I do work in the area and we come for lunch and happy hour regularly. It's a minute from the Target, Lowe's, BJs shopping center and has a nice private lot. It's changed a bit in the last decade. They got rid of the 2 pool tables and now have more seating in the dining room. There is a full bar in this area as well, tho often closed unless it's really busy. What hasn't changed? The food is still tasty. Great smoked meats and amazing lunch specials during the week. They also do a great job hiring good servers here, efficient and personable. I think Marissa is the only server I've known long term, but Audrey waited on us today and was absolutely wonderful. We never have issues regarding this with all the many restaurants in Phoenixville. Last night, a handicapped resident ordered a pizza & delivery person left it outside of locked doors underneath the call box. She wouldn't have known it was here if not for another neighbor asking if anyone knew why there was a pizza outside. She immediately called saying she wanted another since anyone could have done anything to it since it was outside. After being given grief about why she can't just take & eat it, she explained she uses a cane & can't carry with one hand AND that the person who ordered it was on oxygen in a wheelchair, the owner, George, was put on phone. He actually gave her a hard time about how he was losing money. All of us at Episcopal House will never order from Roccos again! We will stick to Liberty Square Pizza which always uses call box & delivers to apartment door.
