided to give Madison Nails a try. They are located on mill plain and 164th. I got a pedicure/manicure combo. I tried the powder dip technique for the manicure and went with black ombre with a hint of sparkle and for the pedicure just regular polish. It turned out gorgeous. All the girls were friendly and knew what they were doing. Very efficient and quick. I would highly recommend this nail salon. They do get busy so I definitely recommend making an appointment. read more

I'm soooo happy with my nails! I went with my friend today to Madison Nails because I'm leaving for a trip in less than a week. We were originally going to go somewhere else, but my friend suggested this place since it was clean and the staff are very nice. Vivian did my nails, and she did a phenomenal job! She's a true artist and it shows in her work! Will definitely be returning to Vivian when I come back and am in need of a touch up!! read more

I'm a very particular on how I would like my nails done but I think I'm very reasonable...first I would like my cuticles soaked and cut and and no nail polish on my skin( I don't think I'm asking much ) When I came in I had high hopes but my nail tech Kelly crushed that for me. My 7 year old boy would have done better at painting my nail . She rushed through and the end result really showed. If you come across KELLY ask for someone else. read more

My appointment was with Jaimie and I got a Thai massage for my first appointment, it was amazing! I could tell she had a lot of experience and had a natural talent. I will definitely be back but my only problem was the price. I'm used to paying $50 for an hour and $75 for 90 minutes. I'm just literally standing there telling her whatever I'll pay the $25 and I wanted to get back in there then she called her boss and was saying that I had a attitude which wouldn't you? 20 minutes of my massage is being wasted arguing with you and now you're telling me you have to charge me a no-show fee because I never called back last time when they never called me anyway it was a terrible first experience the other reviews with them saying the lady didn't ask me what my problem areas were is true she didn't talk to me or ask me where or what I wanted. She did crawl on top of the table, which was really weird and Like knee walked my back. I just didn't like the whole experience. I got there arguing with them from the beginning and my massage was cut short by 20 minutes. Terrible experience. Will never go back.

This was my first experience with lymphatic drainage; it'd been recommended to try and reduce some of the swelling that wasn't resolving on its own, and I came across Marissa's site. Her space is calm and welcoming, and she instantly puts you at ease. She explained how the entire lymph system works, what can happen with an injury that can cause the lack of drainage I was experiencing, and the flow we'd be using during the entire process. She was very focused on comfort levels - temperature of the table, any pressure the drape might put on my ankle, and any areas that might be sensitive for me (physically or mentally/emotionally). Marissa is incredibly knowledgeable, competent, and intuitive. We worked through the flow, and much to my surprise I could feel it working - I could actually feel the sensations she had described *could* happen in several instances, and the amount of pressure needed for the drainage was incredibly light - far, far less pressure than in a Swedish massage, so no discomfort at all, even on injured tissue. At the end of the massage, when I looked at my right ankle, I was stunned to see it had symmetry again with my uninjured ankle - it had been swollen for 30 days. The area at the joint that was warm to the touch and felt "full" to me was completely flat. My only regret in this process is I didn't take before and after photos to show the difference. 24 hours later, the swelling remains 90% diminished from before the massage. I have a much higher range of motion, as the swelling had been prevented rotation. Things that caused my ankle to ache - like crossing my legs and having the injured ankle unsupported for more than 90 seconds - don't hurt. I cannot believe the difference this made; if it had been 25% as effective as it was I would have considered it to be a wild success. I would not hesitate to do lymphatic drainage (or any massage) with Marissa again, and would recommend her to any friend or family member.

OVER PRICED and NOT worth it! The Woman who work here including owner Madison all talk so loud to eachother it's hard to relax and enjoy your time there. They shout from the front of the salon towards the back of the salon for workers to come to their station when people come in for appointments THEN go back to talk/YELLING at eachother while doing customers nails/pedicures. No consideration that people have come to get their manicures or pedicures in peace! I wouldn't complain if everytime I've gone there it wasn't the same obnoxious YELLING at eachother from across the room. EVERY TIME. For months and months I have gone to many different nail salons to try and find the one that does the best without breaking the bank. Madison Nails was so amazing! The shape of my nails is better than any other place I have been to. The only issue is that the green in the ombre and on the design isn't the same but that's not their fault. They even took me in happily 40 mins before closing knowing I wanted a design and it was going to take longer. Everyone was so nice and it was a super clean space.
