It's a shame to even have to write this because I love this place and the owners but they have hired some new people who have made it go really down hill and I hope they can fix this. A Taller white kid with a hat at the front with gingerish hair had zero clue where he is or what he's doing, forgot my food multiple times and had to go back now just for the pizza to be hard as a rock and everything else so soggy and gross and the guy to toss the food pissed off at me when I came back for my order that HE forgot. Now all my food at home is bad and the pizza I picked up is awful. Threw it right in the trash, Complete waste of $80, I am beyond mad and to do it to someone who is a regular. we have eaten and ordered many times and been very happy. today not happy ordered a buffalo chicken pizza it looked like no buffalo chichen pizza I have ever seen it had chunks of chicken and this very nasty looking orange sauce all over it my husband will eat anything but said he didn't taste any cheese. my margarita pizza had way to many tomatoes I might as well have ordered a regular pizza todays order was a pick up. when we ate there probably 6 weeks ago I had the best margarita pizza I have ever tasted. think maybe a new cook sadly this will be our last visit read more

Since the new owner took over, food taste and quality has taken a complete nosedive. Now they put out a new menu with all the prices ridiculously jacked up. Now that the pricing is on par with, and in many cases exceeding, other local restaurants it makes no sense to patronize Santina's any longer. I took my son here for lunch today. It's easily overlooked on the outside (it has a bare vibe to no fault of its own as it was built that way). Inside, the young girl was very friendly who seated us. She was prompt with our drinks as well (the sweet tea is delicious so whatever they use, it was good). My son ordered the grilled cheese w tomato. He said it was amazing and ate all of it. It was a full size sandwich with crispy fries for $3.99.l I think. Well worth it! I tried their mushroom gravy cheesesteak. I'm not sure if the gravy is stock or homemade but it really hit it out of the park. The steak was cooked just right and the gravy didn't soak into the bread. There was an ample supply of full and sliced mushrooms too. It really needed no extra seasoning or flavoring. They have either 1 ft or 2 ft hoagie. The 1 ft was so packed it could easily feed two. The food is really good, the employees are really friendly, and their prices are lower than most other local spots. I particularly like the rolls they use, they're the perfect balance of crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. I've only once had a problem with an order and it was simply a miscommunication. They bent over backwards to make it right, way beyond what I was expecting - to the point where I was starting to feel guilty for even pointing it out. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! Got a ham hoagie from Santina's Grill. Best hoagie in Pottstown hands down! Unfortunately we got it to go, but the dine in section is beautiful! It's BYOB too!! Will definitely be back to try other items on menu! Update: Tonight I got lobster raviolis. I have gotten them before, and they were fantastic! Tonight, cheese raviolis and lobster bisque sauce. I didn't really notice until I ate one cold, and pulled it apart. No lobster meat at all. Only lobster meat was in the sauce. For $15, I'm very disappointed. Don't think I'll be back for a while. Great Food for when you don't feel like cooking. Not only do they have take out foods like, cheese steaks, hoagies, fries, burgers etc, they also have entrees for that full dinner aspect, versus just fast food. They also have dine in, and you can byob, as well. They have daily specials, oh, I can't forget to mention, they also have desserts. Last night I had their cheese steak with fried onions, banana peppers, and Cheez wiz (yea in a Philly guy straight up, an we gotta have that cheeze wiz). and lots of places try to lay claim to having a Philly Cheese Steak, when they really don't even come close. At Santina, their steaks are great tasting with plenty of meat, and come close, real close to a Genuine Philly Cheese Steak. There are places in Philly that lady chain to bring the king of steaks and so forth, but, I'm born and raised in Philly and I'm not against health conscious dining and so forth, but, the genuine Philly Cheese Steak does not take healthy eating into account firstly. It takes Taste, Size, Loads of meat, Grease, Cheeze wiz, onions etc to be packed into a great Steak Roll. So, with that said, Santina's is the place to get great food, whether you pick it up, dine in, or have it delivered. Their pizzas are large and tasty as well. If you're military, whether you're active, or a honorably discharged veteran, with proof of service, they give a 10% discount. Good eating to you. read more

Tried Santina's kitchen for the first time this weekend. Not sure exactly when they opened, but it's recently opened. We drive by often, but hadn't tried it yet. Santina's is only a few blocks from my house and they had coupons in the paper - it was time to give them a try ! Our order was take-out. We were told 10-15 minutes. I went for pick-up at just about 10 minutes after I called. The food was ready and piping hot ! Off to a good start ! Got our cheesesteaks home and everyone LOVED them ! The rolls were tasty and there was not an overabundance of grease on the sandwich. The fries were cooked perfectly and not a bit soggy. My guests and I were thrilled with our yummy lunch and we'll be trying Santina's Kitchen again soon. I'll also note that Santina's has a nice set-up for eat-in dining. The area isn't great for good but thank God Santina's is in the area, this isn't the best food I've ever had but it is the best food in 20 miles. Santina's has only recently opened and is right in town. The first time there I ordered two slices of the boardwalk pizza, an order of fries and a 20oz soda ( they have no soda fountain, so its cans, 20oz bottles or 2-liter bottles, no problem) If I remember correctly it came out to be a little less than $7.00. The boardwalk pizza was amazing, they have what I would say is like a boardwalk/Brooklyn style crust this but fold-able. The sauce (on the boardwalk) was on the sweeter side, for a pizza sauce, the cheese I believe is a mixture of cheddar and something else that just works. The size of the slices are great, unlike other pizza places, especially chains, that give you a slice of pizza comparable in size to most cell phones. The fries were good, not soggy at the least and the portion was a good amount to accompany my pizza slices. The place is not very big and they have seating to accommodate groups ranging from two to six, they also have a table or two that I believe you have to reserve as they are a bit bigger than the others. The staff is nice. Since then I eat here about once per week, I've tried other pizzas they offer and they're all good. The cheesestakes (both chicken and beef) are great, the burger.. I wasn't totally impressed with, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great like the rest of the foo, but hey.. it is a pizza and sandwich shop not a burger joint. They have pasta meal/entrees. I have not yet tried any yet. The next time I go I plan on trying the stuffed shells. They are also pretty fast with making the food for carryout, I haven't had anything delivered yet so I really can't comment on that at all. Absolutely the best pizza place around! read more

I live within walking distance from Santina's and drive by it everyday but never gave it a second thought. After a recommendation from a stranger, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered a pizza and within 15 minutes it's was delivered to my door , piping hot with a smile from a really nice woman. Today I stopped in and decided to eat there. WOW!! I place is extremely clean, the decor is like an upscale Italian restaurant. They don't serve alcohol but it's BYOB. The owner Fernando came out and said hello. The employees are friendly and courteous. It's a shame because from the outside, the place doesn't look like much, especially in Stowe. Don't let the exterior fool you. It's probably one of the best unknown places in Stowe/Pottstown. I'm definitely a new loyal patron of this hidden gem. read more

We were going to shrug it off because it was an honest mistake and it's just an order of fries but someone actually called him to tell him about it AND they're delivering them to us. Enjoyed a relaxing lunch at Santina's Kitchen. The service was great. Our waitress was fast and attentive. The food was hot and had good flavor. I had the cheesesteak and broccoli bites, which were both very good. My mom had their special, which was a cheesesteak wrap. She asked for it with plain steak and received it just as asked! At first I was going to get something basic like pizza or a sandwich (I'm verrry picky about food), but decided to go with one of the entrees.
